Took my dog here and loved this place. They took time with me and although they couldn’t perform the surgery my dog needed bc it is so extensive, they prescribed him 3 medications to relieve some of the pain that 2 other vets failed to do. They were the 3rd Vet I had seen in 2 days and finally got a lot of the answers I needed. Thank you guys so much for helping Big Boy through this stressful time. I will be using them again. Very reasonably priced also.

This is hands down the worst pet experience I have ever had in my life. The place does not care about your own personal schedule and will cancel on you last minute. The first time I went, I told them that my cat is crazy and will need to be sedated to do anything. They gave gabapentin and sent me home and said to come back the next day (no tests done, complete waste of time) after that, told me it didn’t work and he needs to be sedated so I had to drop him off and completely change my plan for the day because of this. Then, was given vague test results telling me he would need additional testing for his vomiting. I made an appointment with their UNRELIABLE answering service who told me it would be today at 8:30. I work night shift. I was up half asleep ON MY WAY TO MY APPOINTMENT and then I get a text that my appointment is the following day? Their mistake, not mine. The answering service then told me my appointment could be fit in so I was once again on my way, only to be called by the office to tell me they couldn’t see me. Absolutely no regard for anyone’s schedule but their own. SO unprofessional. I will never go back.

You guys actually told me you would send my dog's wart off for cytology, charged me over $200.00, told me you would 100% know if it was cancer or not, where to cut it off at and what would happen. I was told over a VOICEMAIL that only, "fat and blood," could be seen, in CYTOLOGY that was supposedly sent off for testing. I couldn't pay my rent on time, and my dog starting shaking for days and thankfully I had some antibiotics to give him, as I wasn't provided with any instruction or medication after his lump/wart was punctured open by the vet on staff. So, I still don't know if my dog is okay, and when I received a call back, I was told the surgeon was unavailable. I paid almost $300.00 for a rabies vaccination basically and for more stress and fear for my dog.

Tldr: professional, efficient, thorough, and kind! Needed to get in somewhere quick as my senior pup was showing signs of a UTI. This place had book-online appointments for the following day and I had a referral coupon, so I decided to give them a shot. Front desk person (sorry, forgot to get their name!) was great and got me checked in and into a room right away. I was feeling really anxious for a number of reasons, but the vet tech Liz was so kind and put me at ease. Liz thoroughly noted all the details regarding my immediate concern (the urinary problems) and they also answered my questions about getting my girl's teeth cleaned. Both Liz and Dr Mathes the vet were professional, thorough, and really sweet and patient with my pup who was a little nervous and feeling under the weather. All my options for diagnostics were explained to me by Dr Mathes, and then I was given a written quote before moving forward. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions at multiple points during the visit. Most of the nearly hour long visit was spent with someone in the room either talking to me or examining my animal...we barely waited at all in between steps. Liz also explained their membership program at the end and gave me a pamphlet so I could research it further...with two senior pups I am definitely considering it. Thank you all for the wonderful care today! ????????

I took my lovely cat to their office on Saturday and I had such a nice experience. The receptionist help me a lot because it was my cat's first wellness check up with them, and shared with me info I needed to know about their packages.The Veterinary Nurse Apple was a sweetheart, such a caring and knowledgeable nurse. Dr. Paul did the wellness check up and she was very nice. I am very happy with the experience I had with them. I will definitely keep taking my cat with them. Thank you very much ????

First visit with Thrive and everything was wonderful! My 15 yr old dog was lethargic and not himself, thrive was able to get him in quickly. Staff is kind and easy to talk to about issues. They were all very professional and attentive to my sweet boy. They spoiled him with goodies and I am sure it is his new favorite place to go say hello to his friends! Highly recommended Thrive for veterinary services

The Techs and Dr. Are very hands on and kind with the animals. The are understanding and great at explaining things in a form we can understand. You can tell how much they really care and they make the experience for us and our pets VERY memorable. My doggo has been here several times now and she has familiarized herself and she doesn’t get shy or scared anymore. She gets excited if anything. Overall great staff and great experience! Also VERY affordable.

I took my cat Lua for a checkup, nail trim and a microchip and me and Lua had the best experience. we saw Dr. Roughton and Liz and they were both extremely helpful. will definitely be coming back!!

Amazing experience with my pup, Boomer. Boomer has anxiety surrounding new people and places and Dr. Roughton and Apple were so calm and patient with him. I’ve had him for two years and this was absolutely the best vet visit I’ve ever had with him. They came down to the ground with him for the exam and went on his time. They were gentle and kind as can be. On top of all of that, the services are very affordable and they both were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be back!

We really like Dr Edwards. He’s gentle and sweet to our cat. He was very clear and did not rush through our appointment. He gives great advice as a cat lover himself. We will always try to see Dr Edwards when we come back.

Every time I come to thrive I am blown away! Everyone I encounter is always super nice, and super understanding when I was running a few minutes late due to car trouble. Thrive always astonishes me with how fast, and efficient they are while still giving me a price that I can easily afford making vet appointments easier. I would recommend Thrive to anyone looking for a vet that really prioritizes your pets health and well-being at an affordable cost.

My cat had been vomiting every day for a month. I was able to get in to Thrive very quickly as they have extended hours. Every single person there loved my cat and went out of their way to pet him and offer assurances. The initial visit was scary for my cat as he needed blood work and other assessments. The vet called me the next day with the results and explained her plan. Also told me the costs and if that was ok. They even called the day after to see if I had any questions and to ask how my cat was doing— also several texts asking about him. Overall- Thrive has been the best veterinarian visit ever.

Initial experience was good.I came into the office to have my dog treated for frequent urination. Good experience, then the horrible customer service begins. The lab that the initial specimen was sent to lost the specimen. I had to go back to the office, grab a collection kit and obtain a second specimen. Drive the second specimen back to the office. The end result is my dog still has frequent urination. I called on 3 different occasions asking to speak with the veterinarian, the manager or the district manager Alley to resolve the issue. After paying over $300 and not having my dogs issue resolved, speaking with management would be the next course of action. I was instead contacted by Liz, the vet tech who told me " this is not an issue that the veterinarian needs to contact you for". Who else would I be contacting about the health of my dog, if I'm not supposed to call the doctor of veterinary medicine? I've learned a valuable lesson from this is experience, CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER, especially when searching for quality care for my fur baby.

I walked in with a 75% expectation that I was going to put my 14 year old cat to rest…I was finally at peace with that decision. I was met with kindness and compassion, as well as dedication that they would decode the various causes to all of Taco’s ailments. I want to bring up one major point of this trip: Jordan. I had explained that Taco was mentally challenged. As with people, he had his quarks and issues. Jordan knew exactly what to do and took control, he knew exactly how to handle him, how to behave with him. It was perfect! Today, I was able to go home with Taco, knowing there will be a tomorrow.

Such a smooth process! From check in to check out everything went great. Apallonia is fantastic and very kind. My dog was nervous and she helped put him at ease and get everything done. Dr. Piedt was also great. Would recommend to anyone for their veterinary needs

My senior, Princess, and I just had our first visit and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was caring and explained the next steps I need to take for my pup clearly.
