Such a wonderful caring facility! Every single person there makes me feel like my dog is loved and they care about each dog! My dog is so overjoyed when he gets to go and is tired out at the end of the day! Quick with messaging and wonderful sign up site.

Boarded here over 3 days. Dogs were happy, the report card was great. We gave very explicit instructions on how to feed our dogs but they somehow managed to feed 2 weeks of food in 3 days. Our pug gained 4 pounds which is rather unhealthy. If you are boarding here I recommend you put each meal portion in a separate baggie so they can't mess it up.

Our puppy loves Jtails! She is so excited as soon as we pull up to the facility. I like having the option to add training, special events or baths as needed. We haven’t used the boarding option yet but plan on it soon. Overall nothing but good experiences at Jtails so far!

Big Shout Out to J Tails Backyard!! We took our 18 week old puppy Lula for her first time temperament test and time with a pack at daycare. She was so attended to, saw her on the webcam and how she was loved with attention when needed. The second time past saturday we missed the deadline to pick up pups and with a text had someone come back to assist us. Customer Service over the top and so appreciated! Lula and Carmen have found a home at J. Tails!

They always come to my car to pick Harper up with a friendly smile. And they bring her out to me with a friendly smile. You have to really love dogs to work here. My dog may have picked up barking more since coming here... but she also loves to play with other dogs and she loves the people that work here. And she gets a great workout instead of laying around all morning. All in all we are very happy with this service and place.

Very happy with Jersey's 2nd day at J. Tails , love the pictures and "report card" Jade was wonderful letting me know how she did with other dogs, she seemed happy when we left her and very content when we picked her up!

Clean, very efficient dropping off and picking up, super friendly staff that obviously cares, AND you get to watch your pups on camera while they are there. Best boarding facility we’ve used by far. My dog actually really likes coming here, lol. Makes me wonder if she would rather be here than with me!

Buster’s face says it all, we love this place! He is actually excited to leave me in the morning when I drop him off! I know that he is loved and well taken care of when he is at daycare. Their package pricing is a great value, especially considering I get live camera access to him, photos, and a report card every day. 5-paw rating from us

We just boarded our dog for the first time with JTails and it was a great experience! They keep you updated daily with report cards and photos and take great care of each dog and keep the dogs busy. We will definitely be coming back for day care and future boardings. Highly recommend!

JTails is a friendly, safe & clean environment for all pups! My puppy stayed for 10 nights and I was not worried at all. I know they take good care of her and love on all the pups that go to daycare or board with them. They send out daily pics and a report of behavior. They responded to my messages quickly and when my flight was delayed and I wouldn’t be able to pick up at my regularly scheduled time they said “NO PROBLEM!” Great facility for both daycare and boarding! Highly recommend!

My babies, Pixie and Maya, absolute love going to JTails! It is the best and safest place, not only for our dogs but for our peace of mind as well. Every person who works here shows how much they love and care for all the pups! it is amazing to get a report card with their behavior and all the cute and funny pictures ! I love being able to check the live cameras to always find them having an amazing time! THANK YOU :)

I’ve tried several doggie day care facilities in the area and none come close to j tails. It’s comforting that my pup gets excited when we pull up and is eager to play there

Great event and a wonderful owner and staff, Caitlyn especially. Everyone at J-Tails is so nice to the dogs. Our dog, Finn, can't wait to get in the door when we bring him. You can really tell they take care of Finn by the way he reacts to the people who work there. This past weekend's event was a lot of fun for both owners and dogs, and they even gave out a "treat bag" with toys as we left. We tell everyone that if you want your dog taken care of while you're busy J-Tails is the place to go.

We love J Tails for boarding our Ella! The price includes day care play time and access to web cams! (Other places charge extra for this). Ella loves the staff and eagerly goes inside. Everyday, we get pictures and a report card. Great service and peace of mind while we are on vacation! ????

Max always loves his time at his “play house”. He gets so very excited when he knows he’s going to see his friends. He gets his social time and attention from other humans. He’s usually pretty tired when I get him home so I know he was active and having fun!

Great experience! Contacted them Thursday for a Friday-Sunday boarding and they were able to get us right in, the price was good, the daily photos and report cards really added a great touch to an already excellent experience.

Staff was super friendly and the moment I saw the photos on his first "report card", it was over for me. Can't wait to take him back for a full day of play.

I absolutely love J. Tails! I moved here with my 2 year old pup in July from Chicago. J. Tails has become a part of my family when it comes to taking care of my dog. I honestly could not have done this without them! I use their daily dog walking services and just started some half day daycare. They are so responsive and truly care for my dog like their own. They have been so accommodating and flexible, which has made it so much less stressful for me knowing that my dog is in good hands. Thank you for all that you do!

J.Tails is an awesome doggie daycare! Very responsive and I love that they have cameras, send you pictures of your dog, and also gives you a report card at the end of the day.

My pup, Moose, absolutely loves coming to J. Tails! He gets so excited when he knows he's going to doggy daycare. I love that you can watch your pup through their webcams. Everyone here is super sweet, extremely attentive, and reliable!

Love this place so much! When I leave my dog there, I know he'll not only be looked after, but he'll be able to have outside and inside play, he'll be able to run and chase (his preferred way to play), and I can take a look at the webcam any time I want to check on him. They make it super easy to book through their online portal, everyone that works there is so darn nice, and they give you a report card at the end of the day. Best of all, my dog gets excited to go there and is totally zonked when he comes home. Highly recommend! My new go-to in St. Pete.

Yesterday was the first day for my dog, Hank, and he had an absolute blast. I love that there's not a cluster of dogs in a small room for drop-off, love the photos and live webcam, and especially appreciate the report card and notes letting me know which other dogs he socialized with.

We used Jtails for doggy day care while on vacation in the area. We love traveling with our dog we just can’t wear him out as much and get beach time and golfing in, so we try to plan a couple visits to daycare so he’s not sitting at home while we are gone for the day. Jtails was everything and more. They treated our baby with so much love and attention. He always jumped right out of the car, tail wagging to get inside. They are very reasonably priced and have Live cameras so you can check in on your pooch at any time. We hope to visit the St Pete area again soon and our dog will definitely be back here. Love taking my dog here! It varies how busy I am at work and, especially now that I'm telecommuting, it's so helpful to be able to easily and quickly drop my pup off for some play while I get things done.
