I recently moved to the area and have visited a few dog boarding and daycare locations. Bay Paws has been wonderful! They take great care of my boy and he is always so excited to go play with his friends at Bay Paws.

My dog Indy was very well taken care of! We were really unsure about her doing daycare because she doesn’t like when other dogs jump on her and she’s shy. We tried daycare and the staff said she enjoyed it! Also, I was able to call every day and check in and they were so great about keeping me updated on her. Loved the service and the attention the gave Indy! Definitely going back again.

I love how they take care of Bella by taking the time to listen and ask more in details of how to be groomed and be treated. I absolutely recommend everyone even new pet owners.

We discovered this facility recently and I am so glad we did. Everyone is super friendly and very thorough with taking care of our dog. We needed to use the boarding services last minute and they were able to accommodate with very little notice. They even offered to help get the vaccination records from our vet to help get everything submitted quickly. I also loved that we could keep an eye on our dog 24/7 too with personal cameras in every room. The facility is very clean and well managed. We are planning to use them again very soon. Highly recommended!

My sweet pup LOVES Bay Paws! I take her for day care regularly and do all my boarding through them. It’s great getting to watch her play in the cams they have available to watch through! She’s always thrilled to see all the workers there and knows exactly where’s she’s at when we pull in! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Beautiful pet hotel, devoted staff and safe and fun

We went in for grooming, first Kelly is just awesome, she listened to what I wanted and delivered over and above my expectations. I almost felt like she was my friend by the time we left, we have found our groomer in St Pete. The entire staff was fantastic here, from the check in to taking the time to show us the boarding facilities, just an overall fantastic experience. We will see you again in a few weeks :)

Bay Paws is a full service boarding and daycare facility. They are very courteous and professional, and understand the sensitivities of taking care of your family's best friends. The facility is very clean with a good number of personnel on staff. The suites and cameras are a professional touch in checking in on your family pet. Both of our dogs seems happy and content up arrival, as well as when they arrived home. A good sign of a good week of care. Highly recommended if you are boarding your pet.

My go to for boarding and daycare! Facility is clean, staff are friendly and professional and you just know they take great care of your pets! I made the grand mistake of dropping off my dog before 7pm thinking they close at 7pm on Saturdays (which they close at 5pm). And i had to travel the next day! Was freaking out and I called the emergency line and they made sure to contact management about the situation. They quickly made it to the facility and checked in my dog. There was a $20 late check in fee which I didn’t care as long as they checked in my dog! Overall they saved my night and came to the rescue!! Highly recommend this place! They do not disappoint!!

Bay paws is an awesome place to bring your fur baby. They have competitive prices and great customer service. The staff are so friendly and really love your fur baby. My pup has been apprehensive at other day cares, but I’ve never seen his butt wiggle more than when we drop him off for daycare services at Bay paws. Their grooming services are also great!

Every time I have brought my dog here I have felt 100% confident leaving him. I love checking him out on the webcam! Bay Paws is SO accommodating and chill!! No matter what time I drop him off or pick him up it is fine!! That is so important because my schedule changes all the time! Even if I don’t get there when I said I would- it’s all good (during their operating hours obviously!) I boarded Finn for the first time this week and it was so reassuring to check on him with the webcam and see him all curled up and comfy in his bed! The prices and packages are fantastic!! They offer all kinds of services too!! The place is spotless! Finn is always happy when I pick him up and falls asleep on the way home which I love because I know he’s getting exercise he wouldn’t be getting if left at home. Bay Paws has given me such peace of mind because I know he’s safe and happy and I don’t have to feel guilty thinking of him lonely at home. He does NOT like to be alone- ever! So it really is a no-brainer… take your fur-baby to Bay Paws!

I thought customer service was dead in Florida, these employees must own a part of this business because I was overwhelmed with service. Nice to see that still happens. Will continue to take my dog there. Excellent work too. Very nice facilities. If you are tired of businesses not treating you like they used to in the 80s and 90s, give them a try.

So happy we found Bay Paw Pet Resort. I was able to go on vacation and not worry. The staff is super friendly. It is very clean and we loved having the app to check on our senior girls. I would highly recommend this Pet Resort to anyone.

We were welcomed into the space with smiles and morning greetings. The online registration made check in very easy. My pups were super excited and pooped after a half day visit. We will definitely be back again!

We had to board our cat last minute (on a Sunday no less) and they were so accommodating! I was nervous about boarding our cat for longer than a week but they did a fantastic job taking care of her and offered so many services during her stay. The last place we boarded her she was completely shaken up during her stay, but after staying here she did so well! The staff are FANTASTIC, incredibly friendly and helpful and willing to work with whatever your pet needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you need to board your pets!

This is a 5 ⭐ place. From the moment I dropped off my furbaby on Saturday omg they loved her she was very well received. I was able to see her when ever I wanted to thru their webcam for me that was a plus .

Everyone is so nice and caring!

My 4 month old Cavapoo had her first day at daycare and also got groomed. She looks adorable!! They did an excellent job at transitioning her into a new environment. Everything looks very clean and professional!! I’m so grateful to have been referred to Bay Paws!! Absolutely amazing customer service!!!

The facility looks nice, from the front room that you enter. The best thing was being able to log in to their system and see your pets, in real time 24/7 on camera. I only wish I could have known when the one on one time with my dogs took place. I was charged for 4 one on one times, but I don't know which days or times it took place. I don't know if their one on one time was separate, when they always play together. However, if I can't bring my dogs with me on my next trip, please know they will come back!

I needed to drop my new rescue dog off in a hurry for unknown amount of time due to a family tragedy and they were so kind and supportive and professional from beginning to end. It was one less thing to worry about.

My two huskies had never been socialized so I was really nervous about taking them to daycare. Everyone at Bay paws was awesome. Very professional very attentive, I watched it on camera and there was always two techs in the pen at the same time so I felt very safe. Every area is behind double doors so there’s practically no way for a dog to Escape, which was another concern of mine. They gave great feedback and were very patient with a nervous dad! I plan to take my dogs back a couple times a week and work our way up to boarding to see how they do. But so far I am very impressed.

Brought our dog to Bay Paws for the first time. We were able to watch her on their web cam. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will be using their services again as the need arises.
