The vet and staff are wonderful, they made my kitty very comfortable in his last days. The vet respected my decisions and the prices were very affordable. They even accepted a return of the prescription food my Parcheesi hadn’t eaten. Great place

I’ve been bringing my pet here for the past 2 years and I’ve been very happy.

We've now been visiting this vet for a year. Indy just had her annual exam. They are so loving, so caring, so kind. Their COVID protocols are some of the best I've ever seen. I've only ever had A+ interactions with everyone I've seen there in the last year. The prices are affordable and worth it for the level of care provided. Everyone there treats my dog with the same love and importance that I do. That means a lot to me as an owner. As someone in the medical field my standards can be unfairly high, I'll own that. But to be fair I can only offer praise here and say that it's extremely well-earned. With gratitude, Indy

My 20yo cat had a small lesion (skin cancer). Other vets told me to leave it alone on several different appointments, that my cat was too old to do anything about it. Next thing I knew it was the size of a quarter. I then came here for another opinion. Dr. Antz suggested surgery and felt confident she could perform it although he was 20. Sure enough she did it! However, she did warn me it could come back. Also the area it was located was difficult to remove all of it. Unfortunately, it did come back and I eventually had to put my baby down. I just wished I would've taken him here in the first place when it was very small. I probably could've given him more time with us. I do have another cat who has been here and was recently seen during Covid. I love how they handled everything. I left him there and then the Dr. called me with all her concerns. It was actually a very convenient way to have my cat seen and still get stuff done. My cat saw Dr. Wolfe who was extremely nice and effectively communicated everything. Although I did not meet her in person, I was very satisfied with her. Great Drs here and much less stress on my animals compared to other vets offices. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely the best vet! Apologies in advance for the long post, but want to share my experience particularly considering some of the negative posts, which are COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of what I experienced. My Irish Setter, who has chronic allergy-related skin issues, was a doggie patient at 2 other local practices. 1st vet had him on expensive and ineffective medicine that resulted in frequent ear infections. 2nd vet insisted on expensive tests at each visit. Never a visit under $600. Bailey was having intermittent tummy problems, which concerned me because he's an old guy...13 and counting. I was hesitant to take him to the previous vet so did some research and found Grand Central. Lisa was great when I called. She was empathetic and didn't delay getting him in. COVID precautions prevented us from being in the exam room; however, the doctor called me and spent at least 10 minutes going over the exam and patiently answering all my questions. She performed necessary tests and called again within a few days with results and follow-up recommendations. Prices are unbelievablely reasonable, particularly given the exceptional care. Bailey is 110% better and even put on a few much needed pounds. My only regret is that I didn't find Grand Central years earlier.

I appreciate how accommodating the staff was with my work schedule and getting my cat seen for urgent care -- Patti specifically was amazing. I can tell the staff truly cares about their patients, both animals and humans. The vet took her time to sit down and thoroughly answer all my questions. I felt my kitty was in great care :) my only complaint is that I feel like the prices were a lot higher compared to other animal hospitals I've been to but I should have asked for an estimate ahead of time and I don't think it's fair to knock down a star for this.

I was very impressed!! My pup would go into total panic at old Vets office. Today he was very relaxed, went right with vet tech. The staff and Dr were very friendly, informative and answered all my questions. I highly recommend!!

We brought our puppy in for his first round of vaccines. We paid for a fecal test and called for the results, and were told we’d hear back, but didn’t. When we returned for his boosters two months later, we were informed that he had a positive result for girardia from the test that was two months ago. If we were informed about the results we would have had him treated right way. The vet we talked to about it was great and very accommodating, but it was still a disappointing experience.

Terrible place brought a cat in walking and came home can't walk .They grabbed back of his neck and 3-4 inch cut with stitches..Never again

I just moved to Florida from Houston and my dog was in desperate need of a trip to the vet with uncontrollable itching , hives & fleas . Come to find out he’s having prostate issues as well . As soon as I arrived they were ready to see him & the exam didn’t take long . The doctor was genuinely concerned about my dogs well being , & Miguel was extremely informative! He took the time to go over what I needed to get done right away and what I could hold off on & even found a less costly antibiotic which I can really appreciate . There are Vets that are more concerned with how much money you spend , than the condition of your pet . This isn’t one of them . Prices are reasonable & They also have a new client special which is so nice ! If you’re having trouble finding a good Vet I’d highly recommend them <3

They are a great veterinarian clinic! My kitty Mango was having urinary bleeding, and I just moved to St Pete. This vet knew mango needed help asap, and they saw us the same day. Their prices are also decent. I highly recommend.

Although the company is still practicing extremely strict covid-19 restrictions despite a 99.6% recoverability rate and 99% of the state having not contracted the virus I would highly recommend Grand Central. Protocol is as follows. Call from the parking lot when you arrive, wait until called to front door by nurse, deliver animal to nurse at/outside the front door and no one allowed inside until it's time to pay - figures. (the only language anyone speaks is green) They took very good care of my cat Bailey.F or the services they performed yesterday the price was reasonable, I think. Bailey received blood work, a physical exam and medication which has proven very effective. Cause of injury that sidelined my lil babe is as of yet undetermined. She just wouldn't let anyone near her tail for 4 days didn't eat but 1 time and drank very little water. She also did the whole about to die thing animals do I.e. curl into a ball and not move until healed or they expire. Total out the door, $300. Thanks you Grand Central. I'll be back with my other 2 kitties should they need help. ????
