I was very concerned when I stopped Boomer off. However, he seemed to have had a great experience and Tanya was so sweet in helping me get over my concerns I had just adopted him a month ago and had to go for a grandson's graduation. Location was very convenient and the open hours were very workable

Love love love this place. The owner has the biggest heart and knows what dogs are all about. I have taken many generations of my dogs here. Love the staff and the facility. Have sent many people here and they are just as happy.

This place has been great for my dog! My dog is terrified to walk through the doorway and they are beyond patient with him! They went out of their way to try and make him less scared by letting me walk back with him, have another dog greet him, etc. A place that takes time to find what works for you and your dog! This is hands down the best dog daycare out there. The staff is incredibly friendly and knows all the dogs by their name, and they really genuinely care about your pup. I pick my dog up at the end of the day and she's exhausted from all the playing she does during the day. Not only are they great with the dogs, they are incredibly accommodating to any requests. Thank you so much guys!

The owner/staff has always been friendly, and good to my Boxer. My boy always leaves here happy and tired out after daycare.

Convenient and always available to board by dogs, many times even on short notice. The owner is responsive to any issue and my dogs seem to love it there.

I've been taking my dog here on and off for just under a year. At first it was a great way to get his energy out, but in the past two months he started coming home with wounds all over his face. He's a bit of a pushover so I just assumed he let a dog get too rough with him. Then a few weeks ago he started lashing out at other dogs at the dog park. I've never seen this behavior with him before, and nothing has changed at home. I don't think the staff here pays close attention to the dogs at all during the day and are letting some aggressive behavior occur. I've never been told by there staff about any dog fights or issues with my dog, instead he just comes home defensive with cuts all over his body. I paid for 10 days in advance but can't bring myself to take him back to at least get my money's worth. Be careful taking your pets here.

I saw this a fight from my car. I do not have a dog that goes here nor wilI ever leave my dog here now BUT I do have 5 German shepherds so I know dogs very well and their behaviors. I was leaving st pete today from lunch to get back into the interstate and to my horror I saw at least 5 dogs attacking one dog and ONE person out there trying to split up the fight. There were AT LEAST 12 dogs, on the bigger side, outside with one person out there watching them?! I understand working in a business and having people possibly call out and being under staffed and maybe that was the case but in that situation, don’t let all the dogs out at once maybe? Does not matter the dog breed, all dogs have the ability to fight. My shepherds are 100 pounds each and I’ve seen them one on one fight and it’s not pretty, I can only imagine this poor dog. My heart is broken and I couldn’t do anything. I wanted to call and ask if the dog is okay but what would they say? Whether the dog is ok or not the situation in my opinion was handled VERY poorly and without care. Be more alert with the dogs you are taking care of, these are people’s fur babies. I know other people saw behind me and didn’t look happy either. I hope that little guy was okay and being treated properly, I know it’s got some sores.

This place is great. Staff genuinely cares. Knowing that our pups are in such great care we have worry free vacations.

We had a great experience taking our dog here. The staff are all friendly, love dogs and know them by name. Our dog really enjoyed himself and it tired him out. The drop off and pick up process moves very fast. The pricing is great. It's nice to have a place that actually cares about the dogs and allows them freedom to play.

This place is great!! They took my pup LAST MINUTE on a HOLIDAY weekend when I had a family emergency! My pup was happy and I was able to get where I needed to be in time. Thank you!!!

I never have been, only to walk my dog past it on the way to the puppy park, but it is always kept clean.

I couldn’t be happier with the amazing staff at Downtown Doggie Center! I’ve been bringing my dog for over a year now and he gets SO excited to come play with his friends. I know he’s getting the best care and wouldn’t want to take him anywhere else! Highly recommend.

I agree Dog Whisperers is the best way to communicate how these folks are with our dogs. My dog Charlie is a 4 year old lab mix full of energy and he loves it there. Loves to go outside go in the doggy pools around the huge yard with his friends. He is so excited when he goes he's hopping, literally up and down when we come in the door & can't wait to get to the back where he spends his time between the big shady areas and the huge yard.

I love this place and they are a godsend. They make it possible for me to make sure my pup is well cared for when I have to work or other obligations. This IS NOT a daycare where the dogs are mainly in kennels for the day! The dogs get to play and my high energy pit lab mix comes home nice and exercised. The owner is passionate about what she does and I really like her and her staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking for day care of boarding. Again, I love this place and I so thankful for them.
