Good care for our dogs for sure

Excellent experience with this veterinarian for 3 years before I left the state. Competitive pricing, great focus on the customer rather than profit.

Took my cat here. She has diabetes. They diagnosed it quickly, got her insulin and special diabetes food without breaking the bank. Great vets, good staff.

Do not ever trust your animals in their hands.

Dropped off my cat for a sedated haircut and I ask for a full hair cut plus demat the cat, for which I paid for both the exam, sedation, and the haircut. But when I got my cat back, it was only her tail was clean, like what did I pay the full price for? They did a good job my first time there, but the second time was poorly done.

Great vet, everyone is always willing to spend time with you. Doesn’t try to up-sale any procedures or medications and are very willing to listen to and trust us about our dogs!

Incredibly accommodating in my rather acute case, which unfortunately came with some hard truths. Resulting in the loss of my decade+ best friend. Oddly enough, I'm For ever thankful for it. Also the prices are extremely reasonable.

Well we gave it a shot as a family. But now, my mother, father, my fiancé and I, and our pets are going elsewhere. Every time we go for the same shot we are hustled for close to 400 more in stuff i repetitively say, “we don’t need” or “we have tried this already”. Most recently the vet came out about hypoallergenic food and how I need to buy a bag. I know they give out samples so I asked for them. The vet said, “Sorry, we are out and don’t do that”. Ok. Cool. So I sat in my car and waited for the vet tech to call me with my bill. I asked her for two samples of the food and wouldn’t you believe, they had it! Don’t lie to your customers. That’s a bad practice. We were also called 24 hours before our appointment for them to cancel on us because “they’re closing tomorrow”. Apparently no one in the building could give a dog one shot on a Tuesday? The owner, boy, what a gruff guy. This is a vets office. Would it kill you to drop the Paul Newman tuff guy act? Icing on the cake, the misdiagnosed my friend Austin’s cat as pregnant. This cat has a scar from where it’s fixed, a clipped ear and a tattoo. They put the cat, which is 15 years old, under. They then discovered said cat was not pregnant, but still tried to charge my friend for the procedure. Please. Go somewhere else. Pet smart is better than this. Since Stephanie left (I don’t blame her) it’s gone downhill. If you love you animal….AVOID AVOID AVOID. And don’t be rude to my fiancé either Tom. This is how you loose business.

My absolutely favorite vet in the area. Tom and the staff are always so helpful and take great care of my dog. The service here is second to none.

This place has been great for our two dogs. Highly recommended!

Staff was not courteous and the veterinarian was not knowledgeable about the issue relating to my dog. Asked them to conduct a swab of the affected area and testing and they refused. It seems as if they were trying to get me in a week later just to collect more money.

I have been using this office for re 4 years & have found it to be reliable, caring & knowledgeable as have most people writing reviews. Recently I had a difficult decision re 1 pet that I agonized over for several months to the degree I had to d/w both doctors before making that decision. They were very patient & kind. Medicine is an art , not a perfect science so I believe people should not expect it to be.

I paid outrageous prices at my previous vet and had no idea until I was referred here. I've referred three people to this place bc of their interest in you and your pet's wellbeing and not on the amount you're willing/able to spend.

So happy to have found them! I went to another vet in St. Pete a month ago, but nothing they did or recommended for my dog helped him. Now he feels so much better! They came out to the car and talked to me and explained things so well. Baycrest will now be our Vet. Thank you staff!

Couldn’t be more disappointed with the care received here. The staff doesn’t truly seem to care about the well-being- it’s almost like the guess at the solution and are always jumping to prescribing medications just to try them! My dog had a cough and they said it was nothing and just a sore throat. They were so wrong and it resulted in other dogs getting sick!! This could of been prevented and they seemed to take little responsibility. I would stay far away.

Dr. Radovic and her tech assistants are great, always so good with my pup, Pear, who can be a bit challenging and nervous at times- but she’s always happy to go visit because the treat her so well! Good deals on medications and never try to price gouge whatsoever. I always leave paying less than i expected to and thats great! All the assistants/ vet techs are great too! As well as boss man up front- great place! Would never take Pear anywhere else.
