We absolutely adore Julee and couldn’t imagine using another groomer! She became our groomer almost three years ago when we moved to Jacksonville. We have a 6-year-old mini whoodle, and she’s very attached to us. We love that Julee comes to us (meaning no waiting in a kennel before or after grooming), so our sweet girl is always steps away. She always does exactly what we ask with our pups cut - she looks fantastic! Furthermore, if anything catches her eye (spots where our dog has been licking/chewing, changes in teeth, etc.) she always brings it to our attention so we can discuss with our vet. She has the kindest soul and truly loves animals. Highly, highly recommend!

Never had any experience here ever...just called to get a quote, and my phone gets blown up by making a phone enquiry..would not call or use a service who wants a rating for no service ever rendered. I wish I never had called.

What a nasty vile person. She should not be allowed around animals. She’s discourteous, not honest abs comes across entitled and over priced. Do yourself a favor find a diff mobile groomer. There are way better out there.

Our pups (Teddy & Tofu) have been going to Julee for a year and we all LOVE her! Ju Lee grooms each pup in around an hour, and they always come back looking PERFECT and sooo adorable! While one is getting groomed, the other gets to relax at home and not be stressed. We used to take them to a local groomer, but their services would take 4-5 hours and over half that time they were in a kennel. Ju Lee is very professional, precise and caring towards our little ones. We will be using her for as long as we live in the area! She is the BEST groomer around!

It's not easy to find a groomer that you are happy with. It's even harder with a mobile groomer. Julee did a great job on our dog. I explained what we were looking for (I could have been better at that) and Luna came out exactly like what I was trying to say we wanted. What's more, our dog was very happy afterward. That is not always the case. Julee seems to genuinely care about the animals. The pets know it, and we can tell also. I highly recommend Julee Mobile Pet Spa. Trey her, you won't be sorry.

Ju Lee is awesome! She truly loves animals, and we can tell. I'm sure my pug does too????. She believes in keeping her supplies chemical free, so all-natural ingredients as much as possible. I'd highly recommend her to anyone who wants their dog well-taken cared of.

This Julee failed to follow thru with appointment. There was a mix up in the signals between her voicemail system and getting the paperwork from her to complete the appointment. The appointment was set with her but she did not call me to confirm the appointment. This was supposed to be a surprise for my son and new daughter-in-law's wedding gift. They appointment was a week in the making and the pet was in desperate need of grooming. what a let down:-(

Our pups have had several groomers in the last 4 years and I can say with confidence that Julee is by far the best. We have Bichon boys and they look and smell wonderful. You can tell she cares deeply about animals and that’s what matters most to us.

She took great care of my elderly cat who was pretty stressed out. She did a fantastic job. She is very conscientious and kind. He doesn’t need grooming that often. I am calling her again.

Called and spoke to the lady she seemed very nice She was going to call me back so we could set a time...never heard from her.

One the best dog grooming experience I have had and my dog! He smells great and Julee was so nice. The convenience of having someone come to your home, and the decreased amount of stress for my dog makes it well worth waiting for an appointment.
