This family of dog groomers are the best! They groom my 12 year old chorkie, Turbo, and my five year old neurotic toy poodle, Millie. She is difficult because she whines continually. It can be nerve racking. But Cathy and family are kind and gentle and do a fantastic job. My chorkie doesn’t really need to go every time but he loves going there and getting a bath and brushed, even if he shares a cage with whining Millie. I recommend them wholeheartedly and have no reservations. Cathy has veterinary clinic experience and it shows. She even cuddled Millie during one of her seizures. Five stars are not enough.

Debbie did an amazing job w our Australian Labradoodle puppy! This was his first grooming appt. and we are thoroughly impressed.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Picked up my 6 month old puppy and she was crying and in obvious distress. She was limping and hung her head down. Owner Debbie Bradbury would not tell me what happened other than "she had a very bad day". Supposedly "she got scare when her back foot slipped off the table and everyone grabbed her". She cried the entire way to the vet where they gave her morphine and 2 other injections. Called Debbie from the vet office and again got no information from her. Vet said my girl has nerve damage in her neck affecting both right legs. Our vet is not sure if she will have a life long impairment from this. She is now on 3 medications, 7 times a day. Debbie offered no explanation, NO SYMPATHY, no offer to pay the vet bill, and did not call me later to check on her. I have so many unanswered questions. If only her back leg slipped off the table, how did she suffer a neck injury? How long was she suffering before I picked her up? Why was I not told of any accident until I questioned it? Why didn't anyone call or take her to the vet right next door ? Why does the video from inside the salon mysteriously cut off at the time of the incident but was working fine before it? Please, please don't use this groomer, and tell all your animal loving friends the same.

The location is very convenient. The place is very clean and the groomer Debbie is very professional. I bring my Bichon Frise and Standard poodle to her. You can tell she loves the animals. It's a family owned business which makes for a great atmosphere. I highly recommend

This place is betond amazing. I have a young Shiba Inu who has always been fearful of getting his nails clipped. After trying several places, I stumbled upon here and told them all about his difficulties. They happily accepted him in and took great care to make sure the experience is good. After a few visits, he is now able to get his nails cut and dremmeled without a single cry. MVPs!

My little submissive yorkie pulled me into their shop like he owned the place. He ran up to the groomer she scooped him up and he gave her kisses. It was his first time there! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The groomer does such a good job on him and he so happy to be there. He smells so good but it’s a gentle pleasant smell and his fur is so soft. She keeps records on how his fur was cut so she can make adjustments to what I like. She uses a spinning nail trimmer and his nails are short without hurting him or me with sharp edges. I’m so happy my pup likes his groomer and she loves dogs.

Two week wait until they found out my dogs had short hair, then not accepting clients right now for bath or nails.. ?????

Wow!!! I had read all of the reviews on Google and decided this was the place for our 18 month old Golden doodle Buddy. It was time for a grooming visit and we had a visit to make in St. Augustine. When we dropped him off the owner was really great at helping Buddy and us feel comfortable. We were longer than we thought we would be and they were very kind at letting him stay a little longer. When we arrived Buddy came out and looked so handsome. It was the best grooming he has ever had. BTW he has been groomed by 30-A groomers in the Panhandle! Thank you Salty Paws for making our Buddy look so handsome and smell so nice❣️You are GREAT!
