I took my sweet puppy in today to be groomed. He is a rescue and was severely neglected. He nips when he gets scared. Stephanie H groomed my puppy. She was so patient and sweet and caring with him. And she got him looking like new. I highly recommend her as a groomer. She is fantastic!!

My doggie got bit by an opossum. Banfield hospital inside of PetSmart was awesome taking care of him!

They have a great selection but I would shop there a lot more if it wasn't so expensive.

This 1 star is for Alaska and what she did to my miniature schnauzer. Annie did an amazing job with my border collie for the record. I came in and asked for a traditional schnauzer cut for my little girl. They did the initial assessment and found no matting or issues. I came back and my girl’s entire beard was shaved off. Alaska came up and said “yeah, she had food in there and it was matted so I shaved off the entire beard, but it’ll grow back.” No phone call, no asking, just shaved off the entire beard. I went to speak to a manager and the groomer (not Alaska) who did the assessment said that there was no matting when she checked. The manager apologized and said that it is unacceptable and not her first time. She comped the hair cut, which was nice, but it won’t grow back the beard. The fact that Alaska lied and didn’t even have the decency to call me or apologize after the fact is unacceptable.

I go here allot for Banfield vets and also to see what new holiday stuff they have.

Clean store and friendly staff.

Jess is absolutely the entire reason why I continue to be a loyal customer at Petsmart. The loyalty and dedication she has to her job and her customers is absolutely amazing. I have been a customer there for about four years and recently started having my two year old pup Henry go to training classes. He has completely come out of his shell and his comfortable around people and other dogs because of her! I wish every employee you had was just like Jess!

It was a smaller store so limited on products or sele took. Still has some awesome employees

I joined their pet rewards program and earned a thousand points and they had the special food my cat needed

The gentleman in the fish department was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff was very helpful getting us all the things we needed

Other than being minus two of the five items, everything else was perfecto! Helpful & friendly staff, clean store, ample parking ;)

Got my buddy some sunscreen

Recently started going here to get crickets for our Chameleon. 3 out 4 visits have been quick and easy. The most recent visit no one ever came to assist us with crickets so we bought one of the to go boxes that is supposed to have 25-30 crickets ready to go. Get home and there were only 3. The cashiers have been extremely friendly every visit.

I take my cat here for the vet they always take good care of her.

Good stock of food, treats, supplies for all animals. Very friendly and helpful staff. Competitive on pricing. Parking is good.

Took almost 5 hours for a scheduled grooming appointment.

They always have the dog food I buy in stock, I never have to worry if they will not have it and struggle with finding a temporary fix. The staff is always quick to offer help and fun to chat with. I also get most of my snake enclosure items from here as well and have never had an issue with anything purchased. This is definitely my go to pet store in town.

The ladies working in the back with the fish, and the woman with the red hair in the front (I'm so sorry I didn't get their names) working on jun 6 at 4:26 were absolutely amazing. I had a long, educated conversation with the ladies in the fish department and I came out feeling confident in the store and in myself. The woman at check out was bright and friendly, and I really enjoyed talking to her while I checked out! These woman were the best employees I've encountered (as well as a young man that helped me some time ago get my hermit crabs)and knew what they were doing and definitely gave the feel of enjoying it.iregret not having gotten their names but I'd love to meet them again. They deserve raises and honors and the whole nine!! A wonderful experience entirely. The ladies in the back had lengthy info on what good I should give, down to the brand, and they were careful and compassionate with the animals too.

No customer service ☹️ I saw 5 different employees including the cashier Waited for 10 minutes for help I finally had to stand in line to ask the cashier when help finally arrived I asked for a large dog crate. I was told that they don’t have any even after I pointed it out on the top shelf she rolled her eyes and got the ladder she gave it to a male employee then he expected me to carry it up to the register no help out to the car either Help disappeared again so i had to again wait in line for the cashier to ask where the dog tags for the engraving machine are she told me where but didn’t bother to tell me that i needed to pay before engraving so 3 times in the check out line. I also came in about grooming and for food but didn’t bother. Going elsewhere
