Rita is the absolute best. She is very intuitive with dogs and works wonders with dogs that are shy and timid about being groomed. Rita is always on time, does great grooming and most importantly, my dog loves her. That is all that matters, right? Highly recommend.

Rita gave our Schnauzer Naya the best grooming in five years. She knows how to groom to present your dog at its best. She is very compassionate to the dog.

Rita does a great job grooming my cockapoo, Rosie. She really listened to me and groomed her exactly the way I like. Plus, Rosie is in and out in under 2 hours!

I emailed to get a quote. Didn't hear anything. Called and the voicemail states they are not accepting new clients. This would have been great info for the website so I wouldn't have wasted my time sending an email and waiting for a never received reply. Not good business practice. I am also not interested in being on the VM mentioned waiting list. Don't advertise if you cannot handle the business. Moving right along.

I love going to Happy Paws. My dog doesn't mind either. :-) He loves Rita and her staff. The place is spotless, and well kept. Rita is truly an animal lover. We've been going to her for 4 years.

This is the best Pet Grooming shop in St. Augustine. It is always clean and spotless. Rita loves Dogs as they were her own. I have 3 pets and they all love her and get excited when they know that's where they're headed. If I have to change the date, I call Rite and she always gets back to me at the end of the day. Rita cares about her clients and there pets. She is always willing to help reschedule your appointment if needed and also Im very thankful she checks and keeps health records on all pets she grooms. The public has no fear of your pet catching illness from other pets. I have been going to Rita with my pets for 11 years and would never change aslong as she has her shop .

Rita's shop is impeccably clean and the most well-organized grooming salon I have had the pleasure of visiting. Everything has it's place and is promptly returned to it when not in use. Rita is an expert at her profession and only hires the best in staff to assist her in her passion. I feel comfortable recommending her to anyone in search of a caring, perfectionist to take excellent care of their furry family member or in search of a top-notch facility in which to work and grow in the grooming industry.

We found Rita by checking with the National Dog Groomers Association. Rita Magalhaes, National Certified Groomer, is one of the few dog groomers with these advanced qualifications in Central or Northern Florida. Our 5 month old poodle, Mimi was a perfect example of a classic before and after photo. Rita took our unruly, scruffy mop of a pup, that had never been groomed, and turned her into a stunning French poodle. The shop is meticulous, the care genuine and our Mimi loves going to Rita. Prices for grooming are reasonable and competitive to supermarket pet salons.

Rita is the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for pet grooming.

You can't get better than Rita! She grooms all three of our Rescue Dogs! We have a Goldendoodle, a Labradoodle, and a Basset/Terrier Mix. Rita does the absolute BEST Job!
