We boarded our two westies they had a great time and we’re well cared for. Got a few videos of them playing with the pack.

Very Professional, Reliable and Responsive. Our baby Yulee stayed for 6 days while we were on vacations and she really enjoyed it. They took very good care of her for which we are so grateful. Updates received everyday. Highly recommended.

When calling to ask to see if they had any last minute availability, the lady said she felt uncomfortable/was getting a strange “vibe “ from me. Not sure if they talked to other customers like this but very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!

We are so grateful we found Preferred Pet Care during our stay in St. Augustine. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay knowing both of our dogs were safe and well taken care of. This is not a kennel it is a home which made it so much better for our pups. They also enjoyed playing with the other dogs. We will definitely be using PPC again!

We were in St Augustine for a beach vacation and we brought our maltipoo Prince. We wanted to be able to have some free time to do things dogs are not allowed to do while we were here and Crystal offered us a great way to do that she gave us a safe and fun place to bring our puppy and let me tell you he loved it! He got to play and have fun so there was no guilt in leaving him in her hands. Thank you again Crystal for taking such good care of Prince.

Me and my husband stopped in to see the sites of St. Augustine and needed somewhere for our dog to go. We called Crystal and she was more than willing to take our dog in for the night.. She was amazing and very friendly. Our dog was able to run free in her home and not be caged up. We picked him up and we knew he had been taken very good care of. If you ever visit St. Augustine and need a dog sitter for the day or night give her a call.... We highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Crystal for loving our dog like your own. You r amazing!!

So pleased with the amount of care and service provided. Crystal was more than willing to help me in a pinch and take my dog for the day for a few hours. Shes super friendly and is very knowledgeable. She cares so much about what she does and I felt so comfortable leaving my baby with her. I would recommend her to every single person I know. Will definitely use her again when in the area.

My dog was obviously happy at this establishment. Crystal sent us a video of our Otis playing joyfully with another pup. We haven’t seen him engage in that kind of play at other kennels. We’ll gladly return next time we’ve in St. Augustine!

If you are looking for a person that will watch over your pet as their own than look no further. We have been taking our Bernadoodle, and Mini Schnauzer to her since they were weeks old, and it helped with socialization when we were out working. They are always excited to visit Crystal especially when we pull into the drive way. She does an amazing job with your pets and it shows it when you pick them up after their doggy day or overnighter. I would recommend her anytime over any other sitter in the area or a border where you don’t know if your pet is getting the same personal attention you would be giving if they were at home with you. On top of her exceptional service she is a good repository of knowledge and help when it comes to any of your pet needs. So give her a visit or call highhhhhly recommend.

Taken care of my dog, Roxy. She’s very professional, yet welcoming and loving to all of the animals she takes care of.

My 3 kitty boys had an over night plus a spa day, they all had a bath, ears cleaned, nails trimmed, no fleas to be found on them, spoiled rotten while they were there, if you need a break from grooming like I did, I recommend Preferred Pet care by Crystal, I have 4 fur puppy's that like to argue about their nails being trimmed, not a problem I can contact Crystal bring them by and something amazing happens they let her trim their nails, go figure, while they are there opt for a bath and grooming, sometimes us fur mommies need a break. :)
