HelloVet Pet Care at Home Jacksonville, Florida

My first and only visit, thus far, was perfect. The level of service and professionalism is above any Vet that I have used. They took their time to get acclimated with my dog and made him feel at ease with everything they did which made me feel at ease. They did not rush. They listened and answered all of my questions. They were here probably here close to an hour. The in-home experience is like none other and very reasonable finically. I’ll never use anyone else.

Dr. Pitkat cares for our pets, I feel, as she would her own. Presents a plan of care, discusses options, considers realistic goals aiming for optimal health and care of our pets. Love the ease and “no stress” of in- home visits. Cost for in home care seems equal/less than vet clinics.

Dr. Pitkat has been taking care of my fur babies for many years. We are thrilled about her new home care service. Today was our first visit to establish our crew (3 dogs and 1 cat) in her new practice. She arrived with her vet tech, Kayla (kind and gentle), and all the supplies they needed to complete the visit. My crew's anxiety of a car ride, then going into the strange smells and sounds of a vet office, were completely eliminated and she was able to see my fur babies in their home environment. No more taking them into a back room, instead I was able to see the process right in front of me which was eye-opening for me as well. I love this new service!

Dr.Pitkat, is amazing with my Winston. He is normally very nervous and stressed about going to the vet, but he was waggley tailed and smiling when she took care of him. When he was limping the other day I sent a text to HelloVet and the response time was incredibly, not only did she text back right away with easy to answer questions, but then she gave me many care plan options. I thought it was best for her to see him and again not only same day service but on time courteous and loving to my pup. If you aren't using HelloVet you need to change if you love your fur family member like I do.

Dr. Erika Pitkat is by far a true professional in her field. When we moved to Jacksonville I was so worried that I wouldn't find a veterinarian as wonderful and caring as she is. She is the best vet that we have ever had in all the years we have had animals. Her touch and sensitivity is beyond what I have ever seen. When I had to put one of my cats down, words cannot explain how kind and caring she was during the process. Now that she will be doing house visits, times like that will be so much easier in our own home.
