My two dogs were boarded there the week after Christmas. They called to tell me one of them was itchy before I picked them up. When I got them home I realized they were covered in fleas!! They were both coughing and sick. Spent the night at the emergency vet where she was diagnosed with a severe upper respiratory infections. She had a seizure last night and is getting worse. It was over $900 just on the vet. Couldn’t be more disappointed!

We dropped our dog off for day camp and a wash. When we picked her up she was squeaky clean, happy and tuckered out. Great people to deal with.

This location is awful. I was really hoping it was just because they were new. Gavin is the only good employee. The rest are hit or miss. Including but not limited to constantly over charging me. I have to call and explain that I was overcharged and wait for a "manager" to refund me which may or may not happen. Seriously awful.

Sent food with my dogs...came home with extra food. Makes me wonder if they missed feeding them one day. We called because we hadn't seen our boys out playing... the girl said they hadn't been out yet and were going out to play that day. We were constantly checking ALL CAMERAS and they were never out. When we picked up our boys...we addressed this...we were told they were out everyday. They should get their stories straight. We're very concerned!

Left my dogs there for 5 days while on a Christmas vacation. When picking them up one dog was puking yellow stomach bile the whole way home from not eating. Both dogs ribs were showing and they were starving. Tried to charge me $60 for 2 unrequested baths and my dogs both smell horrible with feces all over their feet. And convinced me to give my puppy a vaccine while he was there that my vet charges $35 they charged $88. Will never put my dogs through anything like this again.

Unprofessional service. I’m beyond disappointed about the service. Called this morning to schedule an appointment. Found out that my puppy didn’t finish all her vaccinations and they CANT see her. First of all, I never got notified or been communicated about it. “ we left you a VM” is this a joke? No communication via email or even a text message while putting my puppy’s health at risk! Definitely not stand for “ where every pet is family “

If I could give zero stars I would. To give one star is a joke! If you ever want to get your dog groomed, I suggest finding a reputable place with reliable staff that can suit your needs. This morning I received a phone call while I was on my way to get my dog groomed that they canceled the appointment. This is the third time in a row that they have canceled my appointment. Mind you, I book a month if not weeks in advance for my appointments. After my second cancellation, my dog got an ear infection because his ears were dirty. Perhaps if they hadn’t canceled my first and second appointment my dog would not have needed medical attention which cost me hundreds of dollars. I have a party tonight, and my mother is coming in from out of state and this will be her first time meeting my did. Now with three canceled grooming appointments you can imagine what my dog looks like. With the holiday season upon us it is not easy to get a grooming another appointment elsewhere. I was told on the phone that the groomer calls out a lot. Yes, I imagine she does because this is the third time they cancelled my appointment. I understand, people get sick, life happens. But three times in a row now unacceptable!

If you just want somewhere to leave your dog for the weekend and know they are safe, this place is good for that. If you need anything else during their reservation - don’t bother. I boarded my dog about a month ago (Friday - Monday) and made a grooming reservation for Sunday. Sunday the groomer called out. I asked them to do it Monday, and was told “she’s booked already and the next availability is two weeks from now.” People that were canceled on should have gotten in the next day, not have to wait weeks - it isn’t our fault their staff called out. I boarded her again this weekend (Thursday - Monday) again, made an online grooming reservation. Picked her up and found out they just gave her a bath. Why? Because apparently their online grooming reservations are only for baths…(??) even though there’s option for actual grooming services, where you upload pictures and give details on the cut you want them to give. The excuse I was given today was that grooming reservations come through as baths and you have to CALL to make an actual grooming reservation. No where on the website does it say to call but days say you can do it online. Then claimed the actual grooming reservation was changed to the 20th. This was not done by me (funny at first you can’t see the reservation, not claim it’s there on the 20th? Which is it??) The worst part? There was another customer in the lobby when I picked up my dog that had the exact same issue. Additionally my dogs shots expired the third day she was there - I had an appointment with her vet after I picked her up. The staff said I was required to have it done by them while she was there. So they made sure to give her those shots, but didn’t bother with anything else I asked of them. Long story short - they are great for boarding but their service for anything else sub par to say the least. Don’t have an option for grooming online if it isn’t going to be done, or if you actually have to call. Customers don’t know how your system works on the backend, we only see and can do what’s available to us online. Do better.

Ok the first time was way better. My dogs have anxiety. The technician who handled them the ladt time was excellent.this more revent time was not as good? Dont know the exact challenges they faced?

I've never had somebody except a reservation and then when you rush around in the morning to drop your animal off before going to work get told that your reservation can't be accepted. Not to mention causes you to be an hour behind in your work for the day because the location is further away and more inconvenient than the Saint Augustine location

I can't thank the team at Pet Paradise enough for the care they gave my dog. First off, the building is very clean and bright. The kennels aren't hidden away and the prices are clearly displayed. We had our boy groomed and Jordan did an excellent job.

Great location, easy to access. Had some systems issues and missed vaccines (they are our vet) but they were able to accommodate and provide the shots while we were on vacation. They missed returning some treats but were found and made available for pickup. Overall will use again provided we have clearer conversations with planning.

We have been to many Pet Paradise locations and for some reason they always ignore our dog and she would come home with diarrhea. This past weekend we decided to give one more chance and we are blessed we did. Definitely treated our dog with honor and respect and gave their time to her. She only came home and passed out the entire rest of the night and most of the next day. Great service as well. We will gladly be back many times. Thanks

my puppy stayed in the vip suite and didn't get fed lunch (i got the bags back) which I understand but she eats 3 times a day. in the vip package photos were included, which I still have not gotten almost a month later and they won't get back to me about that, I think they didn't take any. other than that, she got a bath and had fun in tiny town.

Boarded our dog VIP one night and she barked constantly because she wasn't given medication that we gave instructions for. Grooming was also canceled and backed up for 2 weeks. Finally, there was no report card or notes on how she did.

Marty loved his stay here! He came back exhausted after a great day of play! He's boarded before at a different place and came back acting weird. But he clearly loved Pet Paradise and we can't to bring him back!

Nice people, nice facility but really expensive. They charge for your dog to play, and afternoon pick ups is an extra charge. Go to Dogtown USA. It's all included there at less charge.

My dog likes this place. But make sure to go inside for pick up. they don’t monitor the phone or texts for the curbside part. I was waiting 30 minutes with no response from 4 calls and a text

1st time was free and I couldn't pass the offer up after just having 2 new puppies. They absolutely loved it. I just wish the Webcam worked so I could watch them lol …

Cost of having my 11 lb Maltese groomed of $80 is crazy. Ear hair plucking should not be extra. Grinding nails an extra $10 too. Make them spell it out for you before you commit to the grooming. Also, requested teddy bear face cut and got an old lady facecut. will not be back.
