They always take good care of our pups and make them feel VERY welcomed, thanks to all the staff, I reccomend them to anybody that wants their pups treated like family, Pacetti Rd Pet Spa crew is amazing, they always go above and beyond and keep us in the loop with everything.

Had a great experience here. They got my little dog groomed in a few hours.at a reasonable price..

Will not go back. Workers are not the caring kind. My cat was disturbed when we picked him up.

I was able to make an appointment on line very easily, for my dogs to get bathes and nails trimmed. The day of the appointment I arrived with both my dogs. Laura? ( I am terrible with names) out to get them ,I told her they can be aggressive at times with strangers. She stayed it's fine they will love me. Yup she was right they went with her without any issues. They where ready on time,and looked great. I was able to watch from my car how the staff interacted with them in the lobby. As they show and write on their page your babies are well cared for.

Made an appointment for a grooming app. Confirmed the text message and drove 30 min to the spa. Arrived 7am. A young Lady came outside who seemed to have been new. My dog was frightened so I asked if I could come inside with her to make her a bit more comfortable. Several young Ladies were standing inside the reception staring at me. No good morning or any greeting of any kind. I advised having a grooming app. One of the Ladies stated the groomer called in earlier advising she isn’t going to make it. I was shocked ! Just drove 30 min one way just to be turned away. Later someone called advising she could offer to make a new appointment. What? If anything they should have offered a free grooming. Horrible service! Can it recommend and we won’t be their new customers

I made an appointment, received verification via text message the day before my appointment. Drove 40 minutes the morning of our appointment, arrive to the spa only to find several signs on the door saying the entire staff had quite, And so the spa was closed. Later I heard thru the grape vine that the owner was very rude and mean to her staff, hence the mass walkout. I will not use this place ever. I always support small local businesses before going to big places, not this time. Shame shame on pacetti Rd pet spa owner, always treat your staff right.

Always friendly and professional. Beautiful grounds. My Jack Russell was there for the day and when we emerged, she ran around the little field they have out front. She was so happy! Highly recommend.

Amazing place! Our dog loves going here for daycare or boarding overnight. He loves the girls that work here. Only thing is since the new owner the prices are high.

The staff here are great and my dog is always excited to go here when we need to drop him off. Since they are also a spa, they will groom your pet as well prior to picking them back up.

Called to check in and they told me everything was going great. When I went to pick my babies the next day they told me 1 of my dogs couldn’t go outside with the others because he didn’t come in when called for. That would have been nice to know the night before when I called so I could have drove back and got him out of there. That said I do not recommend if you want your dog to see the outside of the kennel

On 07 August 2020, my wife had I went to Pacetti Road Pet Spa to drop off our dog for boarding. We had made reservations a couple weeks in advance. We were met at the door by a young lady who stated she was a trainee. She advised the day before the entire staff quit due to the owner. She advised she had been trying to contact the owner all morning with no luck. As a result, she was not able to take in any animals. If Pacetti Road Pet Spa has this many internal problems, it is not a place I want to board my dog. Over this past week I have left more than one voice message for the owner or manager to call me and to date, no calls have been returned.

All I know is my dog loves it here! She's a large, energetic puppy & gets plenty of attention & exercise when boarding. Staff is friendly & professional. Pacetti Road Pet Spa is the ONLY place we trust to keep our baby!

I cannot say enough about this place and everyone on the staff! They always take care of us and our dogs with 5 star service! And always help to try and fit me in for boarding! Top notch customer service on the phone and at the front desk!

Never taking my pets here EVER!! Manager behind the counter is extremely rude and would not let me see where my pets would be staying. She told me payment needs to be up front but when my husband goes he doesn’t have to pay until after. Second, I know that when my pets have had a good run and exercise they are tired but every time I pick them up they have tons of energy. I really wonder how much time they spend outside. Third, my pets were extremely thirsty when they got home. Makes me wonder if they give them water. My friend said the same thing about her pets after they got home. Many friends of mine have had the same complaints and will not bring their pets back. If the manager is this rude to people I can only imagine how pets are treated.

This is the only place I trust with my fur kids. They always come home happy, clean and tired! The staff is amazing and always smiling. Lots of room for them up run and play. Thank you for taking such good care of Cappy and Piper.

Employees are friendly and treat your pets with kindness. Had my pets boarded several times and will come back the next time I need someone to care for them.

Dog smelled like piss after only 4 days of boarding.

We reside many miles away from PRPS but no distance can prevent us from boarding our cats with their fabulous staff whenever we travel. This last trip lasted 27 days and we found our kitten well, happy and well-spoiled upon our return. The photos of her enjoying herself made our trip even nicer. Hands down, PRPS is the absolute best pet boarding facility in NE Florida!

Thank you so very much for going the extra mile and boarding my paralyzed, handicapped dog Andy a while back. He couldn't go in your doggie swimming pool, but you changed his diaper and took care of him and let him hop behind your weekend staff to watch cage-cleaning and pet-feeding. I couldn't get out of work that weekend; thank you for taking him in and showing a little black dog in a blue suit a good time. Hugs. ❤❤❤

These folks are great! Our 4 legged kiddo loves to go play with his friends & the staff is great about letting me call last minute when life goes upside down.

We love this place. Great place for boarding your dog, just for the day, or a vacation getaway. Friendly helpful staff members who really seem to enjoy their jobs. I can always tell if the place is ok by the way Ms Lili responds to the attendants that come out to get her, it is always with excitement and lots of tails whippings. This place also has a FB page where they will put up pictures of your fur family if you are gone for longer than a day.
