Pouchi's Bath House Jacksonville, Florida

After seeing photos of the conditions they keep their rabbits for sale in, I had to comment. These conditions are well near animal abuse. No hay, no water in the Florida heat, and wired floors that tear the poor buns' feet apart. They should be reported for animal abuse. Please don't support a business that is harming poor helpless little bunnies.

The bunnies are in poor conditions! No hay, barely any water and there are so many in one cage. They are all huddled together and scared! They need to be educated on proper rabbit care!

Rabbits on wire grates, no hay, limited food and water, no space to hop around. Apparently they don't know how to take care of animals. Improper care- they will end up with severe wounds on their hocks, die of stasis/ dehydration. Why would anyone trust their animal here.

Rabbits were terrified and poorly cared for.

Rabbits need access to hay 24/7 to live

My little Yorkie Schultz was adorable, Elaine, you are wonderful. I really love the staff there . Everyone was so nice and willing to help. A great place for your pet.

The staff at Pouchi's are all very attentive, personable, and they took really great care of my timid shelter dog. They sent us home with a cute Christmas card and my dog's fur is soooo soft. Really feels good being able to find a place that's not only affordable, but you can tell they really love animals.

My big dog hates water and having his nails clipped. We have been to several places. He is happy at Pouchi's.

I don't even know how to begin to to tell you how awesome this place is. They were very accommodating when I needed a last minute grooming appointment for my Lhasa who won't be with us much longer. The owner was unbelievably compassionate for the situation and for my pup. I've definitely found a new groomer for life.

First time taking my dog for full grooming and even though my app was at 11am and they were done at 3 they did a great job - I understand it has been a busy week and things happen but they were very kind when I called to check on him. Very friendly staff and they took good care of my dog - I could tell he was comfortable with them as his previous experience (at a different place) was a bit traumatic and today he was a happy dog. Definitely recommend. Will go back to support them as local business.

They Do An Excellent Job On Grooming My Prancer. I Will Not Go Anywhere Else. The Workers Are So Kind.

I called on a Saturday and was told they weren’t that busy, I was number 6 on the list. 9:00am I dropped off my dog, as 2:00 pm rolled around he still wasn’t ready. I couldn’t wait any longer. A bath and nails trimmed still set me back $40 without consideration for the delays incurred.

They do a great job with my miniature schnauzer. I like that their set up is totally up front; kennels and grooming is completely visible to customers.
