Everybody here is so nice and helpful! I run into a lot of the same smiling faces, but Kayla specifically makes it a point to greet my puppy and I and and make sure we’re good. Lots of brands, lots of cute little animals. Ran into this store once out of convenience and now it’s the only pet store I use.

Had what we were looking for.

Manager and staff were great help. Pricing was a bit inflated and they do not compete with Pets marts New adoption coupon kit. No incentive for adopting locally but cool ppl

I brought my dog Roxy in for a groom. They asked if they could do the ears. I said, “ok.” When I got Roxy back they had butchered both her ears. I informed the manager and they told me to take her to the vet, which I did. I was informed by Petco they would help with a portion of the vet bill (This was a lie). Extremely not satisfied.

Julia did an amazing job on my little old lady! She looks like a pup again ???? My daughter says “that’s one of the best cuts yet!” The service was great as well- very thorough and professional. And all of the groomers and staff are very friendly and helpful. Already booked her next session!????

I see the staff compliments in the reviews which are great but this was not my experience with the young male cashier(others did help when I located them). He was argumentative and totally uninterested in helping me with a pricing error. People like this should not be upfront.....perhaps there's an inventory/supply job "in the back" that would suit his unacceptable demeanor and allow him to hold a job.

The staff was friendly and answered all my moms questions about a good light for her hermit crab.

Although the Marsh Landing store was wonderful, I was there to exchange items purchased at the Atlantic Beach Petco that were supposed to be on sale and I was charged full price on the two items. The Marsh landing employees were so nice, and they did take the time to explain which puppy food to purchase. I took their advice!

I had gone on line with Petco to order dogfood that had not been in stock the last time I went to purchase at my local Petco. It was to be delivered by Door Dash the next day. Needless to say it did not arrive. When I went into the store the manager was extremely helpful and got me the number for Doordash where one of the clerks stayed on the line with me to make sure all the paperwork for the refund was accurate. Very professional and much appreciated by me and my Millie Bugs

Staff was attentive and helpful. They truly are concerned with your pet's needs. Good selection. Doing your research on products is highly recommended. Unfortunately, the product I purchased didn't work. I'm sure Petco would honor a return if I ask. I don't see that's any fault of Petco but it is the fault of the maker. I will deal with other company on my own.

I take my two pups to the groomers here for a calming bath and nail trim- Ashley is an absolute angel!! She is so kind and patient and great with my slightly nervous babies!! Great experience and very trust worthy!

I prefer this location for my doggo's grooming (nail buff). The techs are always friendly and Mac just loves them. He is getting old and the care they take with him when doing his nails makes me a repeat customer. We almost always are walk in customers and appointments are usually available. I definitely recommend this Petco for your dogs nail buff/trim..

On the smaller side of stores but still well stocked!

If you’d like the groomers to complain about your dog and tell you they’re vicious and need extreme help in behavior training then go here. My dog has pretty bad anxiety with grooming and I let them know from the start and told them if you can’t get anything done don’t worry about it and that I’d pay for it either way. Imagine being a dog afraid of grooming and having strangers hold you down and put weird tools around your body. Of course a natural reaction is to try and get away and get the people touching you off. Would’ve been perfectly fine had they told me they couldn’t do anything. But they pushed him to the point of going into fight or flight mode and then complained to me how traumatic it was. And then told me I had an aggressive dog that will bite. Yet he’s perfectly fine at daycare, boarding and the dog park. So if you have a dog nervous about grooming that’s larger please some go here unless you want to be critiqued and guilt tripped. Also the manager is 100% siding with his team and putting the blame on a dog.

The store is close to me, the staff are all nice, some even know us by our names.

My godparents said,”trim a little off of Bella (the tiny one)” but they trimmed most men f it off

There was not a lot of staff be when I was seen they were nice and there is a lot of choice in the store

Pet grooming services are excellent.

The process was relatively easy and the order was done correctly. No problems.

I went to look at fish and eustacia was so helpful. Ended up leaving with $4000 worth of fish and aquarium equipment!
