All the staff were friendly and made my visit less stressful. Rob was handled expertly by the Vet and was offered a lot of treats and petting by the tech. The Vet also played with him with a squeaky toy which he loved. This helped him to be more relaxed and he had fun. I will definitely go back. Thank You all!! Sharon and Rob

Used them alot a couple of years ago, was not impressed. They recommend doing acupuncture, and after going through several treatments and hundreds of dollars there was NO improvement. We tried them again recently with our other dog and I wish I never did. Their MO is to pretend to be nice to you so they can convice you to spend a bunch of money on unneccesary treatments and tests, and then if you don't do it they act like you don't love your pet and are a terrible person. If you're into fake people, this is the place. I politely said we didnt want to do xrays and she was nice to my face, but then I heard them outside the room badmouthing me about how I "didnt want to spend any money". My dog just needed pain medications and had been doing great on them and I just needed another prescription. I won't be back again after this experience.

Dr. Esra and her staff are amazing!!! They are the friendliest veterinarian office I have ever used! I brought my dog in because he was struggling to walk and stand up. He's 14 and battling liver failure and general muscular atrophy. Through laser therapy, acupuncture and other services he has made a complete turn around. His life and comfort level have been extended thanks to Dr. Esra. Rachel, Jo, Ashley and the rest of the staff have been awesome too!!!

Lexi is my baby and I trust Dr. Esra and her staff to take good care of her. Most recently I left her with the staff for a medical procedure and I felt totally comfortable she would be ok while I went to work.

Most caring and attentive veterinarians I have ever dealt with.

We just moved to the area and were looking for a new vet last week. I am not one to write reviews, but when I called Nease Animal Hospital to schedule an appointment I found their front desk to be somewhat rude, uncaring, and dismissive. My cat had been sneezing incessantly for 2 hours and she wanted to schedule me for the next day (it was only 3pm), and told me it was probably allergies and to "try some benadryl". Thankfully I found another vet that afternoon who found a piece of grass in her nose and she was immediately relieved of the sneezing. Not only was the way you talked to me not good or reassuring, it was bad advice in general. I wont be bothering you anymore with my pets (thats how I felt), and I recommend others go somewhere with a better front desk staff. Maybe the doctor is good, but a vet office is only as good as their staff in my opinion.
