The staff here were very compassionate and helpful. Dr. Richie and Chloe were both very kind and I really appreciate their thoughtfulness as I did come in a little shaken up and worried. They gave me answers to every question I had and then some. I left feeling very confident in my pet's recovery and the care he received!

This was an exquisite vet visit! My kitty Oliver & I are very thankful! The staff was so wonderful, helpful, & attentive especially Hollie, Jen, & Natalie. Would definitely recommend!

Completely bait and switch. They advertise a free first visit. My daughter who is a minor, took in a kitten that she found in a parking lot. She made an appointment… they proceeded to charge her $50 for a emergency/walk in visit. They then conducted many test and gave her three medications. She left with a $333 vet bill. They never once contacted her parents to confirm approval. Completely took advantage of a sweet girl trying to save the life of a stray kitten.

UPDATE: ALL concerns were addressed and handled promptly. All of our questions were answered and time was taken to explain the extent of our poor dog's injury. Although we had a rough start, our overall experience was good and the staff is amazing. Not in a rush to return anytime soon, but we will continue use Forever Vets for our puppy health! Had to go for an emergency visit on a Sunday. It cost about $50 more, because it was a weekend. Staff was friendly and caring. We had to go back in Monday morning for more tests, which was planned and discussed in detail during our Sunday visit, but the staff for Monday had NO clue what was going on. They tried to repeat everything that was already done the day prior and charge for it again. It's really disappointing, because I thought we found a great new vet in the area, but the incompetence is alarming.

My dog has a slight discharge coming from one of her eyes. Since I'm quarantined w/ COVID for the next several days, I asked the vet to look at some pics to determine if I could do anything until I can bring her in. The pics were looked at quickly which was appreciated. That said, when I was called back I was told to wait until I can bring her in so they could run a culture on the discharge coming from her eye. With the weekend coming, I asked if I could do something other than wait to see if it got worse and was told no but I could have the doc call me to explain why they needed to see her. Given I was disappointed with what I was told, I called another vet with the same story and, while the new vet also wanted to see my dog, I was told to try some boric acid in the meantime and if it didn't get better over the weekend, or if it got worse to give them another call. As most people know, I didn't think of it at the time, boric acid can be very effective with treating minor eye issues, doesn't require a prescription and is very inexpensive. This is exactly the recommendation I was looking for! Too bad the Forever Vets folks didn't think of it first. While I still plan on using Forever Vets for our dogs care, I'll be more judicious in evaluating other options to them in the future. Regarding your response, first, you have the weight of our pet. She was just there a week or so ago for a nail trimming and ear cleaning. This was discussed when I called and a little file search would have told you that. Regarding the need to come in for an exam when I had COVID, while I understand all vets may not have advanced to a "TELEDOC" approach, prescribing a simple broad spectrum eye-drop antibiotic would have been very easy if the doc thought there may be an infection. In summary, virtual doc visits are happening around the world for very simple issues like eye and ear infections. The days of requiring an in-person visit and taking a costly culture are pretty much over for humans, why not pets. That said, to reiterate, the doc I did use suggested boric acid and offered to write a prescription for a broad spectrum if my dogs condition didn't improve. This was all off the same pics I sent to your office. I'm assuming many people will read this post and make their own assumptions/conclusions on what occurred during this interaction and the common practices of Forever Vets. BTW, my dog is doing great. I am so thankful I found Forever Vets! When we first moved to the area we had not found a vet yet when our Maltese became very sick. I called Forever Vets and they took her in immediately. Everyone from the front desk to the Doctor have been so amazing! They are friendly (which was rare in Orlando) and genuinely care for your pet! They called to check on our girl several times and if I she had an issue they would fit her in that day or the next. With the right diagnosis and medication our girl had gotten back to her old self again. I can't say enough about the Nocatee office and the care they have given us. Thank you! Wiseman Family

This was the best experience at a vet. We were in from out of town and took our boy Hero for a nail trim. They got me in same day and I was blown away by every aspect of the visit. I honestly wish they had this vet in Atlanta!! My dog needs you!! I will always come here when in town. I was so extremely impressed! Also I think his name was Holden but he was the best!

We can not say enough about Forever Vets Nocatee! We recently got a puppy that ended up having parvo. Dr. G did everything he could, then advised us to take her to a 24 hr care vet. Unfortunately the puppy did not make it. We were shocked to receive flowers from Forever Vet considering we had only used them on this 1 occasion. They all seem to genuinely care. We will 100% be using them for our other 2 dogs!

They staff was incredibly kind and compassionate to our pet and to us. Would definitely recommend to others.

Horrible office - horrible communication. Kept dog longer than necessary. Assessed fees that were uncalled for without notification. Keep away.

I do not recommend Forever Vets in Nocatee at all. I took my newly adopted dog in about a year ago because he was heartworm positive when I got him. I wanted to get him established with a vet and get him treated. A year later, I am being told by a different doctor at the same location that the treatment method being used was not effective and should not have been used to begin with. On top of that, my vet tech yelled at me that "This could kill him," when they were supposedly treating him for the heartworms. Prior to this, everyone had been so kind, but the lack of sensitivity when you are being told that everything that same vets office has said for a year was incorrect is inexcusable.

I love Forever Vets! They treat my pets like family.

We were able to get a same day Saturday appointment for an unplanned visit. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Modern practice and we will be back! They offer a member payment plan option, which seems to cover most basics and is a good deal.

Took my dog to Forever Vets Nocatee for her annual checkup. The facility is top notch and the staff is tremendous. Dr. Bishop was very knowledgeable and gave our dog a thorough check up. I would 100% recommend this facility and doctor to anyone with a pet.

We take our three dogs to Forver Vets and they always take amazing care of our babies!

The boarding place (not Forever Pets) for our cats did not have an on-site vet to give the required vaccinations as was previously told to us. We were in a bind, and thankfully Maggie, the receptionist at Forever Pets, got us in for an appointment within minutes at Forever Pets Nocatee! The vet tech and vet, Dr. Crouch, were very professional and caring towards both of our cats. We were even more delighted to discover that the cost to get a check up and updated shots for our two cats was $60 cheaper than the other vet we got a quote with. We were happy with the staff, treatment of our pets, and their willingness to help us in our urgent situation. Highly recommend Forever Pets!!!
