The professionalism of this place is amazing. They really truly seem to care for every animal that comes through, and try their hardest to help people like this fur momma give their babies the best care. This is our go to place now. Always able to get an appointment, fast and reliable, and they always do follow up calls to ensure that our pets are doing okay the following day. I have traveled to so many states because of my job and have been to many different vets. I can honestly say that this is the best experience I have ever had. They have amazing hours so I know I can always get an appointment that fits with my schedule and they are always so incredibly nice and understanding. I unfortunately had to go through the loss of my kitten this year and not only did they help us through the initial cremation process but they also made sure we got her collar and took her paw prints. Not even a week later we had flowers delivered to us from the amazing people at Forever Vets and I just couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I still go here for all my other baby’s needs and I’m so grateful for everyone there!

This past week our family said good-bye to our 15 year old cat, Shorty. She was a good cat, very good at snuggling and being cute. We loved her very much! The staff and doctors at Forever Vets Animal Hospital of Murabella Parkway gave her the attention and care she needed, while catering to our emotional needs. I was able to make an emergency appointment the day I called, and they provided her with medication to ease her pain the same day. Dr. K is very professional, and the entire staff was warm and supportive from the receptionist to the manager. I was very grateful for their sympathy and compassion. Our visit was perfect! Zoe was at ease and given that she’s only 3 months old, that’s a testament in itself! We were both greeted very kindly and she didn’t even flinch when she got her shots. Signed up for the wellness plan during her first visit! Thank you!!

My cat was gravely ill on a Sunday, so I was grateful that they are open 7 days a week. He had to stay there for several days, and I was glad they didn’t make me take him home each night which would have been rough. The doctors and other workers were good about letting me know what was happening every step of the way.

Everyone is so friendly. They took great care of my cats. I love how they discuss the cost before doing anything and don’t try to add on extras.

Amazing people from the person that greets you to the vet. Vet techs are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Veterinarian did a through exam. Great people.

The office team has a heart for pets. They always welcome not just me by name by my fur baby as well. When our older dog needed medical care, Dr. Starr was so caring and gentle. Our puppy loves him and so do we!

Very professional and personable staff. They don't try to push services or products on you. The best thing about this practice is that they have a system for paying your bill right in the examining room! No more having to pay at the counter in the waiting room with other animals, which was always very stressful for me and my dog.

The vet clinic is by far the best I have ever been too for my animals, the staff is amazing, caring, will help you in any way they can, are very compassionate, love your animals just as much as you do. Unfortunately my son's cat Socks got a very bad blockage he had to be hospitalized for a few days. The doctors and staff use to call me every day to give me several updates on him, luckily a few days later he was able to come home. The staff was amazing, Dr. Starr was very informative on what was going on with him, Unfortunately a month later the same blockage happened again and this time it was worse than the first. Our poor baby was hospitalized again, We had to make a decision to do a "PU" Perineal Urethrostomy, basically turns a boy cat to female. Dr. Starr was very informative of the surgery and explaining the pro and cons, but because we had no idea where he was being blocked we were afraid to do the surgery and have the same thing happen again and sadly decided to send him to heaven and to no longer be in pain. The staff was absolutely amazing, even they day he crossed the bridge, they were right there with me and Socks and waited to me to be ready. The staff even stayed passed closing hours so I could spend as much time with him as I needed. They even made pawprints and cut locks of his fur for me to take home. I WILL absolutely use the vet clinic in the future for my other animals. THE STAFF AND DR STARR ARE AMAING WORDS CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PLACE.

I have been very pleased since switching to Forever Vets. My dogs are well taken care of, exams are thorough, appointments easy to schedule, and the rewards program is great.

The staff is wonderful, kind, professional and very patient! There's nothing anyone could have done to make my (& my fur baby's) experience any better. This was my first vet visit in St. Augustine and I am extremely pleased!

The staff at Forever Vets is top notch. They helped me last week as I had to say goodbye to my fur-baby. They were compassionate, respectful, and even stayed late, well past their closing time, to allow my family the chance to say goodbye. And this was my very first experience with them, as my regular vet's office had already closed for the day. I will be returning to them, so they can care for my other pets and I will be forever grateful to them for their kindness.

Had an emergency and took us in 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday. Did not feel unwelcome or rushed, and appreciate the quality of care and concern received.

The Vets and staff are amazing. Took such good care of our girl. We felt at ease knowing she was in the best of care. The follow up calls let us know they have the pet's best interest and they truly care. Would highly recommend them.

I love Dr. Cunningham - she is caring and informative and makes sure all the bases are covered with any concerns we have. The support staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Extremely professional and compassionate!!! This is a great place!

I was Intentionally misled about Cefpodoxime and its use. I was told “it’s only for dogs” by the vet when I inquired about the antibiotic and its use. This is of course, is not the case. They also pushed many other tests that ended up being unnecessary and racked up the bill, which is the goal. So much for the Veterinary code of ethics.

It was perfect! From my welcome by the front office people to the caring and loving response from the doctor and assistants, I felt they truly loved my baby as much as I do!
