I love Driftwood! You can tell Dr.Shook really cares about animals and loves her job. I love taking my pups to the ver and they equally enjoy going as well. Everyone is attentive, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Driftwood! They take great care all around and are so affordable, I don't mind the drive! Switched from a very expensive vet that wasn't really treating my dogs issues and in just our first visit here, my dogs skin improved immensely!! Dr Grace has been awesome, you won't be disappointed!

Dr Grace and her staff are so patient and kind. They have been detailed with their instruction for care on my pet no matter how many times I had to ask for clarification. I really appreciate the entire team here. This review had noting to do with the yummy bottle of sangria they also hand out. They really understand white glove service.

Just came back from Driftwood. I highly recommend them if you love your animals being treated like family. Professionally and literally. Dr Shook was both extremely thorough and thoughtful as this was Jack's first visit to a vet since he was a kitten. The staff treated us both like we were family. Jack took to them immediately. I would like to thank them all for making this an amazing experience. ( as far as vet visits can be ) highly recommend your pet and you join their family.

I am so thankful for Driftwood Veterinary Hospital! I was able to get a same-day appointment last week for a very sick pup. The clinic is beautiful and the staff was very professional and friendly. Most importantly, Dr. Grace Shook took so much time with us in order to really understand what was going on with our dog. Due to her thoroughness and care, she was able to make a diagnosis that had been continuously missed by our previous vet. I wish I'd started out at Driftwood sooner. I doubt my pup would have been anywhere near as sick as he was this past week. We're getting back on track and I'm happy to be continuing care with Driftwood. I can't speak highly enough about this practice.

Our first visit to Driftwood Veterinary Hospital was amazing. Each person played with our sweet Jack Russell Terrier. They had her attention and calmed her down for her check up and vaccinations. Amazing place to bring in your pet!

I absolutely love my new vet office! The staff are so nice and accommodating. The vet is wonderful with my Frenchie!! They even did a welcome board for Lucy!! Highly recommend!

We are new to the area and decided to go with this Vet due to the reviews. I have two dogs that I have brought in. On our first visit I really liked the staff and we thought we had made a great choice. Upon leaving our first visit we were asked by the staff who we purchase the dogs medication from. I told them we use Chewy and we were told not to use them and that they sell "fake medication" and were given their online pharmacy information. That worried me, so the next time we ordered the dogs prescription through the Vet instead. I put an order in for Simparica Trio. The following day I was informed that this medication has caused lifetime seizures in many dogs. I then contacted the Vet directly and I was told that they could not switch the medication back to their old medication, even though it had not been sent out yet. Then I was told I could purchase it from them, after I had just spent $130 on medication that they refused to exchange so of course I did not want to after the customer service I had just received. I asked to have it filled through Chewy and was told we had to physically come to the office to pick up a prescription, which no other vet has ever required, and they refused to approve it over the phone. I was also told via email that Chewy was an "untrusted online source". It is obvious all this Dr. cares about is money and not your pet. I let the Dr. know how I felt about this and I was then told I can no longer bring my pets there. This Dr. does not care about your pet, she only cares about making money and this is very evident. Beware!

We went in for our first visit and the staff and Dr. Grace were wonderful with our dog Kole. The office is extremely clean and inviting. Dr. Grace took the time to listen to me and she totally loved on my dog. He now has " hairy eyeballs" again. Lol

I am so grateful to the staff and Dr Grace. We had to have our 18 year old beloved dog put to sleep while he was on vacation with us in St Augustine. So professional and so caring. Made an absolutely heart breaking experience a little easier. My thanks to you wonderful people

Dr. Grace Shook is an accomplished doctor who truly cares about her patients... you can tell she practices veterinary medicine for the right reasons... she works hard to stay up to date on the latest technologies and strives to reduce anxiety for her 4-legged patients and their owners... highly recommend her.

Loved this place! The staff was unbelievably nice and welcoming. My dog gets nervous around new people so we were a little hesitant to bring him in but he did so great with everyone. They gave great tips on food and medicine. I will certainly keep bringing my dog here.
