Always super friendly and pleasant. Our dogs love coming here when we go on vacation. (And they are a lot to handle ). Very accommodating to their needs to keep them as stress free as possible. I don’t have to worry about them when we leave which is perfect

My pups love going here! We board them here a few times a year. They are always well taken care of. If any little thing seems off with one of them, I get a phone call keeping me informed of what's going on immediately (one of my dogs is a senior and has a few problems❤) I love being able to see photos of them on Facebook having a good time while I'm on vacation too!! The staff is always super friendly and unbothered by all of my instructions that come with my crazy pack of pups!????

Nice people very reasonably priced. Everyone i spoke to picking up and dropping the dogs of said they were great also.

Dog Town resort is the best! We visited last weekend to inquire about fostering a Dog through Swamp Haven rescue. The facility is EXTREMELY clean and the staff are clearly animal lovers. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been bringing my dog for the past 2 years and I am very happy when I bring my Nyla. Nyla is always happy and a healthy dog. The place is always clean and never smells like dogs. Although I groom my own dog every time I pick up my dog she is always clean and doesn’t come home smelling. Website is convenient when I make reservations and when I call front desk is always very helpful, especially Chelsey. Keep the good work because I want to continue bringing my fury to this facility. I have researched plenty of boarding facility with a little more space including Burch and dog paradise but I still prefer Dogtown in Saint Augustine.

THEY ARE THE BEST!!! IF they had not known our pooches or if they had not been paying close attention our JoJo would have died. THEY SAVED her life just by being cognizant of her personality and closely watching her. THEY ARE THE BEST AND WE LOVE THEM LIKE FAMILY!!!!

This is the best place to take your 4 legged children. I had to place my babies for an indefinite amount of time due to house issues and it's been heart breaking. Dog Town has made it so amazing for my family. Never once have they made us feel like we were a bother when we call on a daily bases or when we come for visits. Our babies are so well taken care of. Thank you dog town. You guys are just amazing

Have been taking my pups to Dogtown since they opened many years ago. It is my dogs’ home-away-from home and they love it there. Great staff and I know my pups are safe and loved. Highly recommend!

I just want to state I am on of those pet owners that consider my animals my children, so when my home became infected with mold and I had to find somewhere for my 4 legged children I was scared and just absolutely distraught. From the moment I called Dog Town they eased my fears. I own a laid back 175 pound mastiff Triton and a 95 pound mastiff named karma who is a crabby paddy . I was a nervous wreck about how they were going to do being boreded for an indefinite amount of time. I told I was welcome to call whenever I want to check on the babies. Each day I called (several times) with beautiful updates. Never annoyed by my calls. I even got to take them out to play dates on the weekends. The babies didn't even mind going back!! Actually I think they were excited to be back. I would give them 100 stars honestly. This place has saved our family!!!

If you are looking for a Pet Resort that caters to your dogs every need this is the place to send them! When we picked them up after a 5 day stay the staff was very attentive and kind. Our dogs looked so well taken care of. They even took a picture of them and gave it to us. The staff there really is attentive to all of the dogs and genuinely care about the dogs they care for. We have taken them to other dog kennels and have had such bad experiences. Nothing in the area compares to Dog town St Augustine.

Dogtown is wonderful! My dog Phoebe is a very energetic girl who loves going to daycare multiple days a week. They are very professional and always greet my dog by name as soon as we walk in the door. She has a blast going to daycare and I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful staff watching out for her!

I have brought my dog to Dogtown for over a year and it has been her favorite place ever since. The staff is so accommodating to her needs and I feel so happy when she is there. My dog LOVES Dogtown, I couldn’t imagine her life without it!

It was clean & fun family memories

If zero stars was such a thing on here I would recommend just that. Constantly out dog came home spelling of urine and never was groomed. Have to wonder if they even look after the dogs there or they just play on their phones all day. After the last visit our dog went home with another dogs collar, they offer us a free night to bring in the collar and then when it’s time to collect on it they cancel all future visits and tell us we are never going to be customers again. Why? All because we told the young kid working there we will most likely never use them again...is that a threat...I don’t think so. Don’t worry we will just let everyone know about how our dog and other dogs come home spelling like urine even they are bathed and groomed before going into dog town every time. We looked past it but not anymore.

Saying we LOVE DogTown is an understatement! We tried another place in the past & did not have good experiences - poor pup wouldn’t even go back the last time so I knew I had to find another place. At DogTown Tucker doesn’t look back at me. The staff is wonderful and SO understanding of your pups needs while with them. LOVE that it’s indoors for our Goldendoodle, has a pool and they post pictures while you’re away from your pup! We recommend DogTown to all of our family and friends!

The best place to take care of my dogs!!

I have been taking my now 9 month old puppy since he was old enough to attend. The staff is always professional and you can tell they love dogs. I love that they take pictures and have the indoor pool! I can even get him groomed before I pick him up. I highly recommend dogtown to everyone.

Our dogs love Dogtown and the people that work there! Lincoln and Izzy can't wait to play in the pool soon. Thanks everyone at Dogtown for being so good to our dogs!

This is the only place we use. Its so nice we bring Chloe from Green Cove just to use them! They are so nice to our dog!

Love love love! They all know my baby, she acts like she is playing with friends! Which she is! We take her here at least once a week. We HAVE to, we got her at wks and she is now 7months. She's been going there since she was about 5 months. She is HIGH energy! But after a day of play, she is whipped!!

Took great care of our boy!

They are not good people. Very immature, and not smart enough to know when your animal needs to go to a vet or not for emergency care. Ruined my vacation, then refused to offer me future service. Nice customer service. I hope you go out of business. The way you treat people, you most certainly will.

We use Dogtown whenever we go away and they have been nothing but exceptional with our dog. I would reccomend them to anyone.

DogTown takes great care of our Labradoodle. He loves going to DogTown. The staff is always friendly. We appreciate the easy online booking option.

My dog stayed here awhile ago and loved it! He was a goober so he never wanted to go in the water but he had fun. He was so well taken care of! Totally worth the money.
