Amazingly clean. When I walked in I was not smacked with the expected reek of dirty pups and excretement. They were immediately welcoming and so patient with my anxiety ridden Pinch! They communicated with me and generated a level of trust in care and ingenuity I’ve never had with a vet office.

Dr. Navarro and her team are outstanding!!! They are a wonderful group and very caring. A pleasure to work with. Worth my hour drive for my pet's care. Highly recommend Spring Hill Animal Clinic!!

Whenever my fur babies need to be seen, I always call Spring Hill Animal Clinic. Whether it be their yearly vaccinations or emergency visit, I’m confident they are getting great care. They are also very transparent about pricing.

I have two dogs and five cats and take them all to this clinic. I find the doctors to be very knowledgeable and sensitive. I think the staff is great, very warm and welcoming. We had to put down one of our cats a couple years ago, a very difficult time for us but the staff was very comforting and accommodating and allowed us to be with her as she passed. Thanks for all you do.

Such a great vet experience! The staff was really friendly, helpful, and attentive. They loved on my baby the entire time and answered all of my questions. I will be referring all of my friends and family here for their fur babies! They also took this picture in a separate room with seasonal props. An overall great experience.

The facility is very clean , staff is very welcoming . I have met all the vets and each and everyone is very knowledgeable and they don’t run unnecessary tests etc only what they need . The prices are great , my cat was hospitalized all day ( from 8am to 5pm ) and they did that complimentary which I was very pleased with . My cats don’t freak out going there , they love the vets! I made an appointment because my cat was feeling skinnier than usual, and immediately they told me he needed to be on fluids over the weekend (this was Saturday) and that they would do further testing on Monday, did not give me any idea what may be wrong with him. Spent $2500 to keep him in the ER over the weekend, and Monday I call to let them know my mom will be bringing him back in to do tests, and the receptionist was incredibly rude, stating that drop offs are between 8-8:30. I had no idea that was the case, and my cat was in critical condition, so I'm sorry for bringing him later, but the rudeness and exasperated sighing was very off putting. If someone had told me beforehand that was the time to bring him in, I would have done so. On that Monday, they did a few tests, said his liver and kidneys were out of whack and something was wrong with his heart. They sent him home with me Monday night and told me to bring him back the next day to do an ultrasound, but he didn't make it to Tuesday. He died on the way to the vet, it was traumatic to say the least. What angered me the most was, as I was holding my dead cat in my arms and sobbing, choosing an urn, he was only 3 years old, the technician looked at me and said, "Maybe he got into something." Look, I do not know what happened to my baby and I never will, but maybe keep your theories to yourself while a client is sobbing over their unexpectedly dead animal. He was an indoor cat who lived with five other people that never saw him get into anything, and he was losing weight over the course of a couple of weeks, using the bathroom normally and acting normal otherwise. Technicians and receptionists here really have no sensitivity to heartbreaking situations and nothing was explained to me throughout this horrible experience.

Front office staff so welcoming and friendly! Loved Dr. Narvarro and Sarah~ Took their time with Louie, who is a rescue from a hoarding situation, and very afraid of new people. They did great with him, and I felt like he had the best exam possible. Answered my questions, and I never felt rushed. Thank you!

I have been taking my 2 girls to this vet's office since we moved to Hernando County in 2016. The employees and Vets are all very nice and knowledgeable...as well as kind and compassionate with my 2 girls. My girl Bernie had her dental this week and I know it was rough for her but I felt comfortable that she was in good hands and she is feeling better every day. I know that if there was a problem I could call the office and get help immediately.

I have been taken my pets here for 20 yrs, I would not want to take them anywhere else. They are professional in every aspect of their business. I appreciate that, and so do Maverick & Kashmir..

Just want to thank SHAC for being absolutely wonderful to me and my cat Gracie. Unfortunately I had to lead her over the rainbow bridge last week but they showed so much care and attention to her and myself during this difficult decision. So much compassion for my loss. I had my beloved pet cremated and they walked me through that process as well, helping me pick out how I would forever honor my fur baby. This is not the first time I have had to do this but I just wanted to say Thank You from the bottom of my heart

A phenomenal animal clinic with great veterinarians. However, they need to allow their customers to enter their facility and be present for appointments with their pets. Covid as a reason is outdated now and gives the perception that this clinic doesn’t want to deal with its customers. Please change so we don’t have to find another vet.

They were honest about my cat’s poor prognosis and didn’t push for futile testing. They were very compassionate and understanding when we have to euthanize our beloved cat, they allowed both my husband and I to be present and gave us time to say our goodbyes privately. They went above and beyond, getting me a appointment on short notice and were also affordable. I highly recommend this animal clinic and will certainly return when needed. I also appreciate them sending us a card in the mail a couple of weeks after, it was a very sweet gesture that will not be forgotten.

If there were more stars I'd give them!! Especially Dr. Dave! I seriously would not have Monkey, my kitty, if I had not found Dr. Dave! Thank goodness for Spring Hill Animal Clinic. Excellent staff, with special thanks for Dr. Dave! Have had multiple vets in past who were very quick to end my pets life. Their willingness to go the extra mile is amazing! My previous vet wanted to put down one of my" family pets (children) down, luckily I was able to find Dr. Dave and I'm happy to report that all of the "family pets (children) are still doing wonderful under their care!!! Thank you guys for all that you do!!!!
