Finally. We found a vet with the right treatment options. Getting great results with both my cat and dog digestive and skin issues. Great results. Treatments that my pets can keep down. I think we found our new vet.

Getting too busy, have to wait 1-2 hours after your appointment before they take your pet in. Still only curb dropoff not letting people inside the clinic yet! Need a bigger location and more help.

Told me to euthanize my dog after he was hit by a car. They were NO HELP at all. And my dog 3 days after being hit is alive and walking. Im so glad I didn't listen to the vet. She just wanted to Kill my dog.

Dr. Johnson and the incredible staff with Silverthorn are second to no one, and we will go to no one else. With his knowledge and their compassion, we were able to share two more months with my dog, who was suffering congested heart failure. Everyone there is devoted, hard working, compassionate, and some of the most incredible people; they will do all they can to work with and help you. Dr. Johnson is extensively experienced, well mannered, and expertly knowledge in the field. They are worth the investment, in time and money, and deserve all the patience and respect. With how heavily impacted the vet industry is, these amazing folks have adapted and taken things in stride, if you see them, give them the time and respect they're going to give you and your pet, they deserve at least that much. (I'm just sorry I didn't leave a review for them sooner!) Thank you everyone at Silverthorn! ????❤

Great Vet in Spring HIll.

This vet is awful. I’ve spent so much time and energy trying to get ahold of them. They never answer their phones and rarely phone you back. I would leave them a message to let them know my work hours as we were playing phone tag and they would never call me outside of these hours, even though they are open outside of my work hours. It took me 2 weeks to book a re-check appointment because of all the back and forth. I even tried to book online and their online system does not work. When showing up at the vet you even get the machine when trying to check in (they are doing curbside checkin). Our first appointment was for 2 heartworm tests and they did a full exam even though we told them our dogs did not need a full exam, as they both had exams 5 months prior. What should have been a $30 bill for 2 heartworm tests ended up being $260. They advised us our dogs had issues our previous vet never diagnosed and charged for exams and medication. They advised us to come back for a re-check for one of our dogs at no charge. At the re-check I asked them to trim his nails and they came out with a bill for $98! They tried to charge a re-check fee, a screening fee, plus $18 for a nail trim. They took off the re-check fee so my bill dropped to $67, but what a rip off. They led me to believe I would not be charged for a re-check and neglected to tell me there were other fees involved. And $18 for a nail trim?! I’ve never seen a nail trim cost over $10. Needless to say, we will not be going back. I could have overlooked the first vet bill because I truly believed they were trying to help but after being ripped off at the re-check and all the issues with trying to get ahold of them, we will be looking for another vet.

I took my Goldendoodle, Honeysuckle, to the reproduction area of the clinic for her ultrasound and x-ray. Kelsey was great and the doctors I met were very personable and knowledgeable. Very impressed!

I have never been here technically. While waiting in that parking lot 2 years ago, a family was crying outside of the office because their fur baby was hit by a car. I watched as the staff came outside to tell them. The staff was so kind about it, they all hugged and the vet techs sat on the ground hugging and crying with them. I cried while watching this and I always said when the time comes for my fur babies to cross the rainbow bridge, i hope the Vets office will be this kind to me.

Great place, great staff, always polite and helpful. I wouldn't take my fur baby anywhere else.

So glad we found them. I love that you have a choice of Western or holistic treatment for your pets. They do not strong arm you when it comes to vaccines and will write up an estimate before treatment so you choose what's most important on that visit. Vet bills can be sooooooo expensive, they are the most reasonable clinic I've ever visited. You can tell that the doctors and staff love animals and what they do
