Garrison Animal Hospital Spring Hill, Florida

I was so glad to schedule a second opinion for my ailing dog here. After they did a blood work up on her and there were other issues that needed attention first. No pressure here on making decisions for her on what meds she needed and encouraging me to search the internet for other suggestions. Please do yourself a favor and go there to discuss any issues your pet may be having. I couldn’t highlight all the qualities above or I certainly would have.

Wonderful and caring staff. They saw me (a new customer, btw) on Christmas Eve and were so great, even though my family is moving to Homosassa, we intend to keep this as our primary vet moving forward.

I bought my dog Lily to see Dr. Echols back in October. Lily had cancer. Dr.Echols and her staff were so kind I knew when the time came we would only go there. Today was the day.... My beloved Lily had come to the end of the road. Despite being booked up the office staff made room for Lily. Dr.Echols , her assistant and the whole staff were so caring and compassionate . I am grateful for their kindness and being so loving with Lily. There's no vet in the area that provides this level of care.

Dr. Echols is extremely compassionate and takes the time to answer any questions we have. She is very genuine and truly cares about your pet. She's warm, very knowledgeable, and puts you and your pet at ease. She gives you her undivided attention. Garrison Animal Hospital has a wonderful and caring staff. Sam, Brandy, Brenda, and Nicole, along with Dr. Gibson & Dr. C. are a wonderful team you can trust with your loved one.

Top notch veterinary clinic with great, caring staff. I've been coming here for years and they always take the best care of my fur baby.

The care my pets receive is always good, HOWEVER, last visit I felt a little taken advantage of. My dog had surgery for tumor removal last month. Recovery was going well and then an infection worked it’s way out (vet thinks an internal stitch worked it’s way out). Clearly infection on the tumor removal incision site. The “post recovery care” was denied because it was after 30 day. THIS WAS JUST 2 DAYS PAST THE 30 DAY MARK, and when I asked if covered under post surgery care, receptionist simply said “I don’t make the rules” and it wasn’t covered because after 30th day so I owed more money. I felt a bit slighted after just paying roughly $800 for the tumor removal and this post surgery care was not being covered. Again this was an infection from the surgery site, not going in for a new issue.

The staff at Garrison Animal Hospital treated my dog with respect & compassion. They explained things well for when we took her home

Took my new addition to the family to Garrisons to get checked out and start heart-worm and flea control. Met Dr. Echols for the first time was very impressed with her. She was gentle and loving and checked him over throughly. I know the office has been going through a transition lately and is a bit higher in prices now compared to when Dr. Jones was there however, everything goes up in price and with the quality of care I was shown with this visit I will keep taking my dogs back. To me the staff has always been nice and pleasant and have always tried to accommodate me when I’ve called with issues or needs.

Very kind and friendly and knowledgeable at the front desk. They handle my cat with ease and comfort. This cat is feral and shy, but the techs and doctor had no problem working with him. All the staff is very caring. I’ve been coming here for years. The doctor gave me handouts to protect me and my cat. It’s always a good experience.

I have had wonderail experiences with Garrison Animal Hospital, I was with them for many years until I moved from Spring Hill. I would highly recommend anybody who's looking for a knowledgeable caring and honest doctor to visit with Garrison Animal Hospital....Luv Susan & Lucy ????????

Always a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great with my Maxwell, he has some anxiety issues. Never feel rushed, they take time with exam too. Highly recommend. ????

I really appreciate Dr Echols and her team! I've been going there for years with many cats and now my dog to see Dr Jones who has retired. My cat recently had some urinary issues so I brought him in, had two visits and he acts better now. He doesn't like to go of course but needed to get better. Thank you Dr Echols and staff at Garrison Animal Hospital!!

Called and got an appointment the same day. Dr. Smith found we didn’t need two of the vaccines we thought we needed for the cat we brought in. Very thorough exam and ALL staff, (Catherine , Sam as well as the vet tech who’s name escapes me at the moment)were very pleasant, courteous, polite and professional. I could recommend them emphatically as a safe place to bring your pet. Very satisfied.

I went in all crazy and in a rush because my dog was bit and her face swelled up. The staff and the doctors were more than helpful. They took her right in, I am sticking with Garrison because my dog approves lol and everyone in Garrison Animal Hospital is VERY friendly, they are SUPER clean and professional. The office is VERY clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Smooth running office and nice doctors. The doctor I saw this time was retired from the service and probably the nicest one I’ve had here. He was really good with my dog and put him at ease better than anyone else has. They may be a little pricy but you get what you pay for..... oh, they were referred to me by my amazing dog groomer: Allbreeds by Justine (my dog go nuts every Saturday when he gets to go get groomed he loves her!). Garrison Animal clinic will take excellent care of your furry family member!

They are all wonderful and caring. Dr. Jones saved my cat's life. Dr. C has helped my Boy's arthritis so much. He's back to running!????

I've been going here for 9 + years... ALWAYS wonderful care. This visit was heartbreaking but they made things easier to understand and how to keep my pup as comfortable as possible now...
