I called to get my 2 dogs in for their regular check up (shots/issue) expecting a wk or two to get in (especially Thanksgiving this Thursday). NOPE, got my 1st dog in the following day (wed) and 2nd dog, day after Thanksgiving (Friday). Very quick to schedule appt, the service was great from walking in to checking out. The assistants took their time with my pets. Even the Veterinarian was great with my pets and took time to chat about my pets with me. Other Vets I've been in the past were alot different, felt alot like turn and burn. But Not Kind Animal Care!!! Highly recommend this place.

We took our dog in for a second opinion regarding some dental work. The friendly staff was professional and attentive to our concerns. We had Kind Animal Care perform the surgery and cleaning. They completed the work for less than the estimate and provided first class results.

Great service. We just had some boosters and general wellness checkups done.

They were great, but they still are following covid protocol, but I like going on with my fur baby to make sure they do what l ask.

I switched to Kind Animal Care after I received horrendous service and care for newly adopted dogs at Animal Health Vet Clinic. I have two fur babies who I rescued from an abusive situation and my previous vet gave me the runaround of what I should do to the tune of hundreds of dollars. I switched to Kind Animal Care and at the time I was able to go in with my dogs for their first visit which I was pleased with. Although they switched back to curbside, which I don't care for, Dr. Mike and his staff are very pleasant to work with. I recently took in one of my dogs for his annual vaccinations and it went so well my dog wanted to stay with the tech. Great service, upfront with pricing and delicate care towards my dogs (children)!

The doctor and all of the staff are so nice and helpful. The doctor called me herself to go over my dog's test results and she called me directly when I had other questions. The staff is also very helpful and always seem so happy. I would highly recommend going to Kind Animal Care.

Been going there for a couple years always treated well

My reg vet, Thrive, refused an emergency visit for my Luna! Disgusting. She was lethargic and passing out. I called Kind and they had no problem seeing her that day! Unfortunately she passed due to complications from Cushings disease. The Dr and staff were kind and compassionate through the euthanasia process. I will be leaving Thrive vet services.

I had an emergency- my current vet couldn’t see us, as this was a new rescue- KIND Animal Hospital told us to come right in!Having worked in the Veterinary field myself, the staff and Doctor made us feel so welcomed! Professional and empathetic I’d give Kind and staff a 5+ star rating! Thank you so much for saving my dogs life literally!!!

Loved everything about this Kind Animal Care. Was made an appointment easily, the staff who came out to get our Coco were very nice, and answered questions, as was Dr. Julie, who did the same. We know Dr. Mike from his previous employee and we liked him then. Now we can like both of them, and wish them well in their own practice which is doing just great. I called the right number when I call Kind Animal Care, what a lucky person I am to have done so. We would also like them to take care of our cat when he needs his shots, and will make an appointment for him as well. I even got a Birthday card for my dog Coco who is 4 years old today, and I was so happy to get it for her. All I can say is, go there, you won't regret it a bit. Excellent staff and docs.

Our little guy Merly has hip dysplasia and they checked him out and did xrays and provided us with professional diagnosis and treatment. Thanks to all the great customer service. They are good.

I highly recommend Kind Animal Care. I appreciate all the precautions they take in regard to Covid. The Vet Tech went out of her way to make sure I knew how to give our dog his medicine, she even went back into the office to bring out a sample to show me. Dr. Mike thoroughly went over everything in regards to our dog's health and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed what so ever. We are lucky to have such a great vet!

My 5 year old cat, Finnick, had a random lump appear on his stomach. I was very concerned and had scheduled an appointment with a “vet” in Trinity. I was basically told that my cat was in severe pain and about to die. It would cost over $1300 just for the scans and X-rays, this didn’t include if he needed surgery. I panicked because I don’t have that kind of money to spend all at once.. to which I was told I should just euthanise him. I called Kind Animal Care, crying and trying not to hyperventilate. I spoke with Teri who is honestly one of the kindest people I’ve ever spoken to. I told her what was going on and she immediately tried to calm me down and find a solution. She gave me phone numbers for rescues that could help. She also explained CareCredit and Scatchpay to me — things I was not aware of or informed by the first vet of. Teri scheduled an appointment and explained the general idea of pricing so I wouldn’t be shocked, like I had been already. When my little guy’s abscess began to leak the day before his appointment, Jenn was there via telephone to help me take care of him. The day of his appointment, he was nervous about going back out but Tiffany made sure he was comfortable and not scared. Julie, the vet, called and explained thoroughly what was going on. She recommended some medications but said that my cat’s overall health was perfect and that euthanasia was absolutely uncalled for. I was worried about how much it would cost but prepared myself to hear another $1000+ bill. Nope, $200 was all that she wanted for everything that she did. When I had another question about flea medications, both Tiffany and Vanessa were more than helpful with explaining which options would work best for me and my feline family. I highly recommend Kind Animal Care. Everyone I met and spoke with have been so kind not only to Finnick but me as well. He didn’t come back to the car panting and shaking like he had done in Trinity so I would say even he’s happy with them! I will definitely be returning!

I was very happy with everyone at the Kind Animal Care. My dog Plato happily went in to see them when they came to the car to get him. He got his shots and must have liked everyone in the office, because he came out happy and smiling and happy! The next day I had some concerns about his behavior after his shots. I called and they had me bring him right back. Well, as soon as we got there he got all excited and quickly returned to his normal happy self! Although I would have liked to go in with him, I'm glad they were following COVID protocol, and came to the car and got him and were wearing masks. The doctor called me and discussed his treatment and asked if I had any questions. Even though they were quite busy, everything moved smoothly and in a timely manner! I live very close and was recommended by Karen Hallet, a very good friend of mine. I will definitely be coming to Kind Animal Care for all my fur babies needs!
