Please be aware that although the services offered state Full Veterinarian Services, they Do Not Offer Emergency visits! I was told that they are not equipped to handle emergency visits! Even being an established patient I had to call every vet hospital to get Luna seen right away. Her heart rate was low and she was lethargic. Unfortunately, it was too late when I did get her into Kind Animal Hospital that day. They were so empathetic an Kind. How can you turn away a failing patient?

WRONG DIAGNOSIS ENDED UP IN MY PET DYING. Scheduled my kitty to be seen because it looked like he was having a hard time breathing, uncomfortable, and not eating well. They said it was his teeth so I scheduled to get his teeth cleaned and some pulled which was extremely expensive. A few weeks later I rushed him to the ER where they did Xrays and his lungs and belly were so full of fluid, it was so severe he didn't end up making it. HOW WAS THIS MISSED??? Don't they listen for that stuff in the exam? I guess not. You never get to see the vet. They just take your animal in the back and then rush you out the door. I feel like all they wanted was that money for the teeth and didn't care about anything else. Well, Thrive you got your money for teeth but you will get no more because my best friend is gone.

This vet office is amazing I really love Dr Carolyn kohn she was great with my kitten who is very scared since I found the kitten outside so he not use to ppl but she did amazing job I would recommend this place for everyone. They are so good to my kitten for sure I will be coming back to this place. My little kitten is feeling like him self and he is playing again thanks again

Vet nice, clean but was disappointed ad said you stay with pet while being examed. My dog was taken to a different area and I stayed in 1st room we were put in. Therefore, I never saw her check dog's ears, eyes etc. Was there for well check.

I have used Thrive for my new puppy and the staff have all been very nice. But when I called to ask about dosing information for dramamine for my him (which is over the counter and perfectly safe for dogs) because we are going on a long car trip, they would not help me out. I called my adult dogs vet and they were able to help me out. So glad I hadn't made the move to Thrive with my older dog yet.

I needed my dog to have ear treatment. They came back with a bill of over 400$, gave her an ear exam for a disease she DOESNT have, gave me different prices The WHOLE time I was dealing with them and they over charge for medicine. This was by far the absolute WORST vet care I’ve EVER delt with. My dog got no treatment and I still had to pay. Absolutely horrible customer service from the first time I spoke to them. Short tempered and rude. Once again, I had ZERO HELP WITH MY DOG, BUT I STILL PAID.

Dr. Carolyn and the assistants are great at answering your questions and getting straight to solving your pets problem. And the rates are very, very reasonable. Thrive in brooksville charged me 45 for a tube of something I didn’t need and wouldn’t take it back after I left facility and looked at itemized receipt and realized I would never us a appetite stimulate. They said even though it hasn’t been opened - they can’t resale it so won’t credit account. They charged me something ridiculous- $40 for fluids for my cat that was there no longer than 30 mins to do it. $50 to bandage dogs foot and bandage fell off 5 mins after we got home and their reply was “it is what it is”. They milk you for every dime and my last two appt to get cats a blood test because they were throwing up was each over 400.00. Highway robbery! Just terrible customer service and cancelled all three of my memberships…..they lost a good client.

I brought both of my cats for a visit to see what they needed. 1 who has been before and 1 who hasn't. Both about 6months old. We had already purchased a "thrive plan" for the older cat. This is was just a routine visit. And a nail trim. I was met in the room by a very rude vet tech Who pushed a piece of paper in my face and told me it would be x amount of dollars for them to even look at my cats."" On their scheduled visits"" Well they refuse to see my cats unless I pay for both to have their rabies shots... Would not even trim their nails which they wanted to charge me $18 each for. And wanted to charge me $90 for each cat for all their vaccines. So for $220 they will Check out my kittens!! And forget about Spain and neutering that would be $300 a piece. The "thrive plan " which is a joke... Only gives you 10% off of whatever you get done for your cats or pet. So nevertheless I wasted 2 hours of my day driving cats back and forth to a vet that didn't absolutely nothing for them and did not see them... Wasted my money on a thrive plan that did absolutely nothing for me.... It was a disheartening disgusting display of professionalism. I will not be back again. I also called pet Love and they will see both of my cats vaccinate them and spay and neuter them both for a total of $145.... Total. I would never recommend thrive it's a rip-off.

What amazing staff!!! Had an emergency with my puppy and they were able to get me in earlier then my original appointment time. Very compassionate during my difficult visit. Highly recommend for their professionalism and how much they care for animals. I'd give more stars if possible

I brought my Bella here yesterday. I was one worried fur baby momma. Dr. Carolyn was Awesome with my Bella boo! My Bells is very skittish around ppl she don't know, but my girl took to her very well. The staff is so awesome along with the doctor. I can finally say, I found my fur baby her new doctor and we are extremely happy. When its time for surgery to remove my baby lump on her tummy I can feel at ease knowing my baby is in good hands! Thank you Dr, Carolyn and staff.

LOVE this place!! Christian and Dr Tim were simply amazing with my sweet yet sick doxie. They took such great care of her and wait for it....Cost for visit?? <$50!!! Ummmm...I have never walked out of a vet's office under $200-300 for a sick visit. I am SO impressed with the level of care they provided!! We became members and they will be our new permanent vet!!

Was surprised vet spent so much time talking to me! Great experience. Will be back for sure!
