This place is AMAZING. what Doc and Mandy do, well there's no words to describe it. The compassion for the animals that they have is like no other. Selfless people doing amazing things to save so many furbabies from what humans have failed to do.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I canceled the appointment when I got there. Dirty, smelling and I was worried my dog was gonna catch something just walking in the door. Staff seemed nice. Didn't meet the actual vet. There was a dog on the floor that actually looked dead had to checkcto see if it was still breathing, there was garbage all over the floor. How this place is actually still open is pretty scary.

Staff and Dr. Fig were beyond nice. He gave us options for treatment and valued our opinions and concerns. Definitely going back

Great staff and Doc is second to none

I just brought my 8-year-old daughters cat in, as he has been ill and not acting right. They were able to squeeze me in, even with a full day. Doc is so compassionate and treated me and Cookie extremely well and with respect. I will definitely continue to use this office; the staff are also extremely nice and respectful.

I have been in search for a good, caring and common sense vet since I moved to Florida. I have finally found one!!! I moved here from Wisconsin and would travel to Illinois to go to my vet, I was ready to drive from Florida to see a vet I could trust again, thank goodness I found you! Now I won't have to drive my furry kids all the way back to my old vet, you are as good as Dr Rodowski!!!!????

The Doctors were real great and staff was great could use a new paint job to building but that is not important

I took my Boy to see Dr. Fig after I had already taken him to another Vet who was unsure of why my boy had tilt head and was shaking his head the vet gave us some medicine which after a week did not change the issue. Once Dr Fig saw him he gave him a shot and some ear drops and just after 4 days he’s back to himself. Thank you so much to you Dr. Fig and your Great Staff you all Rock! ????♥️

I do not understand why the Dr. ask to call him on the next day to tell him about animal status when he does not even take the phone or respond in person, his wife ask to make another appointment to get pay for other visit when he just did not even make a good examination or prescribed on my 19 year old cat because probably too old or he just do not know anything about cats. I called early morning to speak to him and his wife called me back around 3.45pm to tell me to make another appointment because he never answer personally customers calls. This woman is all about money. The next morning the Dr. personally called me to tell me that I was no welcome anymore to his place because I am telling the true to the people about his business, he have hands to take the phone to insulted but not to care about the animal, is he professional?, no recommended. Yes, asked to bring the cat again to do nothing when I found out myself what she has is pneumonia and he did not know, he did not check her lungs either. I was not angry I thought it just he needs to take a little care or concern and respond me personally. There are many places to go believe me…

The entire staff is great. Doctor really cares about the pets & about the owners. And he talks to you about the pros/cons of any procedure. Other places may be less expensive and less wait, but my entire family uses his services. He's just that good.

After my cat fell ill and completely stopped eating, I went to a random vet I found on Google for an exam; It was there that I was told my cat needed immediate surgery or I'd have to put her down. I didn't really feel comfortable making a decision like this so quickly, so I sought a second opinion with Dr. Fig. I'm so glad I did! True to the name of their clinic, his office staff was great about getting me in as soon as possible. Dr. Fig did a thorough exam and was able to recommend several options for treatment, with surgery being a final resort. Dr. Fig and his staff were extremely helpful through my cat's course of treatment. I really appreciated Dr. Fig's honesty and expertise. My cat has made a full recovery... no surgical intervention required.
