Our sweet baby Mystic-cat of 18 or so years passed away today ????We loved him so much and he was such a loving boy. I can’t seem to stop crying. RIP Mystic. Thank you Natures Pet Loss for helping us today - Jolene and Joyce were so very sweet and understanding( they specialize in Aquamation for your pets - highly recommend them). Jolene explained everything to us thoroughly and they have a beautiful showroom of jewelry ,urns and anything else you need for your Angel pets. Today is Sunday so we were so very grateful to have found them. Thank you again ???? ????????????

We had to say goodbye to our best friend of 17 years. Sasha was dearly loved and a cherished member of our family and deserved to be treated as such, Natures Pet Loss did exactly that. Although it pains me to have to say goodbye to a big part of my life the staff was very respectful and professional and I would highly recommend them if you are ever in this situation.

Thank you Joyce for literally going the extra mile in my moment of despair and thank you and your staff for taking great care of my little girl. Ms. Sable was part of my life since she was 2 months old and saw me thru many trying times...she was my constant. Though she was diagnosed in 2017 with a collapsing Trachea and in 2018, Cushing's, we fought her battle together and neither of us gave up. I knew she couldn't live forever, and thought I was prepared for the inevitable....she passed away at home...felt like I hit a brick wall. Joyce sat and talked with me until I felt a little more at peace. Thank you for listening and your compassion. I will again use their services and recommend Natures Pet Loss as first choice. Forever RIP Ms. Sable Doll Worth 9/1/07 - 10/14/21

I can be skeptical when I see a place have all 5 star reviews at such a high number, but this place is the real deal! They know what they’re doing, they are extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the whole process of aquamation. They care about both you and your loved one that you are bringing to them. 10/10 I recommend these guys to anyone!

From asking information on the phone, to the minute we walked in the door with our beloved Black Jack, to the picking up our boy, the owner and employees treated us with love, respect and care. They gave us all the time we needed and helped us through the difficult process of losing our senior boy. Thank you so very much.

When you experience the loss of a “family member/ a loved one” as Joyce refers to it, what do you look for. For us it is compassion, understanding, help with making difficult decisions, and comfort to know you are not alone. These are the things that Joyce and her staff give you during the difficult time you are facing. We knew this time was coming and we needed to decide on what to do. As we researched, we saw this website and it intrigued us. Reading the reviews and watching the video that Joyce had on her website combined with all the information that she went over; we knew it was different than your typical cremation. It felt safer, cleaner, and the right thing to do. From the moment our vet was in contact with Joyce, she put us first. Our feelings mattered and our sweet boy mattered to her. She genuinely connected with us when she came to pick him up. Joyce was so compassionate and thoughtful when she explained to us how everything was going to happen. She gave us time, and paid attention to what we had with him in his last moments which were his chew toy and cookie. What comforted us the most was his two favorite things (his chew toy and his cookie) were able to go through with him during the aquamation process. Throughout the whole experience she had nothing but grace, compassion, and a tender spirit to comfort us. We never felt pressured or rushed into anything when it came to making decisions. Her phone calls always came at the right time to know that you are being thought of. When the process is done and your able to pick up your loved one, and you go through your remembrance package you can tell from the details and the keepsakes that they are handled with care and grace, and that is what brings you the most comfort and closure. Thank you for everything you have done. Diane, Jennifer, and Family

I can't say enough good things about the wonderful ladies that took care of us. Our girl passed unexpectedly late on a Saturday night. Even though they are not open on Sundays my husband called and the owner, Joyce, answered. She answered all of my husband's questions and advised that she had someone working that day but if that person left by the time we got there to call and she would meet us there to accept our doggie. When we got there the lady was still there working and she was wonderful. I am sorry I can't remember her name but she walked us through the whole processes and showed us how they did everything. She helped us pick out an urn but didn't pressures into purchasing anything extra. She let us take our time and chatted with us. It was the absolute best it could have been for such a horrible situation. One week later we got the call that our girl was ready for pickup. Her urn, paw print, fur, and everything else was very nicely and carefully packaged. The lady who helped us when we went back for pickup was equally as nice and helpful. She went through the bag to double check that everything was there and the way it should be. Someone even called us the day after we dropped her off to check on us and see how we were doing. Just amazing, caring, wonderful service all the way around.

Personally just cannot express the relief and ease of heart these people gave me. I want to say thank you a hundred times, for they were very kind, helping and understanding while I was grieving the loss of my cat Felix who I had to put to rest. They didn't try to rip me off and let me take as much time as I needed to find the perfect urn and little trinkets for my baby boy. I highly recommend them to anyone who is facing or had faced a time of grief for their loved one. You will find comfort here.

Joyce, I can't thank you enough for all your tender love and sincere care for us after losing our beloved family member; after having used Fosters for years, your treatment of the entire process showed us the TRUE way of helping us. You truly are a very special human being. God bless you for all you do. P.S. Clydesdale thanks you too.

I cannot say enough good things about Natures Pet Loss. It was a tragic death to begin with, and they were very understanding and even reduced the down payment amount of the cremation due to the tragic time I was in. I was dreading going to pick up my Onyx, but Joyce made a terrible situation much easier for me. Thank you does not even fit. You will be highly recommended by me.

At a time when your world just came crashing down on you, when you are at your lowest, when you are vulnerable, it helps to be under the care of such compassionate people. From the first call to Natures Pet Loss, I was taken care of by two lovely women. The loss of my dog was sudden and a shock, but I was comforted by the owner and her staff and when I left that day, I felt at ease that my lovely dog would be in the best hands. Could not ask for a better service . Very open and transparent establishment. I highly recommend Natures Pet Loss.

I must say jayce made my greiving just a bit better. She was so helpful during the process of having my tank finished up. She gave me tips before I went and put my dog down. And then when we went to drop him off she made sure we had water. …

I thought the whole experience was great despite the sad circumstances. The staff was very compassionate and caring. The follow up was excellent and them taking the time to carry Zeus to my vehicle and strap his remains into the seatbelt was totally unexpected. Without hesitation give them five stars. I was much more able to deal with a sad situation because of thier assistance

This is unfortunately the second time we have had to work with Natures Pet Loss. Its unfortunate because our cat passed away. The professionalism and compassion from the ladies working there is beyond compare. I can not praise them high enough. They even contacted us via phone approximately an hour after dropping off the remains, to make sure we were doing okay. I feel that 5 stars isn't high enough praise for the work these people are doing.

Five stars for good reason. You can tell these people love to help those who are grieving and mourning the loss of an animal. They were very caring and considerate of any emotions I was feeling when I brought my girlfriend and I's 14 year old Chihuahua to them this morning for cremation. I drove an hour and 15 minutes with my little 5lb buddy in a cooler just to make sure that they handled it at my girlfriend's request (who happens to be out of town). So far, I would recommend that anyone make that drive to ensure that their deceased pet receives the level of care they provide here. I've dealt with more than a few deaths in my life now, and I've never been made to feel this comfortable about what comes next for the body of a loved one.

I don't even know where to begin. When I decided it was time to put my 17 year old kitty Abby to rest, I was at a complete loss. I knew I wanted to keep her remains with me and assumed cremation was the option to do that. So, I tearfully googled pet cremation and up popped Natures Pet Loss. I checked out the website and read the glowing reviews only to find out they actually don't do pet cremation. Not in a traditional form anyway. Their aquamation process sounded so gentle and peaceful in comparison to fire cremation. So, I swallowed the lump in my throat and called one of the numbers listed for them. I was greated by a kind, compassionate voice who I could instantly tell cared deeply not only about the coming loss of my sweet girl, but about ME and how I was handling this tough tragedy. Joyce was actually on vacation when she answered (I found that out later in the day) but she spoke to me with patience and understanding and guided me through the coming process....never once making feel like she was put out or burdened by my call. The day Abby was put to rest was devastating. Right after her time, I headed to Nature's Pet Loss where Joleen was waiting with a gentle greeting and my initial paperwork ready (one less thing for me to worry about.) She talked to me and asked me questions about my Abby. I could tell she also truly cared about getting to know both me and my girl. She took SO much time with me and allowed me space when I needed it to pick out different things I was interested in. She was so caring and tender with Abby when she took her from me. Leaving there that day, I knew Abby was in amazing hands that would treat her with so much love and dignity in her final moments. I had confidence the process would be peaceful for her. A week later (today) I picked up Abby and met Joyce in person. She was amazing. This entire process has brought such incredible peace and reassurance to me during a very hard time. The people at Nature's Pet Loss are the real deal. They don't just pretend to care, you can feel their love for you and your fur babies in your bones. I never expected the process of losing Abby to end feeling so at peace with my decisions. I am so thankful I found them. And so grateful to all they did to help Abby and my family through this difficult time.

Joyce and her employees where a god sent. She is the only one that would accommodate me in our time of need. She is a wonderful person and great to work with. If you truly want your pet back and not a hodgepodge of other dogs then she is your choice. Thank you so much Joyce for your help with our baby boy Rosco.
