County Line Animal Hospital Spring Hill, Florida

Just this week I needed a refill of a prescription my dog has been on, I called Monday morning and talked to a young lady who did say the prescription would be available after 2pm. I tried to ask what the hours of operation were but she started talking to someone else and just hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold and after 15 minutes I hung up, no one ever came back on line. I called back again to get get their voice message which gave me the hours of operation so as the message said they were open until 6pm on Tuesday I hung up and arrived Tuesday at 5:37 pm to find the office closed. While in the parking lot I called to let them know that I was there but they were closed, not what the message said. I requested a call back when they opened on Wednesday, I never received a call back. I called on Wednesday afternoon and again received the voicemail so I left another message to call me please, again no call back. On Thursday I called again same voicemail, left another message, again no call back. Friday morning I called and got a person who could have cared less but she did tell me they would be open Saturday morning. Saturday morning I go to the office and finally got the prescription, I also told Stephanie about all the phone call and asked why no I ne called me. This question seemed to bother her and she said I don’t know. So I said what don’t you know! Then I asked why do you think no one called me back and she said I won’t speak for someone else. No reaction except a dirty look. I took my prescription and left. They just lost a very loyal client as I have a lot of family here, I have told them all about the heartless attitude so no one makes the mistake of going there and I already have a new vet and it’s only 3pm on Saturday that is how sure I am that under no conditions will I ever go back.

It's taken me 3 years and several vets to finally find "County line Animal hospital & Dr. David McMahon DVM ". MICKEY MOUSE,YORKSHIRE TERRIER, and Max, Shiloh German shepherd. I had 1 vet who wouldn't do a fecal exam. There for puppy ???? shots ! Finally our search ???? is done. So sweet and interactive with our fur babies, and thorough on finding the problem giving us options on treatments, and economically fair prices. Pharmacy services available. I prefer animals to people sooo, you can trust my comments!! Nancy

The people at County Line Hospital are very professional and excellent with our dogs. Very compassionate as well. They truly seem to love animals!

I keep getting reminder notices for services and my dog DIED IN YOUR FACILITY OVER A YEAR AGO. It was a horrible experience & they are perpetuating the nightmare. When I called, I got a flat “we’re so sorry for your loss; it’s not my fault”.

My quest to find a veterinarian who fit our needs has finally come to an end. Dr. MacMahon and his staff are amazing! Finally after 2 years of not so great experiences we found a vet who listens, cares and is informative.

Everyone at to office has been great to all of my dogs. I have been using Dr. McMahon for over 15 years and will stay with him as long as he practices. He and his staff are the best.

They saw our dog on a Saturday morning regular vet could not see him was totally booked up for several weeks. Kind considerate caring staff. Professional very smart doctor. My wife and I have a new vet.

Updated review….. I have been Bringing my dog to County line animal hospital for the past two years and I still feel the same way about this place as I did when we first moved here. The staff is wonderful and Dr. McMahon is amazing! I highly recommend County Line Animal Hospital! I moved to Spring Hill and needed to find a new bet for my dog, Sammy. As soon as you walk in the girls at the front desk greet you with a smile and are very friendly. A nurse came as I was waiting and lit a candle that was on the front desk. A sign behind the candle said when this is lit, someone is in the back and their pet is passing and for us all in the waiting area to be aware and respectful. I thought that was a very nice thing to do. The doctor was very up front with me and wasn’t trying to give my dog anything he didn’t need, which is common with vets. I enjoyed taking Sammy there for his first visit and I look forward to them taking care of him. I do recommend County Line Animal Hospital:)

Wonderful vet and staff. Been seeing Dr. McMahon for over 20 years.

I was checked in immediately and my dog was in the exam room with the vet tech in less then 10 minutes. In another 15 minutes we saw the vet, shots were given and bill paid and out the door. Total time from arrival around 32 minutes. Dogs are a lot like people the sooner you can leave a doctors office the better the visit.

Been with County Line Animal Hospital 20 yrs. Always trusted Dr. MacMahon with my pets. There are some new vet doctors, that were nice and showed care for our cats

Just had annual check up and shots,etc. Tech was excellent. Vet was also. Took time to listen to my concerns and give answers

Dropped off my dog to have a bath, ears cleaned and nails cut. It's apparent that they didn't clean his ears. I spent about 15 minutes cleaning his ears myself.

A great addition for our Maggie, a move from Brandon to Hudson and a needed Vet that stepped up from our go to vet for the longest time AMC(Animal Medical Clinic) since they are far away now. CLA hospital has taken over and handling our needs most wonderfully Thank You. Its always a stress for your pets when changing places they are fantastic...

Captain our schnauzer did really well. It was his first time here. They were friendly and gentle with him. The haircut looks great!

I really like all of the vets and the techs that works here. They have cured/fixed many of my babies. However, if they are supposed to be at their office until 6:00 on tuesday, then I expect them to be there at 5:55 when I need to pick up my cat's medicine. I have a job too. But I can't leave mine early. Must be nice.
