After many years of being with them, the Pandemic make them worst, besides the fact that many of their employees should not be in the field of Vetenirary work or Profession, to include their oldest Doctor that aparently was burn out of taking care of pets and mistreat them by not showing simpathy for their pain, on injectiin time. I took one of my pets that was dehidrated and too weak to stand abd tgey wanted to wait my turn outside. I understand is not and Emergency Hospital, but their techs or Doctors could it done some first aid, until I am able to take him to an ER All Vet Doctirs get a l8cense and I am prety sure they teach them how to handle Emergencies, unless this Doctors are not well train and Banfield is the last choice to gwt a Job, because they can not make it on the outside. It is a shame that the only goid Latin Docto that thought she got a heart, refuse to take us back, because they refund some of the money I paid monthly. Like they did not make money from us for years. Thet are very unprofessional and aparently they do not xare about the Pets and just care for the money they can steal from you legally.Will see what the licensing Department Of Florida and the State Attourney had to say about their refusal to take us vack or any of their Hispitals. Will also do a BBB complaint and will review then on Yelp, FB and any other place. They have not heaed the last of me. Retired SSG RODRIGUEZ

Been looking for a vet that could help my dog with his skin allergies, when I went the vet was so nice gave the the best options for him, we are almost a week into his medicine and already tremendous results. You guys are awesome! Thanks for making my pup so happy and healthy!!

Just had an emergency visit with this amazing group. Dr. Smith and her staff took great care and did a through job with our dog. Explained everything and up front on costs. EVERYONE was friendly and efficient. Glad we went there!! I know we have found our winter vets office.

We trust these guys with all of our furry friends! They have been honest. They love our animals, and our animals enjoy seeing them. The pet plans make it very convenient for us to keep our fur balls happy and healthy

They were very helpful and I was able to purchase the special dog food needed for my senior dog!

I haven't been there in years, but I left them because that almost killed my dog due to misdiagnosing my pet.

You should have kept my kitten in his own carrier. He brought home fleas! Thanks a lot!

I really don't like to leave negative reviews but sometimes you have to. This is a good place they treat your animals good they know what they're doing, but they always always find something extra to charge you for or tell you that you need or that your dog all of a sudden has this or has that in there 87 a month pet plan don't cover anything except blood work which they didn't tell us it don't cover nails it don't cover anything except for blood work $87 a month for a year that's crazy

Apparently this place hasn't heard of a good Samaritan. A family member trying to help a kitten they found hit by a car, transported it from the accident site to this vet and was told they have to pay for the euthanasia even though it wasn't their animal. How dare you try to charge some one who finds an animal that's injured a fee for euthanizing. If someone saved an animal from being hit by a car you shouldn't be charging them to put it to sleep when it isn't even their family pet! It's sick and cruel to be honest and the main reason why no one cares to help anymore. I would never recommend y'all and always take my business to Animal Emergency of Hernando Inc.. at least they care about the animals and not a quick buck off of nice people

The most passionate and caring vet and staff I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. When my boy was sick they got me in quick and treated us like gold. I'm looking forward to our future visits with Banfield

Such friendly an understanding staff always a breeze when I take my animal's there for any reason. I have 2 dogs an 2 cats an I wouldn't take them anywhere else unless advised by the veterinarian at Banfield.
