The staff is extremely warm, welcoming, hospitable, and nice. They are very educated and you walk out feeling confident you have the skills and knowledge to take care of your animal for whatever issues there may be. Knox loves them, just as much as they love him! He’s better for them than he is for us! Haha! Thank you guys for being the best and taking care of our boy!!

I just moved from California to Florida and needed to continue care for my pups. Banfield offers good quality service and veterinarians. In addition one of the prescriptions Changed by the vet has actually works better for my dog then the two prescriptions given them in California. I found that using their insurance plan is definitely a value

Rearranged my schedule and woke up early to drive my dog to his appointment and when I got there on time they didn’t answer the phone over and over then just rejected my call. Banfield didn’t even try to call me back about my appointment until 35 mins after my appointment time when I was already back home. Very unprofessional. They also overquoted for simple blood work panels and were asking $100 more than my other vet.

They take great care of our fur baby! The vet called us and was very thorough in her explanations and very patient with all our questions. Love the annual plan they offered!

They always take good care of my kitty and make it super easy to drop off/ pick up at times that fit in my schedule.

We were treated with warmth and understanding. Although they were about to close and had a life saving emergency and couldn't provide care to my dog, I feel confident that the staff cares about their K9 patients and is willing to go the extra mile

Picture is my buddy, Tuck, getting in to something he knows better than to do! And I thank God AND Dr. Lori & the Seminole team that he's still here with me, fully able to do exactly that. Without them I am near-certain he would have passed on months ago. Instead, he's here with me now, living his best life. And I count every day a gift to still have him by my side. Dr. Lori and the crew at this Banfield location are the best team of Vet and Vet Techs I've ever interacted with. Don't hesitate for one second to bring your pet here. If they're in need, the people at this location work wonders!

Took my sick cat, doctor gave her opinion. When we said we needed to just do the procedure to help him, even though it'd be 1500 dollars, they explained they couldn't keep him overnight at all and that we'd have to take him elsewhere anyway. She recommended CARE in Clearwater, had us drive a half hour away to get there, and said their prices were similar and it'd be 1500 there as well, plus they have 10% coupons. She took our money and sent us away. We got all the way away and the cat was in emergency condition. They took in my cat at CARE, charged me well over double what Banfield's doctor said it'd be when sending us away in our panic, CARE explained that that 10% coupon ended over a year ago, and then explained that had we shown up any later, the cat would have been dead. We had no choice but to have CARE handle it at that point. Our cat survived, no thanks to Banfield. The only thing Banfield did was give an educated guess at the condition, which turned out to be correct. Apparently wouldn't have made a difference if I had shown up to CARE a half hour later though, because he wouldn't have made it. Don't go to Banfield. They don't offer overnight care, and will just send you elsewhere, even if your pet is in emergency, life or death conditions. Just skip it and go elsewhere first. Highly recommending Harmony Vet in Tampa (who handled the second part of my cat's surgeries), which CARE recommended to save me money after being stuck with CARE's super high prices due to Banfield's negligence.

Besides loving the programs you can use for each pet, banfield has always treated my pets like their own. The vet techs are super knowledgeable, always have a smile on their face, and truly care about each animal they see. Besides this, they treated my puppy Wasabi when he was bit/stung and his face started swelling. They gave him medication and kept him the whole day to make sure he would be okay. On top of that, my cat, who has had respiratory issues for years, finally has a proper diagnosis thanks to Dr. Lori and will be on the proper medication soon. Thank you Banfield team. You guys rock.

My current vet was all booked up today and I decided to look for other options and I’m glad I picked banfield! This was my first visit and I would recommend to bring your pet here you WILL NOT be disappointed! Starting with customer service I must say was excellent! I called today and I was able to get in 45 minutes later without an appointment. Kaitlyn was super helpful and friendly! Dr. lore was the best and took great care of my dog as well as hearing everything I had to say and got right down to problem! I’d have to say your pet is in great hands!

Curbside veterinary drop off is amazing ???? introverts dream. Staff is cool as a cucumber ???? Always great experience even though I spend a ton???? everytime I go. ????. Sometimes I go home ????after Ziggy's vet visit and have nervous breakdowns. ????. I may or may not need an extra job, a veterinarian boyfriend, vet sugar daddy, or I could to go to school to be a vet, onlyfans?

The Doctors are quite simply "THE BEST". We could not imagine how awesome they would be - expert caring Staff, they follow up and we simply trust them totally with our fur babies. We searched and tried many others until we discovered the Doctors and Staff and even if we moved an hour+ away this is where we would bring our pets. When you find the perfect team you won't go anywhere else - just like us.

The staff and vets here are amazing and treat all my pets with love and attentiveness.

Unfortunately we lost our cat Elliott today, everything that could be done for him was done, they gave us enough time to get there and say our goodbyes to him (we were balling) he had many aliments and we're at peace that he's not in anymore pain, I can't stress enough about the care Dr Lore, and Amanda, and staff showed in his care ,he was treated like one of theirs and made it easier for us, we will forever be in debt for your kindness and compassion, I will highly recommend your services to our family and friends, thank you guys so much.

Doctors and Staff are fantastic. And they all care so much about your pet. They treat you like family.

1st time going there to take cat that was losing his hair. They told me it was from salvia of flea. Really my cat is 18yrs old. I think if that was so he would lost before now. Then they said they did blood work. I didn't get a copy of report & my cat had no signs that blood was drawn. They would of shaved the hair. Nada. You have to drop off the pet you cant go in

I had a terrifying EMERGENCY tonight, my French Bulldog puppy was in Anaphylactic shock and his head, neck and throat were swelling up more by the minute. He had a reaction to a shot he had earlier today at his Vet. I was pretty hysterical as I drove with him in my lap, and a dead phone while looking for a Animal Hospital open. Banfield had just closed up. They were wonderful when I stated my PET BABY's emergency and took him right in and SAVED HIS LIFE❤????TY!!????????

Prescribed my dog 4 medications at 9weeks old, one of witch was just a motion sickness for vomiting that could have been bought cheaper at petco. Also told me a price over phone of 78$ then after I give them my dog they come back with a price of 150$. Don’t go here if you don’t wanna buy unnecessary medication.
