They wouldn't see my kittens because they were sneezing, FINE whatever. EXCEPT I told the whole story to the receptionist, sneezing at all. She said they MIGHT not give the kittens vaccines, but their vet would make that determination. She did not tell me not to come. Saturday WASTED. I drove over 30 minutes each way to get there. I also sat in the parking lot waiting for over an hour. So mad. I was happy to find the flyer at pet supplies plus for the $69.00 kitten visit. GUESS WHAT?! you get what you pay for. MAKE IT UP TO ME.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Pinellas Park location this afternoon.  My dog, Grace, has been seen at VIP Pet Care multiple times in the past, at a different location.  This morning I realized that she had soiled her bed, and …

The vet at this location seems like she absolutely despises her job and is rather unpleasant to deal with. She also has almost absolutely no idea how to properly restrain an animal to administer care. She also rarely communicates directly with patients and uses all of her techs or staff to do it for her, despite the fact she is in the same space and 5 feet away. All in all, she is incredibly unprofessional and rather rude. Would advise another vet service, or the VIP pet in Tampa.
