Multiple times now, I've come here needing help and every time the wonderful people inside are nothing less than perfect. They take care or my baby Leo so well, they always send him home in such good shape and he is always happy. As am I. Thank you for all that you do. All of you ????

I recently moved to the area and brought my cat in to establish care with a new Vet and get his nails trimmed. The service was slow, they didn't call me back until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. When we got to the exam room someone else began examining my cat instead of the Vet and she left the door open with dogs roaming the hallway. I had to ask her to close the door so my cat wouldn't freak out at the sight of the dogs as I had already taken him out of the carrier. The exam table they sat my cat on was covered with a dirty towel and they trimmed his nails with finger nail clippers that humans use, not the kind used for cats. The experience was unprofessional around.

I love it here the staff is so wonderful everyone of them even the cat receptionist and dog security LOL too cute. Since we moved to Florida 23 yrs ago it's been my go to vet my family as well. You can tell they care and it helps because we are already nervous for our fur babies. It's just good to know they're in good hands. The prices aren't bad either. I called them with a concern and they were friendly and answered my question in a serious manner. I was not on hold and was able to speak with an employee immediately.

I have a 6 year old German Shepard named Onyx who for the longest time would not let anyone near his nails. I brought him to multiple vets who would have to sedate him to clip his nails and that didn’t even work most of the time. He ended up so terrified simply because modern vets want to get as many animals in and out as fast as they can and they don’t give the proper care and attention that is needed. Then I found this wonderful vet and Jenny who knows the ins and outs of animal behavior and was not even slightly afraid of my 96 pound German Shepard I instantly knew I was in the right place. They are funny and just real people who genuinely care about the well being of animals and not just profits. It took a couple sessions but she was so patient and kind that eventually she clipped all of his nails without any sedation!! Now when I bring him to the vet although he still doesn’t like his nails being clipped he runs up to Jenny with a smile and his tail wagging. I now live in Miami and I will drive all the way up to Sarasota just to bring Onyx here because that’s just how amazing they are. Thank you for setting an example and thank you for setting a standard for how a veterinarian office should be.

I took my English Bulldog to this clinic initially for flea meds. What I received was much more than what I came in for. They took the time to ensure my dog was comfortable with them , helped with training techniques , never once judged me or my dog , and suggested items that my dog truly needed. They gave her treats along the way , were incredibly friendly , and I walked out letting them know that this is the best vet clinic I have ever been too. They were not out for my money , they truly cared and only suggested items that she absolutely needed with my budget in mind. I will definitely come back for all future needs. I left feeling comfortable and at ease and so did my dog. P.S every one needs a Jenny ( she is a gem ) . She is beyond helpful and informative and you can tell she is passionate about her job and every animal she comes into contact with.

I have been taking my pets to Dr.Gary Reinhardt for many years. He is a wonderful veterinarian, compassionate, kind and very knowledgeable. Dr. Gary and his staff are efficient, friendly and go the extra mile for you and your pets. Tiramisu, our toy Biro Yorkshire Terrier has been going to DR. Gary since she was 81/2 weeks old. She loves going to see him . Dr. Gary and his staff are exceptional. They truly treat your pets ,as if they were their own. I have total trust in them. I highly recommend Dr Gary and his wonderful staff for your precious fur babies

I have gone to Dr Gary Reinhardt with all of my fury family members. My cat starting as a kitten who lived to be a healthy 21. She was well taken care of and always calm in the office with the Dr. and staff. I now have a smart amazing Yorkie/poodle mix dog named Noche who is 11. Noche lived his whole life going to Veternarian Center of Sarasota. They are always attentive and kind. Dr Reinhardt told me when he was a puppy to do submissive training with him, which he taught me, because he had a very stubborn dominant personality as a puppy. He now is one of the best beings I know. ❤️ I can't not recommend them enough..I find the pricing very reasonable and never over prescribed or sold on unnecessary care. It is comforting knowing if one of my family members gets sick it will not break our household bank. With the Dr's experience he can quickly diagnose, find reasonable remedies, and keep them healthy and happy for a long life. On another note I once rescued a dog in a thunderstorm and the office cared for and gave necessary shots and worming for free. I am not saying to expect free ????we want him to stay in business..lol..I am saying he is a true Dr Doolittle of Sarasota and loves animals enough to donate his time and practice to assure thier health and safety. ❤️
