This is going to be my only veterinary hospital from now on. I'm been searching for 2 years for a place that actually cares. They have an incredible attention to detail and customer service that goes above and beyond. New management and they are making incredible efforts. The vets on staff are positive and knowledgeable! Kind and helpful! Highly recommend!!

For months we asked for the prescription for our cat. We went to get another prescription refilled at their office again and asked for the prescription..They told us it would be available next day. Then they called and said they would not give a prescription until we brought the cat for another test ($200) even though they issued the prescription the day before. Money grabbing and not true to their word. Thanks for the message to speak with your office manager but the only conversation we need is when to pick up the prescription we've asked for over and over. How about answering why you sold us prescription food and the next day when we again wanted a copy of it we were told the prescription might require updating?

I have been going to this hospital for a long time, and I have enjoyed everytime I’ve gone. Dr Sherrel is the best vet ever. All my dogs have been under her care and she treats them with the upmost care. I think Dr Sherrel is the best around.

Their vet tech is selling me a kitten. She told me vaccines are a total rip off and bad for animals. She says she is a breeder and knows best. Even their employees think this is a rip off.

They are so fast! And genuinely concerned for your pets! ????

Great vet office! We were looking for a new vet for our dog and cat, our kitty was dying of leukemia and this place made her departure very peaceful and easy. Our dog received his annual shots and exam and is now on a automatic medication refill right to my door. (Did I mention the first exam is free? Because it is!) overall highly recommended Update: We had to put our dachshund down after 14 loyal years of quality petting. Again, the departure was very peaceful. I was able to hold her as the inject took place and am very grateful for the staff being so friendly - only issue was her paw print being sent to wrong address (ex husband) not really something I want to deal with. Otherwise perfect.

Service was great but the vet called and was very rude and unprofessional over the phone. I explained to her that I was a first time pet owner and I was very disappointed at the way she spoke to me when all I asked for was a call back when I needed to bring him in for the second dewormer. I have a dewormer that the breeder gave me from his first vet visit and it was like she was upset I wanted to try using that first before I bought a dewormer from them. Won’t get going back!

Love taking my puppy here. Every time I call the staff is always so friendly, kind, and helpful. I started coming here after COVID so I’ve never been inside, they do a curb pick up / Drop off. But every time I have interacted with the staff I am happy I am taking my puppy here.

Took Shelby my Australian Shepherd for emergency visit. Was happy I was able to get in on a Saturday . The staff was wonderful and very friendly! Veterinarian was very friendly explaining the condition of my dog's hurt paw. Also answer questions regarding my Bengal cat. I would highly recommend this place for your pets.

The Vet explain all the needs of pet.

I had a 13 year old pit who I loved with all my heart. She was not getting around to good anymore and I could tell she was in a lot of pain. I had to make that difficult choice no pet owner wants to make. I was shocked to find my normal vet could not take care of it for me. VCA is a hour drive from me but was the closest vet I could find to take care of it for me. She wanted to examine my dog first just to make sure there was no other options which I though was awesome. She did so free of charge and unfortunately came to the same conclusion. Her team was very professional and obviously cared. Although it was one of my most awful days in recent memory the team at VPA made it bearable.

I have never used the term "ripped off" before, but I think it is appropriate in this case. My visit came to almost $500. There was nothing wrong with my cat. I brought her in for loose stools. I can accept up to $200 for tests. But even itemized, $500 was way out of line. Would not recommend.

I take my cat to VCA annually, and everyone there is always so nice and welcoming. They also have other locations, which is great!

I wouldn’t bring my fur babies anywhere else. This team of true animal lovers has always had my pet’s best interest in mind. They are skilled, compassionate and professional- everything we need.

Dr. Alimpic is amazing. I have taken my dogs there for years and she is always so loving, she has compassion for animals and it truly shows. I dont trust leaving my dogs, but I trust her with them. Quality over quantity, always remember you get what you pay for, VCA isn't the cheapest in town, but definitely worth it for the assurance of real vet care.

Heck no i didn't have a good experience here.
