A+. I found out that Palmer Ranch helps feral cats. I want to give my business to people like them. I went there with my 2 kitties and they were awesome. My oldest (6) wheezed since I got her (rescue). Other vets could not tell me why. Head infection and antibiotic shot. Week later no wheezing! Also, I am impressed with them calling multiple times with follow up calls. EVERYONE there was awesome. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Cat groomer did a great job for a great price. Dog groomer didn't complete the job, complained to me for three minutes about how bad my dog (all 8 pounds) misbehaved while keeping him in a cage, and still charged full price.

Just a wonderful place to bring you fur babies. Oscar is my new addition to my life. He is a rescue. Sara was with me for 19+ years... Palmer Ranch Animal Clinic helped us so much through her time on earth. All of Palmer Ranch Animal Clinic's associates are caring, compassionate, patient with your pets and you too! Dr. Retean is the best veterinarian I've ever had, along with the other vets and staff Palmer Ranch. She truly cares for her patients their owners. She has helped me through my grief of the loss of several pets (family members to me) and she has shared in my joy of new additions to my family. Today she went above and beyond in her concern for my little girl. While I was there and then the phone calls to follow up on a potential problem. The last phone call was made in time for me to bring my girl back in before they closed if I felt it necessary. THANK YOU FOR CARING SO MUCH AND GOING THE EXTRA STEP.

Both Drs Neher and Daniels take great care of our pups. Each of them has been able to diagnose issues and correct them. Always kind, compassionate and caring; as is their staff.

An ok vet but unrealistic about financial stress of pet healthcare. When clients are going without their own meds so they can buy meds for their pets, a caring vet would not go on a power trip about amounts of meds. When 50 pills costs the same as 180, the poor pet owner is going to demand the 180... Because they don't want their pet to have to go without like they do! Definitely do not use their pharmacy, the prices are really, really high.

I had a 5 month old kitten that was sick, so I brung him in and asked for a blood work test, and then the vet tech lied to our faces and told us "We didn't see anything in his blood". ONLY to find out our kitten had leukimia after he passed away. They told us AFTER he died!! This is a very unprofessional place and I will be sure to never step foot in here again. I don't trust anyone there.

Staff is Always friendly and I know my dog is well taken care of when I am away.

I have been taking my dog to this clinic for 6 years and we always see Joelle Retean, DVM. I have been telling her for 2 years that there is something wrong with my dog. I have spent thousands of dollars at this clinic trying to find out what’s wrong. Every visit costs hundreds of dollars and she tells me it’s allergies. Three days ago I took my dog to Suncoast Emergency Clinic and they found a basketball size mass on his spleen and had to have emergency surgery. They told me it’s been growing for a couple years. How has this been missed for so long?!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE!! She is not a good doctor!!

Brought our pet in and the staff and assistants were all very friendly and kind to my pet. However, the vet himself didn’t even know what we were there for until we said something. Then when we brought up how we were concerned my pet had a certain infection, a deadly one, he waved it off and said it wasn’t likely. We got my animal spayed even if we didn’t need to, since it needed to be done anyways. Turns out, pet DID have the deadly infection! Two ladies told us that had we brought her in just a day later, she could have died. I give 2 stars because the assistants and front counter ladies were all extremely nice and my pet had a very simple surgery done correctly with close to no mistakes or concerns. But the vet’s knowledge and lack of understand for his practice was concerning and made this vet seem extremely unreliable.

Clueless about my dogs history even though they created the history.

My dogs are not the easiest but the Dr. and the tech are so nice and patient that I m very happy to go and trust my babies to them.

Dr Neher & his staff are warm friendly staff greet you & your animal as first class citizens! I'm always impressed & the cost is reasonable for what they do & time spent with your animal. My better half talked me into trying Banfield because her friend. Wow it showed & proved to both of us how important Palmer Ranch is .
