Excellent vet! We’ve been going here since moving to the area and have had a great experience. They are very caring with our dog and always pleasant to deal with. They are also very reasonably priced.

I have been using this office for a long time. I go way back to when Dr K used to make farm calls for large animals. I really like the new owner Dr Small and his associate Dr Mac. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. My pets well being is always addressed and all my questions and concerns are answered with professionalism. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a great small animal practice.

I have a diabetic 15 year old cat, Dr. Griffin is the man! He saved my 15 year old diabetic cats life when he had a blockage in his bladder. Sent him him with rx urinary tract health food and 2 rx meds. If it wasn't for Dr. Griffin, Nibbles wouldn't be here today! Friendly staff, clean clinic and nice employees who really love animals!

I can’t begin to tell you how much I love the attention my dog and I get from this clinic. I wish my primary care physician was this concerned and attentive. Dr. Mac has been a lifesaver and I could never repay him for the care my Bella has received from him. Truly the very best in my experiences with veterinarians.

Overall Forest Lakes has never disappointed. I have been going to them for 4 years now and have zero intentions of making a change any time soon. I have seen Dr. Griffin twice now. Once for a wellness exam for my two new kittens and the second time for when my two older cats were not feeling well. It is clear he cares about your pets from the second he steps in the room. He has a very calm demeanor that emanates throughout the room not only to your pets but to the pet owners. He takes the time to do exams, on even the most difficult of pets, to make sure nothing is missed. He explains things in detail and makes sure all your questions are answered. He explains exactly what he is doing and what he thinks should be done to ensure your pets health. Your pets comfort and health is definitely his top priority. I have owned cats for years and have never felt so at ease while in an exam room. Dr. Griffin is 10/10 the best doctor I have ever dealt with! The front end staff and techs are equally as wonderful. They are quick to answer phones and answer any questions they can. They are friendly and compassionate. Again 10/10 would recommend Forest Lakes!!

My sweet dog ended up dying because the doctors and nurses here did not tell me how much danger my dogs life was in. She developed pyometra and they didn’t perform surgery until the next day, when they should’ve told me to take her to ER right away to perform the surgery right away. They didn’t tell me how dangerous pyometra was and just made it seem like she would be fine right after surgery, after I had told them all the complications she was dealing with beforehand. Even when I would go in for checkups, they didn’t inform that not spaying her, could lead to pyometra. Now, I’m just left with guilt for listening to these doctors and nurses, and not taking my dog to the ER sooner. Maybe she would still be here and not dead. It seems like they wanted to take the surgery money for themselves and not give it to another business. It might’ve been more expensive to perform this surgery at the ER, but I didn’t care how much I had to pay. I just wanted my dog to live.

Staff is all so very nice. They treated my baby very well.

Every time we went to see Dr. Small, we had a wonderful experience.the entire staff is great!

Was referred by a close friend who got their pets international travel health certificates here. I need one now and called. Got the impression that since I wasn't a current client they couldn't be bothered. Told me to call a pet shipping company for advice over the phone. I even just received an email from my friend about how great this place was and it was easy to get the certificate... No reason given for why they wouldn't do it.

Dr. Small was awesome as well as the rest of the staff. So glad I found them and it doesn't hurt the office is right around the corner from me. If you're looking for a vet in the area, I urge you to go check them out. I know stella can't wait for her next visit

Dr Griffin is so great with my dogs! His front desk staff is rude, and unprofessional. Asking them to look in a chart is a real hassle and the women up there are rude. Sad that the clinic is represented with poor customer service.

It really saddens me that this clinic has so many good reviews. The staff is rude, especially the women with the accent. I took my cat there because she was coughing a lot and we were concerned. The vet said she’s a healthy cat! Just might be a little constipated & prescribed some gel laxative. Charged me & forgot to give it to me so I had to drive all the way back for it the next day. Then 12 days later, NOT EVEN TWO WEEKS, MY BABY IS CONSTANTLY CHOKING FOR AIR AND DIES. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH A RAT I FOUND IN THE STREET!!!!!!

This office is super cautious about COVID, more than anywhere I have visited. Good for them! The texting/outdoor waiting works because of their terrific organization. Super-caring employees and Docs. Hooked for life!
