Our Fancy started ???? coughing and vomiting yesterday. We called first thing this morning, the staff was compassionate and caring as well as Dr. Romero. They got us in immediately and treated our baby. The vet tech came out to the truck listened to our concerns took her in. Dr.Romero came out and thoroughly explained everything as well as the vet tech. So pleased and happy with treatment and prices! He isn’t interested in your wallet, just helping your fur kid! We are new to the area no forms to fill out just great compassionate care! Thanks so much, this will be our new vet!

The staffing may be small, but remember, it is a small office. It provides the opportunity to build a very intimate relationship with all of the staff which is very personalized to your pet's needs Dr Romero and Stephanie have been there for a long time. They have been taking care of Mr Pickles and all of his needs for the past 8 years now, I will go nowhere else but them. They are always willing to work with you and help you out, giving you options and price ranges that match you and your pet's needs and wallets. They are truly wonderful!

Whoever the practice manager is, I believe her name is Stephanie is one of the rudest people I have experienced in the veterinary industry. She needs to learn not to talk to people like animals. If everyone who went there spoke to her, there would not be a 4.9 star review

Dr. Romero is a wonderful, caring vet. He listens and discusses all potential care options with your input and preferences. He's very fair and you can trust that he loves animals and isn't in it to rake you over the coals. He's been our vet for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend him highly.

The doctors and staff are super helpful, kind, and caring. I don't ever feel pushed into pricey tests, foods, or medications unless they truly think it is necessary. They are definitely more interested in the wellbeing of your pet than trying to make money. I appreciate that!

Thank you to the sweet, kind hearted vet and people who work here. They took me in last minute and were so kind to me and my husband in helping me decide what to do with my 19 year old sweet cat. We had to put him to sleep but they were so caring and kind to me while I was grieving. Thank you so much. We will come here again in the future. I really appreciate you all. ❤

Moved here from NC with 1 dog and 4 cats. Have cut my vet Bills in half. He gives great service and doesnt over medicate but gives what they need. Office staff are very helpful.

Dr. Romero, and Stephanie are a great team. Our Black Lab Rescue, Quincy Benjamin Love's everyone at Palm Air. We also bring our five house cats for the past 17 years. 6 years ago i was introduced to Dr. Ramero @ Palm Aire. A full service facility that can keep your pets in a managed care environment. A conservative approach to Veterinarian medicine ensures highly successful outcomes at a reasonable cost. More importantly Dr. Ramero cares.

They care about your pet. Trust them to provide the best service.

Dr. Romero has been my vet for 11 years, and has been honest, fair, and understanding. Never rushes you out taking time to discuss his findings.

I have seen both doctors with my elderly dog and they were great. They don't accept Care credit, but I don't mind given the convenient location and being open Saturday mornings.
