We recently changed vets for our animals which is a scary thing to do with our fur babies but I am so glad we did! The staff and doctors are wonderful with our animals, very kind and attentive to them. Our dog is not afraid to go which says a lot. Thank you to everyone at UAC for making us feel so comfortable.

They are very friendly and Dr. Sara was great! It was a great experience for my first visit.

University Animal Clinic is hands down the best vet clinic around! Our Nico and Shiloh love going to visit and the staff there is amazing! They all know our boys by name and they love all the hugs and kisses they get there! Definitely highly recommend this clinic if your animals are like your people =)

This is the BEST vegetarian office my dog and I have ever been to. My dog is 18 years old and Dr. Simonson and team have been a guiding light in my dogs health. I will forever bring my pets here. They have such a Friendly staff that makes you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend.

My dog Sadie has been to this Clinic twice and has walked out happier both times. Not many dogs enjoy the vet, but this team makes it very easy to change that viewpoint. Very professional!

I just moved to the area and was referred to this office. Everyone was so nice and treated me and my girls like golf. The Dr was very thorough and even told me to order some meds on chewy instead of buying thru them. Great experience!

We started her on the referral from a close friend 5 years ago with Dr. Rill. He retired and the new owners have been just as good! We are very happy with them. I would recommend these vets highly.

No suggestions for improvement on our visit. Since I'm not in the room during the nail trimming I base my evaluation on how Mr. Blue behaves post treatment. On this occasion he hardly missed a beat. He was happy and outgoing. I've seen the polar opposite (not at your clinic) so I'm aware of the scale. Nice work.

Let me just say how impressed we are with University Animal Clinic and how they took care of my hamster. I have been to multiple exotic small pets and many have disregarded a lot of my little guys symptoms or haven’t given him time of day. If you have any rodents or small pets definitely have Dr. Sam take a look. She was attentive and kind and did multiple tests to make sure we ruled out all possibilities. She definitely has a clear passion for her work. If you want to feel heard and have your small pet taken care of, here’s your place.

Willow is my grand dog that I am caring for while my son relocated to his new home. I went to this vet on a neighbors recommendation. I was exceptionally pleased with the care and advice they gave me. They were so kind and reassuring even knowing I would not be a repeat customer. Great people and great businesd

I had to change Vet services due to my regular vet being bought out by a corporate. What a blessing in disguise! I called several days ago and explained my situation with my female German Shepherd Dog having a licking and discharge situation. UAC completely accommodated me with a Saturday appointment. Not only did I find the facilities to be extremely clean, but the staff was beyond great. They addressed me as a customer should be addressed, with pleasantry and professionalism. The tech was knowledgeable and the Veterinarian was completely on board with finding a solution without pressing for useless tests that would inflate the bill. They diagnosed the problem, set a plan of action and scheduled the follow up date. When I checked out at the front desk it was so nice to get a reasonable invoice, not what I had become used to at my previous veterinarian. I look forward to bringing my second GSD there soon for a check up. This facility cannot be regarded highly enough by me and I completely endorse then with a 5 star rating. Thanks for a great experience!

Honestly, our experience was perfect! Everyone was so friendly from the moment we arrived. Dr. Sam was so good with Muffin (our hedgehog)! It made us feel relieved and happy with how comfortable Dr. Sam was. She got down to Muffin’s level and spoke softly to encourage Muffin to come out of her ball. Muffin can be shy, but Dr. Sam was able to fully examine Muffin because of how comfortable she was! We have already recommended UAC to our friends and family, and we will be returning!

THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL!! They helped my niece when her Lab got sick and helped her with the process of trying to save his life. Unfortunately her dog died from a blood disease. It was a 'no-brainer" to take my dog to UAC! They again were wonderful and they took care of her belly problem. UAC is the only vet your dog will ever need. They are kind, sensitive, informative and will take great care of your pet!!

When I called them to refill my dog’s medication, I was told the vet would need to see my dog and they only had drop off appointments that day. They did NOT advise me of any additional fees for dropping off my dog. When I dropped off my dog, they showed me a $15 fee for hospitalization. Yep, hospitalization. When I went to pick up my dog, the charge became $20 for surgical hospitalization. That was just to get a refil of the skin allergy med for my dog. They are a rip off. Charged me $177.36.

I had such a perfect experience. The staff and doctors were so genuine and sincere, I almost couldn’t believe it. My dog suffers from anxiety, but the receptionist, tech and doctor made her experience go better than I could have ever expected. Their patience and kindness is outstanding, they make refilling or getting medications super easy, and they’re just so easy to work with.

Very caring team, They treat my dogs like them. Teddy And Lesha are in good hands.

Wonderful office - the staff all clearly love animals both big and small. They have been taking great care of my girl who's issues are unknown but we're slowly navigating options vs other offices which would be looking to do as much upfront as possible.

Took my umbrella cockatoo Yitzi for a nail trim DNA test, and overall exam. Dr.Sam and staff were patient and kind with my BOY! 5 out of 5 recommend !

Great group! All my questions answered by Dr Sam and staff. Timeliness of appt. , and reasonable prices a plus. Dr Sam's knowledge of greyhounds is comforting.

Just relocated to Florida. Sought an AAHA certified practice. The doctors there are great. Very thorough. Had already reviewed my 4 dogs' histories. I and the dogs couldn't be happier with the professionalism & caring treatment provided.

The office staff were great from beginning to end. The tech carried my turtle in his box back to the exam room (huge first impression). The exotic pet Dr is so sweet, friendly and knowledgeable! I will be bringing my other pets there for sure!

So glad we found University Animal Clinic They are great!!Al Doctors are excellent and staff as well,nice,caring and attentive.we have our first puppy and they helped us with all his issues and checked on us and made sure things were going well,quality service since our first visit ,also happy with their wellness plan, exactly what we need. Everyone at UAC loves animals and takes great care of our old dog when she visits. She is 15 and still loves to go to the Vet.

Highly recommend University Animal Clinic!! We are down here on vacation with our dog and he started limping. We called a couple other vets and they couldn’t see us for almost a week. We called UAC and they could see us the next day! Everyone on there staff was so nice! We saw vet tech Alexis and Dr. Dakin. They were amazing! Took the time to listen to us and were so good with our Dog Quincy! There are reasonable priced and even sent the notes from today to our vet back home! We now have a new vet for when we are down here in the future!

University Animal Clinic is my go to vet for my little guy! I was pleased to find an exotic vet, because I have a rabbit. Dr. Sam always treats him with concern and care- answering all my questions with patience! When I get his toenails clipped, the staff is always so kind and helpful. I recommend University Animal Clinic 10 out of 10!
