Dog looked as handsome as ever after bath & groom new owners getting things together

First time going was this week so I can't speak towards pricing/changes with new ownership. Did the DIY with one of my dogs that is very hard to bathe at home. My dog was pretty dirty to begin with because I can never really get him to hold still at home. Did the deshedding package - was good shampoo but I guess they were out of the deshedding conditioner and I didn't know until after I was almost done with the shampoo. I was told the quick dry spray worked as a conditioner but in my opinion from previous experience washing my double coat dogs it just isn't the same. The conditioner is what really helps get out the undercoat so my dog still had a ton of loose hair when I got him home. Also noticed on the flyer that they have deshedding tools that go with the package but to be fair I didn't ask because I didn't notice until after. After I was done blowing him dry (which took a while so I am thankful for their patience), I was given some solution and cotton to clean out his ears. The employee was very helpful and sweet with my dog, very friendly and accommodating to my spazzy boy. Overall had a great experience and would definitely go back but will wait for them to do a restock or bring my own conditioner :).

this place is UNREAL!, they scheduled me an appointment 5 weeks ahead. I accepted since I have been a client for over 3 years. Then 2 days before the actual appointment they called me to say they have to cancel it! Really? after waiting 5 weeks? They suggested another appointment in 7 weeks? WOW. This place should be closed! they are average in service and EXPENSIVE, and plenty of other places. NOT REALIABLE, so pick wisely!

Showed up TWICE during posted business hours to find the place closed. Better call first because they don't honor their own hours.

Greg is the best groomer ever. Jazzy has a history of being difficult (snappy to new folks). Not a problem with Greg. Always on time with our appointments. Until I got sick, I used their DIY option. We turned Jazz over to Greg and we are very happy - so is Jazzy

This was a great experience for me, not too sure about my puppy. My first attempt at grooming. I did ok.

Love self serve dog wash. But hated the hair all over the drying room. While drying my own dog getting covered by other people's dog hair that was left behind. It would have been perfect except for that

Great! Dogs loved it, I like that the staff were always mindful and on top things. I'll be back.

Washing my pup had become an uncomfortable chore but using DIY's tub, rack and products saved my back and knees. Everyone is so pleasant we now look forward to 'our' bath.

We’ve been taking our two aussies here for a few years now. The staff has always been really friendly and helpful. Prices are great on both the DIY and grooming side. We won’t go anywhere else!

It was only $25 for bath and nails clipped for Lolly who is a 10 pound Pomeranian. Lolly loves this place. People are so nice here and great price for full service or I think ten dollars if you do it yourself. Nice clean tubs , nice people and I got a new collar for Lolly and a pig ear treat both under ten dollars.

I've been bringing my 14 yo Dachshund here for a year. They do a great job trimming and making her pretty!

Greg did an awesome job with grooming and play as you can see in this picture highly recommended very honest and takes his time and doesn't rush you out just to make a buck! I will be bringing a Bentley back actually have an appointment coming up this month to keep him groomed well by professional groomer that knows what he's doing :-)

New to the area. Needed to get my 12 year old guide dog groomed. Called two places, the first place told me it would be $85 for a grooming. I called DIY and was quoted $65 to $75 depending on the difficulty of the dog. That was more in line with what I was use to paying. (Always $65) Where we use to go. Much to my supersize when we pick the dog up, I was informed it would be $85. I was then informed that they go by weight. (which they new in advance). Bate and switch, would have kept looking if they would have quoted $85. My reply to your answer is, when we called on the phone we told you his weight. So stop trying to cover up for you deceptive practices.

My Dog loves coming here. He gets excited when we get close and when we walk through the door he's gets treated like a rock star.

Very nice and clean. The staff was great with my 3 dogs. My two rescues were a little nervous but the staff handled them with kindness and understanding. My little Morkey looks so much better now that he's in a professional groomers hands instead of mine. This was our first visit. We will be back for sure.
