We were establishing contact & getting our cats looked at for the first time. We will see what the future brings.

This was my first visit to a vet with a cat and so far the results are mixed but the staff is very attentive and responsive.

Doctor was thorough. Confirmed problem diagnosed by my regular vet. Was good to explain everything going on with my cat. Also wrote out for me the diagnosis, what to do to try and help and what he did for the cat. Gave me samples for 3 different foods that might help solve our problem to see which of the 3 foods she and the other two cats would eat. Suggested 3 different canned foods I might try and I purchased those. Have follow up to see if there is some improvement.

Staff are caring and efficient. Both Dr. King and Dr. Zenor saw our cat, Bubbly, and we couldn't be happier with the treatment and attention she received. We have always used "cat only" veterinarians for our feline pets and this one is top notch.

We arrived to our appointment, and were instructed to wait in the car till they are ready for us to come in. They only allow one person with your cat right now (much better than curbside drop off, which in the past made me feel very nervous). They called us about 15 min later to let us know they are dealing with some emergency, they asked some questions about our cat's condition and instructed us to wait for another call. One hour later, after not getting any other updates, and not being able to reach them, we decided to leave... we will never bring our cats to this location again. Our cat spent 2 hrs in the car restless... they didn't bother to call with updates, and didn't pick up our calls... all they needed to do is to keep us informed and possibly reschedule.

These guys are awesome! My cat is...peculiar and they were so great. Dr. King is a wonderful person. I was having a difficult time and needed to have my cat seen and they accommodate us so quick. He was there for a wellness visit and nail trim and I could never re pay their kindness and consideration , in regards of the situation I was in. I recommend this place hands down!

I relocated from NJ. My boy has a problem with his eye. From the receptionists, the vet technician, and the vet....all were wonderful. I am sobhaooy to have found them.

They were very professional, attentive, friendly and efficient. As awkward as it is with Covid-19 protocols in place, they made it a great experience. I'd rather that they be careful with Covid-19 protocols, then reckless, so I had no issue with it at all. What a great place to bring your 4 legged kids!

I've been going to Dr. King for years. He's very caring and compassionate. Nothing but good experiences.

The doctor and staff are amazing. My cats are my kids and I'm very picky about who cares for their medical needs. I am happy to say that I will recommend them to anyone who ask and probably some that don't.

You will never find a more caring and professional place to take your cat. Truly excellent.

I couldn't go inside because of covid-19 so we did everything by phone. Ellen, the receptionist, is kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. Dr. King obviously loves cats and their humans. He took time to explain what he had done in detail. From what I can tell, he's efficient yet thorough. My kitty seemed calm, not stressed when she got home, although she couldn't get inside fast enough. This animal hospital has seemingly good relationships with Sarasota vets who make house calls. Lastly, the price was very reasonable. The Cat Hospital of Sarasota is now my vet.

The visit was quick and easy for Schnitzel. She had a mani/pedi just like her mommy did in the morning. ????‍⬛

I have been bringing my cats to The Cat Hospital for the past 6 years. I have never met a more caring and dedicated group of people. Second to none in my book.

Dr. King and his vet tech Jan were so helpful. Were able to get me in promptly for a second opinion on one of my cats who was diagnosed with a serious disease. Both were sensitive and caring and very knowledgeable about Shadow's situation. Dr. King further educated me on the disease. Very thorough and answered all my questions. I met a Persian cat breeder in the waiting room who brought in her award winning Persian show cat. They are very particular about their cat care and I knew I was in the right place. Dr. King diagnosed my second cat with allergic bronchitis and the Prednisone has already made her better. The radiograph showed the inflammation in her lungs. We are in Florida for just a few months so allergies are only temporary. You can also call or email with questions after the appointment. Glad I was referred to this office.

They are great! Excellent doctors. We recently had to put down our elderly cat and they were so nice. I feel like my kitty was handled with care and was able to pass peacefully and quickly thanks to them.

I can't say enough about the Cat Hospital of Sarasota. All Vets and every staff member there is special. Never have I taken my cats to another Vet that showed the level of compassion and professionalism, as they do here.

Absolutely the best vet we've ever had for our five cats. We've been taking our cats here for the past three years. Cats only, so no barking dogs, that used to cause more stress for our cats when they had to go to the vet. The staff and doctors are knowledgeable, friendly, caring and thorough. Prices are very fair and their compassion is priceless. I can highly recommend.

After recently moving to Sarasota and seeing the great reviews for the Cat Hospital I brought my year old kitten here for a previous breathing problem. The staff are very friendly, but I did not care for Dr. King. As I explained to Dr. King that my kitten had already been on a round of steroids, he put her on another round and said once that was over and she was still having issues we would do a chest x-ray. Instead I was ambushed with a call from the office about putting her on a nebulizer without even a call from Dr. King. I found this very unprofessional and I do not plan on returning.
