I bought a package for my cat that included rabies. However, my cat did not get the rabies shot and i was not informed about that. I only noticed it months later when i was requested for rabies records for my cat while trying to adopt another kitten.

Terrible Management, They Discriminate and practice Unfair Business Practice, I am small breeder, after new manager came couple month ago, they been rude to us, they cancelled our appointments that we had for couple cats for same day and rescheduled 2 at the time, then they cancelled again and rescheduled 1 at the time, they were saying they are understaffed but when I go back on website to schedule appointment it shows available appointments what the dates they cancelled my appointment and that proves that they are not understaffed but they just don't want to serve use, the management was rude and we had feeling that they just want to get rid of us and in fact that is what they wanted I have proof in email when I complained they say just leave, they don't even want to try fix what they were doing wrong. Then they told us that price for us will $300 for a cat spay, and $200 for a cat neuter (on 9/03/21 they told us that) but the price online if I schedule appointment and check off that I am breeder is $75 for a cat spay, and $60 for a cat (price still same on 9/12/21 online), after I told them #1 I scheduled appointments at original price they said they will honor some of the appointments at old price. I tried to solve this problem by asking to talk to higher manager or owner Laura told me to look for another clinic. I asked couple times contact of the board manager but they wouldn't give me. I am very Disappointed with them, they are discriminate, practice unfair business practice but advertising one price but telling some people price more than 3 times more very unprofessional, rude. This is what I wrote is not just my words or opinion, as a proof I have emails where they told me what will be my price, screenshots/printouts from website what is still advertised price and where I tried to solve this the nice way before leaving this review and they just told me to leave and go to other clinic.

ARC is a place I've taken multiple animals to be fixed and microchipped. If there's any a place, that's affordable AND with amazing service, it's here. I couldn't recommend them enough

I love all that A.R.C. does and stands for, the staff are very good people and really give it their all and make you feel comfortable. Weather your there for TNVR or your own pet, every little furry life matters to them. Thank you A.R.C. for your hard work and dedication. ????

Don't bring your animal over here... They give me my cat with an infection in his belly after a surgery, my cat stop eating, drinking water, everything. On Sunday my cat had a high fever and his intestine came out, I took him to BluePearls Hospital and they definitely told me it was due to the operation. Animal Rescue Coalition wants to wash their hands and they are trying to find a way in any way not to be responsible, my cat in less than 7 days has had 4 surgeries, today he is in intensive care, I have already spent $7,000 dollars to save his life , but BluePearl called us today saying that our cat would need another emergency surgery, at a cost of $10,000. It's amazing how a castration and an $80 hernia operation has led us to spend almost $ 20,000. The doctor who called me about it and is following the situation, told me to please stop calling them at the office. ANIMAL RESCUE COALITION TOLD ME TO STOP CALLING THEM NO MATTER THAT THE MOST I LOVE IN THIS LIFE IS ABOUT TO DIE.

This place truly cares.... If you have Farrow Kittens or Cats.... You Trap on your property Bring them here They take care of getting them fixed, Rabies Vaccine, Dewormed and Flea Treatment for Next to nothing.... Then you have them back Happy and Healthy....

They had to cancel all appointments today because people called in sick. After driving all the way there they told me they would reschedule at a later date. So that made me late for work for no reason.

What a great group of people. They are amazingly kind and truly care about the animals and their parents. They go through a routine and make sure the animals are all vaccinated with rabies beforehand. They also have many other health treatments options available like nail trimming, deworming, microchip, etc... you can have done at the same time they get spayed or neutered. When you pull in there’s always someone to greet you. They’re very organized and methodical about getting each individual animal checked in before their surgery. They also make it convenient for an online payment so that’s all done when you pick your pet up you can get in there and get out. They keep you updated on the status of your pet and always have a smile waiting to greet you. Thank you all so much for great service and care to my three kitties, they are all doing so great and I appreciate all you did for them!
