Every person I met was so kind!! everything was great and I’m so appreciative!!

The staff was just amazing! They were quick and very friendly. They loved on Coco so much and helped her when she was intimidated by the vet. The service is superb here! I’m glad I drive 30min just to visit this office.

Clearly the website is misleading. They handle very few things. After speaking with a person on the phone I would be leary of taking my animal in for anything besides annual shots.

Dr. MONTENEZ RIVERA and the staff are so professional and thorough. I can count on them to keep my pet's health and wellbeing in check.

Great for vaccines horrible if you need vet care.

I LOVE my 3yr old Beagle mix as if she were my own flesh and blood. As small as she is, The output of unconditional love, respect, and warm home-comings she delivers on a daily basis are pure and sincere. To put it clearly, Shes my little girl and I’d do anything for her to live a wonderful doggie life. Sadly, due to health complications, I had to spay her. I’ve gone to 3 different private Veterinarians ranging from South Florida (where I used to live) and Orlando. I wasn’t happy with any of them. Either the team was not enthusiastic to be working with animals, which is a BIG ‘NO’ for me, communication was horrible, or they wanted to take advantage of the situation and pumped the prices. (Over $1000). Note: I didn’t mind spending the money, as long as they took care of my girl. Finally, I came to Thrive on a whim, and decided to try them out. By this time, this would be our 4th consultation. I gotta say, I left that day relieved that I FINALLY found a team that cares, is reasonable in prices, and connects with the patients and their family. My girls surgery was yesterday and the surgical site looks amazing! Thank you all for taking good care of her and returning her safely home to her family.

They're friendly, they know my pets personalities and their medical needs. They're an overall caring team. The quality is also incredible. I always get great service, care, and medicines. It's pretty great because they're so good with customer service and taking care of my pets, but the pricing is also so incredibly good. I have 4 pets and I never have to worry about breaking the bank or budgeting for procedures. I am a loyal customer now.

I was very happy to have found this new vet for Chloe. We are on a fixed income and the prices are affordable for us. The vet and tech were so friendly and informative. They listened to our experiences with Chloe. Then they responded appropriately. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. We will continue with vet services there.

Professionalism at it's finest, I took my Calico to get her vaccines and she put up a fight but the Veterinarian and the staff handled it great, she got her vaccines and checkup and my cat Maura is happy.

My lily had been pawing at her face and over the last week it got worse and more aggressive. It's so difficult to get a timely vet appointment these days. I was happy we were able to book this appointment so soon (within a couple days). It was a great experience from booking till the end of the appointment. It was clean and organized. All of the staff (receptionist, vet tech, vet) were exceptional. Our baby had vet trauma from a puppy accident so she was pretty anxious to be there. The vet tech and doctor were great putting her (and us) at ease). I was pleasantly surprised. They exceeded my expectations. The price was very affordable and Lily is feeling much better since her appointment :)

The staff was great. Professional and comforting. Brought our 14yr old Jack Russell in that was having back and joint issues. He wasn’t walking, eating, drinking and was yelping on pain. Maria and Dr Arteaga were great quick to diagnose him. A few shots later and he is walking around again and eating. Thank you Thrive. From the receptionist to the Dr. I felt in good hands. I appreciate the care and love given for my puppy Myla. All the staff is wonderful and they all take the time to explain everything.

Very good with our 3 month kitten Mickey! The doctor was informal and helpful and the nurses are very kind and they all treat the animals with love and care!

I called to schedule a new appointment. The receptionist seemed to be in a big hurry. She said that there was no availability for a week. In addition, she told me to just call the emergency vet. Really??

Mistakenly advertised as low cost. This is not a low cost clinic. While the staff was friendly, the prices were higher than local veterinarians and the cost of neutering is triple what I was quoted at two low cost spay/neuter clinics. THRIVE is affiliated with SPCA but they do not offer special low cost clinics or pricing. This is a National chain so to discuss prices you would have to contact the corporate office.

They always take good care of my fur babies! Highly recommended.

I’d like the thank the staff and Dr. Dodwell for their professionalism and excellent service during our visit with our pup. Even though they were busy, Dr. Dodwell and her technician were super thorough and they went the extra mile to answer our questions and offer my pet exceptional care— the ointment the Dr. recommended has already helped heal his nose! This vet is very knowledgeable and caring; I highly recommended. We will certainly be back for our buddy’s annual checks and primary care. Thank you!

its obvious to me that everyone at thrive loves their job. from the minute you walk in Briana makes you feel so welcome and always goes out of her way to please our needs . Awesome staff and facility, Dr. Montanez and team are one of the more thoughtful groups I have run across. Quick friendly and not pushy with yourself or your babies! They work with you and are very informative. Thanks guys! Plus who doesn’t like a stop by Petco good location for the Thrive.

Loved the easiest of completing the initial intake forms on my phone. Easy to pay on my phone for the services rendered. I'll definitely recommend the clinic. Loved the tech and vet friendly demeanor.

Love this vet clinic!!! You can tell that the staff truly care about their customers. My vet is Dr. Montanez. After moving cities I was worried about finding a new vet, but Dr. Montanez and the entire staff put me right at ease. I went into my appointment with a laundry list of questions and concerns about my dog and he answered each and every one of them with exceptional detail. The best part, its affordable!! highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Very nice staff! They spent time with my two senior dogs and were extremely patient with them. I was happy yo be able to back with my pups as the vet in Orlando we chose to leave STILL will not let you in the building.

My sweet Duke, HATES going to the vet. I was so nervous when I brought him to THRIVE for the first time but they made us feel right at home.I brought his thunder vest and the anti-anxiety medication his previous vet gave him just in case and I never even had to use it. The location is very convenient and the staff is second to none. There was a really nice girl working there, I think Duke really had a crush on her. We've already booked our follow up appointment. They are always running great specials so that makes coming here a little more feasible than Duke's last office.
