These are the best people people in the business.!! They take care of all my cats... Dr. KIM is so knowledgeable and makes sure he checks out everything to keep your animals healthy and well.. Tesa is so loving to all the pets that come in too..I totally recommend them. They go above and beyond..

Very caring veterinary office. Prices reasonable. Dr. Kim is a man of few words but high in intelligence. I have done there for years and have taken stray cats in to be neutered. They care!

Two dentals went well. They killed this cat. She had a bad tooth that they didn’t even take out. She died from unmonitored sedation. Buyer beware. 1:3 isn’t good enough for me to gamble. I hope they reevaluate where they went wrong and don’t let this happen to another. Please educate your staff so this doesn’t happen again. The veterinarian? Never even saw, never even spoke to me. Unacceptable. Update: one of my foster friends brought a kitten in and he was dead the next morning. Please be careful.

Reading all of the previous reviews it's says "staff was very friendly." I didn't get that, I felt sort of disregarded in a way. I notice that when the other patron walked in they were very enthusiastic toward him and very kind. I was just as cordial as the gentleman that walked in after me, why was I greeted in such a different manner? I really didn't want to write such a negative review, but my experience really left me feeling ignored. I'm pretty sure Doctor Kim is stellar at his job, but some of the staff killed it for me. Never spend your dollars where your presence is unwanted, take you business elsewhere.

The puppy store that i got it from told us the would cover anything that happened with the puppy for the first two weeks that i got them if i go to this vet. I took my puppy for her first general visit and for her vaccines. Not only the puppy store didn’t cover it like they said but i mention she had a cough and they didn’t do nothing. After the vaccine she got really sick for the whole week. Including vomiting, horrible cough, sneezing and fever. I called them and they said to come in to get antibiotics for her. When i went they didn’t even check her to make sure what she had. I didn’t even talk to the doctor. They just gave me the antibiotics and assuming it was kennel cough. Today i took her to Bandfield Hospital on Pet smart and thankfully i took her in time because she was really sick and they didn’t even check her. She had bordella kennel cough but as well her chest was so inflamated and she had Ascarids which is roundworms. Thankfully they gave her everything she needed and she will be fine but they mention that if i wouldn’t took her in time she could’ve had bronchitis and more consequences , that the antibiotics all creatures anima hospital gave her could’ve cause her teeth to have stains because she is still 3 months old and it wasn’t good for her. Horrible experience.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Didn't wait too long to be seen and the veterinarian was super nice and friendly. I have made this office my main pet doctor.

Dr Kim is great and his staff is so helpful. We take both our puppies there and feel they get excellent care. We've had x-ray done to spay to tumor removal. We highly recommend All Creatures Animal Hospital.

They couldn't save my baby but the lady was nice

Stay away, stay far-far away. Brought my sick pup into this establishment, worried and concerned. Was worried she ingested something, she was acting way different, and very lethargic. She is six months old and basically went from zooming around the house to attached to my bed overnight. It cost $440 to get an exam, her pooped checked and an x-ray. Then a follow up call that I need to pay $140 for a shot and some medications, $580 because my dog has a fever. Turns out she is okay, just sick and for that I am grateful, I guess that's what the one star is for. Why the double charge for the X-ray determination? If the Vet, clearly, has no idea of what he is looking at and knows he has to send it to a Radiologist, why am I getting charged for his poor observations? Whatever, again, I'm just glad my dog isn't going to die. When I walked out of there I felt like I was led to believe it was a strong possibility.

Why is it SO difficult to find vets with competent staff?? As nice as they are they charged me for medicines I didn't need and because I paid with carecredit they can't refund me or to the card. I dont care if they give me credit. I dont want to come back. Another vet to cross out the list.

I can not Thank All Creatures enough! I'm so overjoyed. A feral cat I had trapped lost its left ear. It was in horrible shape! After $500 Oviedo Vet care and emergency couldn't do what was needed and sent me to find a surgeon. This hospital saved this cat and my pockets. Oviedo was saying the surgery was going to be over a $1000! Came here it was 280! Her ear was Mangled and they helped her so so much. I'm so thankful for your caring hearts. You don't rob people AND you actually really CARE ❤

Amazing experience. I came here because my vet was booked for a week out and my dog Lexi needed to be soon sooner. Kyle treated as if she was his own. Everything was explained to in detail. Dr. Kim was very knowledgeable and patient with her because she’s an older dog.

Caring and friendly staff. Clean facilities. Reasonable prices for products and services. Dr. Kim is wonderful. As long as we have pets and live in Central Florida, we'll always go here for our pets' medical care.

I recently purchased a dog and brought in for se one round of shots and the appointment process was super easy quick and had availability did not have to wait week for an appointment , then yesterday I brought my puppy in because she was having very liquidity stool, made an appointment for the day after so that was great they were puntual y and very friendly and prices were very fair which was great especially for the great attention my dog was having , my puppy is back to normal now and I also got a call from the vet to check up on susy to see how she was doing which I think was very kind of them . All and all great service will keep coming back. For sure !:)

They always address my concerns and take good care of my kitties. I rarely have to espy long for an appointment either!
