Good staff that genuinley care about the dogs.

I love this place. My dogs have so much fun, especially in the pool. And it has been a great way to get them socialized while still young.

Horrible! Brought my dog in for nail clipping and bath. When I picked my dog up I noticed that only 4 of her nails were clipped and she smelled as if she wasn't bathed at all. There were a bunch of unprofessional kids working behind the counter. Seemed like to me that they could care less what happened to my dog. When I left, the kids working behind the counter mocked me. I provide only the very best for my dog and I definitely won't be going back.

Pet paradise cuts it's employees hours during the holiday season. Even though they are very busy right now. Typical corporate greed. They only care about $$$

We have used several Pet Paradise locations to take care of our dogs when we are out of town. The staff at the Sanford location are great and very accommodating. The facility is nice and they have a vet on site.

This place was great for my pets.

I've been taking my Weimaraner here for 2 1/2 years and every time she is beyond excited to spend time with her 'Pet Paradise Family'! Separation anxiety can pop up, however it never does in their care! I highly recommend Pet Paradise for everyone's 'fur-baby' as they will be incredibly well cared for! Having a groomer and vet on site just makes this place even more amazing! I consider myself lucky to have such a reliable extended family network here for my 'fur-baby' whether it is just for day-care or extended stay while I'm out of town.

Rocket loves it here. He gets to play with all the dogs and the staff is friendly and attentive. Stayed in the VIP suite with Webcam and dog TV.

Brought 3 dogs in for holiday weekend to the Sanford location. I ordered baths for each dog before pickup. I was charged for 3 baths, nail clip and ear clean but they did not bathe all the dogs. I will not be returning to a place that charges for services it does not deliver. Getting a credit for a bath does not help now when I am going home with a dirty dog. Also, she never gave me the credit. Makes me wonder what else I might have been charged for that they did not deliver, extra play time maybe???

I think I have found a place for my baby!

I take my baby Gibs to doggie day camp and my baby is hyper and does not socialize very good but at pet paradise they are so good with her I pay extra for the fur ever connection I think that’s what it’s called and I got a doggie report and pics we also do ice cream n she loves it the staff is great and friendly they know my baby by her name when we arrive the place is clean you can always check up on the on the web cam I ve been to others and does not compare to here thank you for what you all do

I had brought my dog to different locations and was happy. But Sanford was an absolute disaster no words can describe our frustration.our Dog stayed 3 nights and the staff was welcoming, one thing we notice to start is that they took him with his leash other locations gave it back and said it’s preventing care so the leash is not in the room. When he was brought home he had a mark it look looked like a altercation with another dog. When I called Jaque said they have rough dogs and maybe he was too energetic but there was no incident report, he also had bumps everywhere and looked like bites or an allergic reaction to something. She said to send pictures and they will assess and call me. I got a phone call the next day saying they were not sure what happen but I could take him to the vet and Have him check. They never offer to have them seen there, , after 20 minutes she said she will check and see if they could see him at no charge for the visit. I got an appointment for the next day Head veterinary was horrible she kept on telling me that he was allergic and they couldn’t determined that his stay there is what caused the bumps by now they were looking like hives all over his body. After 2 hours there I went home pay over $150 on med bills and they called later to tell me they won’t be covering the treatment that the regional office review the case and they couldn’t tell if it was allergic reaction or allergies BS the medication was an antibiotic and a shampoo they know it happen there. The room or something else was not clean enough.A week later he still on meds and his skin looks horrible I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOG THERE manager is. careless and all she did was repeat herself.

Love this place. They always take great care of our dogs and seem to really love seeing them come back again and again. Thank you pet Paradise , you all are the best!

I love pet paradise they do such a good job with my dog I've been taking him there for over 2 years and he loves it there

My huskey had a great trial day. The staff was amazing. They played with the dogs in the outside play area. There is a dog pool that the dogs seem to love. The rooms are clean with indoor and outdoor areas for each dog.

Best place ever to leave your fur babies my dog loves it

Always take AMAZING care of our baby. Even call with any concerns which I greatly appreciate. Definitely feel comfortable leaving him to their care.

Do Not recommend. I was referred here by a good friend (who no longer uses them due to similar reasons) I left my doodle there for the weekend. All was good until I caught JESSIC, on camera, dragging my dog by the collar not once, but TWICE! and when I called literally shaking and crying of concern (i was 6hrs away) I was told my dog had just snapped on another dog which is not true because I asked to see the camera footage and was denied. I spoke to the manager and her only resolution was to provide additional training and get more leashes so that each staff can have instead of dragging them by the collar. Disgusting and unprofessional. If this is what they do on camera I can only imagine what goes on off camera. If you love and care for your pet, do not leave them here!

Awesome place my baby loves it.

Too many different people to talk to and they apparently do not communicate with one another,, update proper notes on accounts, or honor their word. Manager was not friendly at all.

We dropped in to gather info and tour. Very welcoming, very clean. They had the back play yard occupied with 5 staff that we saw and very happy dogs. The staff person that toured us was very through in information she shared.

Excellent service!! Place is very clean. All the worker are super, kind and polite.???????????????? Highly recommended????
