We adopted our pup from Save a Life last year. We couldn't have found a better dog if we tried! The adoption process was smooth and easy. Thank you for the everything, especially for bringing Dottie into our lives.

i really could not thank the wonderful people at Save a Life for connecting me with my other half back in February 2021. oliver was a corgi mix who, when the moment i saw him, i thought "wow, this is the most perfect dog." and i decided to go drive 3 hours to meet him. then the moment i met him, i broke down in tears knowing this dog was mine instantly. the staff were so helpful at the vet clinic, and Anna was absolutely AMAZING with letting me know everything i needed to know to get there, to take care of him, and they even offered so many vet check-ups, parvo cover, etc. which made me feel really great about this rescue. almost a year later, oliver is living his absolute best life with me where he goes everywhere i go and even starts his official service training this february <3 he is my absolute lifeline and i really couldn't be more thankful to have such a beautiful dog. thank you to everyone at Save a Life, you gave me my best friend! - Paige & Oliver

I adopted my dog Norman from save a life a few months ago and he is the best pup I could’ve ever asked for. The adoption process was easy and straightforward and I got to meet him 3 days after texting with Ana. I filled out the application, paid the deposit, and was able to take him home the same day. I took him to the vet soon after and he had some minor issues(tapeworms), but it was fixed quickly with medication. Thank you save a life!

I just adopted this cute baby from their event today. Everyone at the event was super nice, and the process was easy and quick. Ana stayed up until 12am speaking to me via text lastnight about our new baby Rummy!! If you are in search of a new fur baby this is a great rescue to work with!!!

I adopted my sweet shepherd, Dahlia (formerly Miss Roxy) from Save a life Pet Rescue almost 3 years ago. Everything about her adoption was straightforward and hassle free because I came prepared with everything I needed to welcome home a new member of the fam. Anna herself even helped me pick out the perfect pup the day of the adoption event, as I had originally gone to look at a puppy who didn’t end up being a good fit for my family. Dahlia’s paperwork told me everything I needed to know about where she came from, what vaccines she had gotten, and what health problems were known (canine elichria). I took her to my usual vet instead of Oviedo due to distance, but I did appreciate that I was offered the option. About a year and a half after adopting her, Dahlia began showing aggression toward one of my cats. I was really stressed and even considered giving her up so I texted Anna, who immediately got me in contact with her trainer and we spent some time working through it. She is a smart dog and caught on rather quickly so we didn’t need to do more than a few sessions. Today, I have the most well-mannered and wonderful dog on the planet. The $150 adoption fee bought me (so far) 3 years with my best friend. If I ever decide to get Dahlia a friend, I know I will be adopting from Save a Life again. :)

We adopted a wonderful pup from this Rescue and are having a ball with her. Save a Life Pet Rescue was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and we set up an appt for the following day, a Sunday at that and came home with her. Thanks for having her!!

This rescue gave me a sick dog. Anna tolded me that there was nothing wrong with the dog. He was healthy puppy. I had him for only two days and I had to pay $2,000 for emergency medical bills.
