Great place to drop the pups off when traveling for long periods. Friendly and helpful staff. The are open everyday which makes it convenient for drop offs and pick ups of your furry family!

Love this place! Not all, buy many of the staff are very patient with my pup as he is always shy upon entry. Every morning he gives me the look of "am I going" - when he knows he gets to go, he is very excited and runs to the car. He goes to day play at least 2 times a week and is always exhausted. Even better - they have the option of a bath! A++++

Unfortunately 0 stars are not an option. As far as grooming services go, if your dog requires any type of brushing or good grooming this is not the place for you. Brought my labradoodle who gets brushed almost daily to get groomed and was told his coat was fine and to get him in a couple hours. The minute I left the door received a text that they would have to shave him completely and pay extra for matting. Upon calling the groomer she bluntly told me I can bring him home brush him and bring him back because they do not have time to brush him and they would not be “gentle” as I would if I brushed him. This grooming staff is completely unprofessional and unwilling to actually take time to groom dogs the way they should be and I will never come to this place again

We recently boarded our 10-yr old cat while we were moving from Oviedo to Casselberry. Kitty had never been boarded before. The staff at PetSuites WInter Springs were extremely patient and kind. They gave us updates promptly when we called or texted to check in our pet. Checking in and out was efficient and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic place. My dogs are always well treated and the staff are extremely helpful.

My puppy always comes home exhausted but happy and is always excited to go back.

PetSuites has been an essential part of our dog parenting journey for a year and a half and we plan to keep it that way! Our rambunctious and enthusiastic 1.5 year old Golden Retriever keeps them on their toes, but they always greet us with kindness and understanding. Their staff is incredibly responsive and considerate-always helping us get the best deal and providing excellent care. Our pup is always excited to go to PetSuites, and we are so thankful for the peace of mind their staff provides when we leave him in their care. When we were faced with a situation where we couldn't leave our cat at home for a neighbor to take care of we checked out PetSuites as it was nearby. The facility was clean and spacious. The cat condos were two levels with carpeted areas and either a window or a TV. We chose a package that included play time in an area with scratchers and climbers and a daily picture texted to us. We were very pleased with the care and attention our cat received.

We have boarded our dogs and cats here several times. Petsuites Winter Springs has always taken great care of our furbabies. While we were gone, they would send us pictures and comments about how they were doing. When there was an issue, they called us and discussed what was going on and what they could do to remedy the situation. They always asked us for permission before they changed any aspect of our pets' care. At pickup, again they would tell us stories about our pets. We appreciate the personalized service and care of our pets.

PetSuites in Oviedo is my go-to resource for pet care for our fur babies!! Staff is very attentive and loving. Space is clean...VERY clean. My dogs NEVER come home smelling like a kennel!!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!

I usually travel 3 or 4 times a year and I am always worried about my dog, this time was the first time that I honestly felt like my dog was in good hands. They were sending me pictures of my dog while I was away. Great Service and EXCELENT prices.

Staff is kind, they send messages throughout the service to keep you updated on your pet. They are military friendly!

We moved to Orlando in April and have been in the market for a new daycare. We had a pet suites in ohio as well we took our two dogs too. Once I found Pet Suites Winter Springs, our lab and Brittany spaniel have been going here very frequently! Our pups have been well cared for, the staff is wonderful and polite as well. You can tell each one of these employees are also pet people, because they treat each animal like their own.

Very disappointed with this place. I’ve never taken time to write a review before, but felt that it was needed. We took our Vizsla here since she was four months old. She went for two and a half years, took pictures with the staff, had fantastic “report” cards and got complements 24/7. We took her in December and was immediately notified that she “attacked other dogs and handlers”. We were shocked and picked her up immediately and we just assumed that not everyone has a great day and maybe she was just not feeling the other dogs. We brought her back a few months later and again, they said she “attacked dogs and handlers” within an hour of being there. We went in and tried to speak with management to see what’s going on because they all knew her. They did not let us speak to anyone and instead- they were actually pretty rude considering the fact that we have spent $1000’s there and she use to go to all day play 12-15 times per month. She had gotten banned for three months and we decided to try our old doggie daycare in Tampa and she was there for five days with no issues and other times with no problems. . The staff said that she was amazing and an absolute love with no signs of aggression… definitely avoid this place. Extremely disappointed and just sad about this place.

We have taken our dogs and cats here several times for overnight boarding. The first few times seemed fine without any red flags. The staff seemed attentive and professional. However, the two times that our pets have gone this summer have been a different experience entirely. Several weeks ago, we boarded our dogs and cats there. The staff texted to let us know they didn't have our vet records, even though we had already had them sent over. Small mistake, seemed odd, but no big deal. When we went to pick them up, the front desk staff couldn't figure out how to check us out and blamed it on a new system. Also seemed like an inconvenience and not that big of a deal. The second visit this summer was much worse, and we will never return. The day before we were supposed to drop them off, we got another text letting us know that they again didn't have any vet records for our pets. Frustrating, but we got it taken care of. The real issues were at the end of their stay. We picked our dogs and cats up this past Saturday. When I arrived for pick up, they didn't know who our pets were or where they were. Two ladies came out twice to ask who my cats are and what they look like. After several minutes, they finally came out and asked me to come back and show them which cats were mine. I thought it was some weird joke at first. What kind of place would let someone just come back and choose cats without being able to verify that they're the right cats. That's an issue alone, but what bothered me even more was that one of our cats has food allergies. He has to eat a specific food. How could they have been feeding him his correct food if they didn't even know his name or who he belonged to? We're now dealing with awful itchiness and skin issues that will take several days to clear up. During all that confusion, they were able to locate our two dogs. One of our dogs is on medication. They never could find his medication bottle, which should have had pills left in it, and they couldn't confirm whether or not he had even gotten his medication while staying there. Once we finally got home, our older dog was acting very tired and sick and had an accident in the house. Her urine had blood in it, which was very alarming, of course. A trip to the vet confirmed a severe Urinary Tract Infection. I'm not saying that Pet Suites caused the UTI, but there is no excuse for not noticing something like that. We should have been called. We would have gladly cut our trip short if we knew she needed a trip to the vet. I strongly caution anyone who is considering going here to look past the nice, fancy appearance and think twice about the actual safety of your fur babies before leaving them here.

First time boarding my dog and was very starisfied. Friendly staff and even got a picture of my dog playing with others.

I paid the $39 classic suite for two nights of boarding for my dog Lola. The staff is great and very friendly however when I picked up my dog today her paws were all stained with pee which means that she was not taken out as often as it said on the advertisement (three potty walks and room service every day of her stay). I am very disappointed as I feel I didn’t get what I paid for and $39 per night it’s not cheap.

My dog love to go to petsuites. They have swimming pool and activity. The staff are so good with any dogs.

At first I fully enjoyed the reliability of petsuites and thought the prices were fair, the facilities were clean, and had exactly what i was looking for with all day play and no cage time. The staff was very nice and helpful the whole time with scheduling and courteous when dropping my pup off. But over time I noticed some behavioral issues starting to develop from taking him here. He was there plenty of times to feel comfortable, but the more he went, the more issues began to show, until it reached a point where my pup was so scared to even allow an employee near him. He was so bad arriving one day that they could not take him due to him being too aggressive towards them. I believe it was his way of telling me that something was being done to him when he went there. I've since then tried taking him to the vet and various dog trainers in the area, and he has demonstrated the same behavior now towards them. Every single one has told me that they believe his actions are a result of a trauma that happened at daycare. I now have dog statives to give him if he has to get groomed, nails trimmed, going to the vet, or just to go anywhere he may need a service performed to him. He also is being recommended to wear a muzzle for safety of others. He is the sweetest dog and has zero problems with family and those he knows, but now its gotten to a point where all strangers, including children, I cannot allow to go near him or pet him because he is so scared and defensive. I'm beginning to spend more for one session of dog training, than I did in a month for daycare just so he could have fun and play occasionally.

I think they care more about dogs here than cats. This is the second time I’ve picked up my two cats from here and they are missing either toys or in this case bedding. I don’t know if I want to send my pets here again for overnights.

everytime i pick my dog up they lose something or broke something and never own up to it

Great place for our dogs where we know they are well cared for. Drop off paperwork is too time consuming, we shouldn't have to provide same information everything we drop off.

Is ok. The only thing they left my Yorkie out in the sun for more than 5 hours. He was dying of thirst. He drank hot water that had been left in the car for same amount of time. I was disappointed. I called them about it They told me if u want him in I would have to pay for the full day.

I had to leave a review because I am so satisfied and happy with this place. All I wish for is that it is closer ???? unfortunately it is not but worth the drive to leave our pups in very good hands! As soon as we exit the freeway they know exactly where they are going and are super excited!!! Open the car door and you can barely stop them ???? the resort and staff has ALWAYS gone above and beyond! From the employees at the front desk to even their manager or assistant, we and our doggies have not only been treated awesome but if there were any issues or questions at all, they were resolved in a timely and completely understanding and satisfying manner! Long story short...this is the home away from home for our doggies ♥️ and when we reunite they leave happy, exhausted (from playtime) and are looking forward to their next stay! Keep at it staff and management ???? you are doing a wonderful job and I most certainly have been recommending you to friends and family!

We absolutely love boarding our bullador at petsuites, the manager and her teams communication is fantastic ???? so that we can enjoy our vacation knowing our dog is in capable hands enjoying hers. Thank you for all you do!

For a week I have tried to schedule one day of boarding. At first they couldn't find us in the system kept asking about the dog then apologized for the confusion...found her. Can't get them to return calls or answer the phone or confirm they got our updated records. I want the package of 5 I paid for refunded. Also, BTW, last time we used them was some months ago and another dog bit our puppy during play time causing a small laceration in 2 areas one of which was right next to her eye. We will not use again. Poor experience.

Our pets love it here. It's like they're on vacation while we are.
