First time taking my golden retriever pup to get groomed. Heard great things about this place so I decided on taking him here. They left a couple of very uneven hairs on his belly and rear area. I could understand if they told me my pup was moving a lot or something but they told me he did very good for it being his first time at the groomers. Overall, they left him smelling clean and very soft. Even left his paw pads so soft which are usually very rough.

Wonderful customer service. The groomer came out and we went over everything we wanted and made sure ore baby was comfortable with him before taking him back. He had a perfect Doodle cut. If you have a Doodle and need a groomer here they are. Definitely going back!!

I have taken my 14 year miniature schnauzer to Amanda a few times now and each time he gets groomed I remark that he has gotten the best haircut of his life. Amanda is patient with my old man dog, and listens to my specific requests for his hair and delivers perfectly each time. It's a bit of drive for me to get out to Avalon Park but 100% worth, couldn't recommend her enough.

Absolutely loved the service here! So glad I found this place! The staff were all so kind and helpful and treated my Pomeranian Princess with such love and care! Amanda was my groomer and I could not have felt more safe with her. They also have fabulous holistic dog treats that Princess very much enjoyed! I will definitely be returning soon!

Amanda has been grooming Cohan for years! She treats him as if he were her own. The staff knows him and always greets us when we come in. Cohan is always excited to go see Ms. Amanda and have a spa day! I love the cage free atmosphere they have in the back - only allowing a few dogs at a time so their grooming experience can be nice and relaxing. Easy to schedule appointments and great value for service! Can't go wrong having Amanda groom your pup!

I've gone to Groom Grub for several years for both grooming as well as food or toy purchases for my pup and have always had a great experience. The front desk staff is kind and professional and always answers any questions I have about food or a good harness or toy for my dog and the groomers are always thorough in their groom as well as answering any questions I have about certain cuts or styles I like on my pup. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services. Support your local business!

We have lived nearby this location for many years but never had a dog that needed groomed until now! They were amazing! Everyone was so helpful, caring, and kind. Amanda the groomer did such a great job with our labradoodle that we recently rescued from a local shelter. He looks amazing and she took such good care of him. We will definitely keep coming here and be sure to recommend it to others. Thank you!

To start this review I want to say this review is ONLY for the grooming aspect of this business. This was our first visit to this business and unfortunately will be the last visit. Our dogs are regularly groomed about once every couple of months. Both dogs are over 14 years old at the time. They called us back in about an hour and both dogs had multiple cut burns on them. Our 60 pound Keeshond was bleeding in 2 different locations on his body. Aside from the burns on both dogs, neither dog was cut per our request which was nothing difficult. No apologies were offered, just let's move over to the cash register. My wife and I will never return there with our dogs.

Everyone who works here is great. They remember you & your dogs, preferences, etc. And are always great to assist you out to your car when needed.

This place is wonderful!!????????They have me such good information about food And nutrition. They also gave me ideas of healthy snacks I could give her made at home and it was all so helpful. Just took my corgi here for the first time and had an amazing experience. The staff is super professional, very friendly and the service took exactly the amount of time estimated by the groomer. They made sure the vaccines were up to date, and that he had no allergies to any products. On top of, my dog looks and smells amazing; with a bonus adorable Halloween bandana. Best service from any groomer I have been to before. Would very highly recommend ????

Just moved to the area in August from Texas where the groomer we seen did nice work, a little less price, consistent and our 2 fur babies were always happy to see them. NOT the case with this family owned place.... First visit they seemed ok, cut was just ok, price was $40 over quote and we were apprehensive with the staff. All being said, we gave them a second chance. Big mistake! The very tall large girl from the back came out to take them back and was very unsettling in her demeanor. We picked up our babies a few hours later and they seemed very distressed (I witnessed her trimming another curly haired white dog very ruffly threw the window). Our boy mini schnauzer had burn marks inside his ears from the clippers, both of them had very uneven chopped hair, skin clipper scars and they both were very stressed from the experience. If my wife would have let me, I would have gone back in the next day and gave them a piece of my mind for the way they treated our babies, but that's just me and I guess this review will have to do as a BUYER BEWARE. Just a very upset customer who was hoping that a family owned groomer here in Florida could have been as good as the small family owned groomer in Texas, but guess NOT.... Especially when it comes to our babies. If owner reads this, all I have to say is SHAME ON YOU FOR LETTING YOUR EMPLOYEES TREAT OUR BABIES THIS WAY.

The owner and staff are amazing! They have taken care of our 2 elderly chihuahuas for years! Rhyna (?) the owner went out of her way to deliver us supplies! We also love the groomer, Ricki! We love Groom, Grub, and Belly Rub!

Went and got my dog groomed by Amanda and she is phenomenal. My dog came out looking so handsome and smelling delicious. Love the fact that they're going green and ask patrons to bring their reusable ones. Taking COVID precautions seriously. I definitely will be returning.

Great customer service! Without any appointment they trimmed my dogs nails and brushed her teeth for around 20 bucks. Just remember to bring your animals proof of vaccination the first time around. We were in an out of there pretty quick. Lots of pet food selection, toys, and treats.
