My two cats had their first appointment with Integrative Animal Hospital of Central Florida, and we couldn't be happier with the services provided. The staff was friendly and super informative. Needed a specific test for a future health certificate, and the staff took extra time to double check everything with me and personally call their external lab to ensure the cats were getting the actual test and certificates they needed for travel. The clinic was very clean and welcoming. Felt like they truly cared about both me and my cats and our needs.

They are so nice, and caring. They let us stay after closing when we were saying goodbye to one of our cats. And they are still taking care of our living fur babies now, including Crystal

I recently moved and was in need of a trustworthy vet for my two fur babies, Baloo and Godiva. My first impression has been outstanding and I’m so pleased with the kindness and empathy shown by all staff members thus far. Most vet clinics have rude front desk team members, however this office has been very professional and caring. I’m so happy with my decision to make Integrative Animal Hospital my new permanent vet clinic and trust them to take care of my babies. I’m also happy with the affordability compared to my previous vet offices. Thank you for setting the standard!

Dr. Beth and Dr. O'Malley are great, I will say that. They are pretty knowledgable about my senior dog. However, last year I was on a wellness plan for $75 per month. They did not ask if I would like to re-enroll. When I asked them to re-enroll me, I assumed I would be paying the same price on the same day of the month. They increased their plan without telling me and charged me $104!!! Are you kidding me? That is quite a greedy increase. I think I will find another vet. The front desk is always nice so it is a shame for so many reasons. I have driven across seminole county to stay with these folks but a $30 increase is insane. They actually cancelled one of my appointments twice in the same week so maybe they're getting too buys. I'm going to look elsewhere after over 7 years. Sad.

Extremely knowledgable doctors, clinicians and an awesome staff.

I was referred to Integrative Animal Hospital from a friend when we found out our 11 year old black lab had a fast growing cancer tumor. After deciding we wanted to go the holistic route, we met with Dr Beth to explore the options. We chose the treatments that we felt would be the best for our baby! She ended up living for 3.5 more years-- All with natural treatments!! I am so thankful for the love and care the staff has for our fur babies!! When they found out Lady had passed (2 years after our last office visit...long story), I received a hand written card from DR Beth and everyone in the office. Such a kind and thoughtful gesture! Cant recommend Integrative Animal Hospital enough!!

Dr. Bakker was very compassionate and made me feel like she truly cared about the wellbeing of my pet. All the ladies I spoke with were very nice and hardworking as well. Definitely recommend this clinic :)

Scheduled my dog for a neuter here, and after losing my job called to find out exactly what it would cost so I could ascertain whether or not I can still afford the surgery. Spoke with Trish. She said neuters are between $500-$1,000 depending on electives. I told her if I choose not to go with ANY electives, I need the total cost for the two visits. One for pre-anesthesia blood work and one for the surgery. I was quoted $519 total. Including tax. I asked two more times just to be sure. I told Trish I cannot be hit with a bill I don’t have the money for. She said nope, it’s only going to be $519. So… I come in for his blood work and it’s $298. Thinking there must be a mistake I ask them to verify it. Because how is bloodwork more than half the surgery bill? Come to find out, Trish was wrong and they’re refusing to honor the quote. So I’m stuck paying $300 for blood work and now I can’t even afford the surgery. How on Earth is that acceptable? Well it IS HERE apparently. Do not come here unless you want a much higher bill than quoted to you. They do NOT honor their own estimates.

Extremely disappointed in the service. Needed to bring my dog back in to correct an issue they did incorrectly and was told they were understaffed and couldn't handle it, to go to another vet. Very unprofessional and poor service for a current patient.

I feel our Chloe is safe and well care for here. Even our dog Chloe gets happy coming here. Amazing!! My wife and I very happy with the service. We live a hour away but we find it with it to find peace of mind!! Thanks to everyone that works here! Bless you all.

I contacted Integrative Animal Hospital on somewhat of an emergency basis since my normal vet's office was unable to see my dog. The staff rearranged a couple of appointments so that they could fit my dog into the schedule. The technician, Noe, greeted me outside to take a look at my dog in the car & then helped get her inside. Noe was very attentive in taking notes & handling my dog. Dr. Anthony then saw her & was very thorough with her examination & explanation. I would highly recommend this veterinary hospital!

I went to Integrative last year and loved them. However, when my 14 year old dog was having issues breathing, I called frantic and they said we are booked solid and the Vet will not be in until 10:00. Really? Just gave me names of other vets in the area. Due to this, I have moved my animals to another vet. When I asked for the records to be sent over, they didn't until myself and the new vet had to get on the phone and ask for them. 6 times they were supposed to fax it over and they never did. Not sure what is going on with the front desk staff but this was ridiculous. So if your pet is in pain, half dying, and you need your records, don't rely that your pet is important to them. Because they are not.

My dog blew out her knee. The staff was great and her surgery went smoothly. We were well educated by the doctors as to what the surgery entailed, the recovery process and what to expect. The price of the surgery also included physical therapy after the surgery. My dog is now back to moving around and acting as if she never hurt herself.

I have been bringing my dog to the Integrative Animal hospital for a year now and I appreciate how kind and caring everyone there is. They are good about making last minute appointments when necessary and always show so much love and care for my dog. There are two things I don’t care for about this vet. Almost every time I have made an appointment in advance, they have called me asking to reschedule. When I set up an appointment ahead of time, I like to be able to keep it. If you do make an appointment here, I recommend asking them to put you on the list not to reschedule. Also, every time I take my dog in I get the feeling that the staff there is always trying to nickel and dime me and upsell me on more expensive treatment than what is necessary. As a customer, it gives me an uneasy feeling. You really have to stand your ground and not give in to all of the extras that they want you to pay for. Overall, this is a great place to take your pet! It’s just those two things that I don’t care for.

I LOVE Dr David and Dr Trow!!!!!! They’re so caring and you know they love all their clients unconditionally, they treat Duccio (my dog) like family. Dr Trow is amazing and I’m so glad Dr. David came back to Baldwin Park Animal Hospital, and Integrated Animal Hospital Of Central Florida his return brought my buisness back!

I have being going to Animal Hospital of Lake Mary for many years. I love Dr. Beth and Dr. Al. They are very kind and clearly love all animals. However they use to give shots in the consultation room but now take them to the back area. I would rather they gave the shots in my presence so that's why I give 4 stars not 5. I am ok with it because I trust them but I do know others who I recommended them to wont go back again because of that. They say their previous Dr. attended to them in the room.

Misdiagnosed our dog and caused us to put dog through treatments that didn’t help the true condition. As a blind dog going to the vet weekly for these “treatments” was torture for him and did not even address his real issue. Unfortunately by the time we got another vet to look at him his quality of life was going down and we found out his symptoms were actually from cancer. Don’t trust this vet especially if they push rehab which seems to be their focus and not on actual medical interventions/diagnostics.

I really appreciate the care and compassion the team showed my dog. The customer service was excellent! Thank you again!

I have had to bring two of my fur babies in over the last several weeks and everyone has been so amazing! They are very good about calling and checking in on the pet as well after the visit! I highly recommend this place to bring in your beloved pets! ????❤️
