Absolutely amazing staff and Dr! Allison, Dalia, and Jess are absolutely charming and lovely people. Hannah is also great! They’ve been super helpful guiding me with my first street rescue—to the point that I switched Veterinary Hospitals completely. My current girl is now officially also registered and will be getting her checkups at B. E. S. T. In the next two months. Thank you guys for everything. You have no idea how much I appreciate your help and consultation.

We love Dr Wilson and the staff at BVAH. My animals are cared for and loved here just as much as they are at home!!! The exceptional professionalism, compassion, and thoroughly detailed diagnosis and treatment plans surpass any Veterinary Practice I have ever visited. Thank you Thank you!!! I called one day (having never been) with a sick cat who needed to be seen asap. I couldn’t really afford to take her to an emergency animal hospital and I was also 9 months pregnant scheduled to give birth in just a few days! Best Vets was able to see her same day, they took care of her wonderfully and she was back to her normal self with no pain in just a couple of days. They really worked with me on price and explained each proposed procedure in detail with a break down of cost so I could easily understand and make decisions. I’m so thankful I called them that day.

Simply the best! We dont know what we would do without this vet to help take care of our pets. They are amazing!

Very competent. Have yet to meet Doctor nor the hospital due to their COVID restrictions. All transactions and pet exchanges are in parking lot.

BEST VETS Animal hospital cares for all of our fur babies. We recently rescued a 12 year old dog named Bear who has had a couple of health issues. Any time we bring Bear in we always feel confident about leaving him in their care. You can tell how much they love their patients and we know Bear gets lots of love and attention. They are up front and honest about their prices, they do their best to make time for emergencies, and they don’t push any unnecessary tests or exams. I also always get multiple calls to keep me updated with his treatment plan and any results as they come in. They will forever be my first choice

I;m so relieved to have this great clinic, very caring place - so convenient and generous with information and so kind, friendly AND COMPETENT. They are simply the best, my precious kitty Neki agrees.

Every member of the staff is so caring and knowledgeable. They’ve seen our cat and our three dogs for over a year now and they continue to blow us away with their kindness. Our oldest dog is facing issues with her joints and they’ve helped her so much. Every question I’ve had has been answered right away, and every concern addressed. We will absolutely continue to take our pets here.

The staff here are very knowledge, personable, caring and friendly. They make you feel valued and that your pet is loved. Our vet, Dr. Wilson, always takes her time with us and will answer all of our questions in an informative but very easy manner for us to understand. She will make sure we have a clear understanding of the illness occurring, plus will walk us through all of the different options available without ever causing us to feel pressured. She doesn't seem to ever be in a hurry to get on to the next patient, even when we appreciate that there are many more pets waiting to be seen by her. She has even called us late on weeknights and weekend, which we are sure is after a long day of taking care of patients, just to check on our pet or call about lab results. If for some reason she is not available to talk, it is clear that under her guidance, her staff are very well equipped to help field any questions and will make sure you leave feeling content in the care and services. We have never had a veterinarian or one of our personal medical doctors show such care or put our/our pets needs over their own, like she clearly does daily. I love this animal hospital, and wouldn't consider ever going anywhere else!!

Dr Wilson is awesome. The technicians are so knowledgeable and so loving with my dogs. I feel my dogs are getting excellent care.

Called this place after my now former vet was “too busy” to see one of my pets. So glad that I did. This is the best vet I have ever delt with. The kindness and compassion across the board with the staff is next level. You cannot find a better place so stop looking.

Dr. Wilson and her entire team of very qualified, dedicated and empathetic staff are wonderful! We have never met a group of people that care so much, even staying late and taking time away from their own families to meet our pets urgent needs during several unexpected emergencies over the years. It is clear they have found their true calling and so many animals reap the benefits of their hardwork, talent and knowledge. They welcomed us into their "veterinary family" a few years ago and we know we have found our forever vet. Our pets are a luxury to own and we feel that this hospital's quality care is worth every penny, as we owe it to our babies to make sure they get only the best care. We feel that the value in all of the services this hospital offers is priceless and feel that the staff deserve the world for what they do everyday. They will always present a treatment plan estimate and give sound recommendations with explainations and never push services or make you feel judged. We have close friends that also use their services and they love them too. We are always recommending BEST VETS to our friends and family! Even in times that require extreme multi-tasking and emergent care to an animal, or a case of evident sadness, this group of amazing people will continue to tirelessly provide only the best of care with truly sound composure. They will always put you and your pets first! It is very obvious that they do this all to keep our family happy and our pets healthy! They went above and beyond with helping me and my pup! They helped squeeze me in last minute for an emergency and were overall very helpful! I cannot reccomend this place enough about how great they were and beyond thankful for them.

All we can say is thank you! :) Best Vets came highly recommended by my fiancé’s parents who have 3 Frenchies who are patients! We recently adopted a small zoo of animals (thanks COVID) and 2 of our new family members are seniors. The office has been nothing but amazing to them! My two pups decided to get into a sisterly tussle match while I was at work (night shift.) called up B.E.S.T. VETS Animal Hospital to see if they could help me out as both of my pups needed treatment from their tussle. They managed to fit my two pups into their already busy schedule and stayed late to make sure they received proper treatment. The staff was super helpful over the phone and exceptionally nice and professional when I came by to drop my dogs off. The doctor was very thorough in explaining everything including what she thought could have triggered the tussle. I can’t thank each of them enough for going the extra mile for my pups today and for making this terrible day go so much better!

When I called to make an appointment, they refused to tell me an estimate for the 3 vaccinations my dog needed, despite me telling them that my dog only needed Rabies, Bordetella + Distemper. I made the appointment anyways and paid a $25 deposit. During the office visit, they called me to inform me that the 3 vaccinations were $185, which included a $13 fee just to dispose of the needles. So do they not inform individuals of their vaccination prices because once your pet is there you have to pay for a $50 office visit fee anyways? This place is overly priced and a rip off. Avoid this place, Altamonte Pet Doc Hospital has more affordable care.

I am happy to take my dog to Best Vets.They are fast..professional and my dog knows them.I was out of town and experienced a sick dog in a hotel..YIKES..I flipped out!!!..but I was able to call Best Vets...and they assisted,even on the phone...even on a holiday weekend!!! I was even told they would give the emergency vet his records if needed.I have never heard of this being done for animals. We will always trust our pets to the staff at Bst Vets. mweekend.

Highly recommend. Excellent staff and doctor that truly care about my dogs best interests. Dr Wilson spent extra time explaining everything to me and several options for my dogs best care. I feel like I received higher quality care at prices similar to previous veterinarians. Only place I will take my dogs!

Good first experience. They held our pups after their vet visit, during the day, until we could pick them up after work for no extra charge.

There are truly not enough words that I could write to recommend this place enough. We have had a few doctors for our dog Tiki in the past and truly NO ONE compares to Dr. Wilson. She is kind, caring, compassionate, hardworking & every other amazing adjective that one could think of. Her, Jessica, Jadira, Nicole and every one else at this amazing clinic have made the process of having an older dog (family member) so much easier. They are there for you every step of the way; constantly checking in not only on our dog but on us to see how we were doing during some tough times. We also take our dog Tiki here weekly for acupuncture and laser treatment to improve his arthritis. They help us refill his medications, order his food, and suggest several remedies that will make his senior years easier on him! If you need a vet for your pet, look no further. This is the place to Go and Dr. Wilson & her team are the people you need to see. Thank you Dr. Wilson, Jessica and team for making Tiki’s later years easier to combat. You are more than just Tiki’s doctors office, you guys are family to us. Thank you for all you do and more importantly, thank you for caring.

Our 4 1/2 year old Siberian Husky Saydi was in renal failure and extremely critical from a toxic level of NSAIDS (3200mg ibuprofen) and was not given a good prognosis based on her blood levels. We had Saydi treated on IV fluid flushes at the overnight Emergency Clinic and during the day at our original vet.After the 2nd night at the Emergency Clinic we knew we could not take our sweet girl back to our vet we had been to and were told about Dr. Wilson and Dr. Carter at Delaporte Veterinary Hospital by the nurse at the VEC. She made all the arrangements and the next morning when the overnight clinic closed we had Saydi at Delaporte. Dr. Wilson, Dr. Carter and their entire staff are the most dedicated, compassionate, amazing gift our Saydi could have ever been given!!! They went well above and beyond “Next Level Care and Service”!!! Dr. Wilson has called Saydi her “Unicorn Case” because she was so critical. Saydi should not have recovered. I am positive that the need for a new vet brought Saydi her miracle and chance to live the moment we walked in their doors. We will forever be in the debt of Delaporte Veterinary Hospital! We have our happy, fun loving baby back!!! I would recommend them to everyone and my fur-babies will never go anywhere else!! -♥️ The Juhls

Both of my Bostons needed additional care following their checkup. Dr. Wilson was very in tune to my financial concerns since both of my pets needed extensive dental surgery and Brees needed two growths removed. Dr. Wilson and her staff were in touch with me from start to finish...never was I left waiting for updates. Penny and Brees are both at home recovering and the staff has been in touch with me each day to check on their progress. The entire staff went above and beyond what I expected but what I had hoped for from a veterinary hospital. They worked with me so that both my pets received the care they needed that fit within my budget. Thank you Dr. Wilson for taking such good care of my girls.

I would recommend Delaporte to anyone. They were so good to Emma and to me. It is so important to feel confident in your sweet fur kid's doctor. They were very good to work with me concerning finances as well. The whole staff were very nice.

We found that everyone of the staff and Dr. Howe treated us and our Mandy with truly heartfelt care. For quality loving care for your fur babies we highly recommend the caring staff at Delaporte.

We have been taking our Fur kids here for years. This last visit my husband’s service cat Leia was very sick. They showed such compassion not only to Leia but to my husband as well, who was very distraught. I am happy to report that Leia has made a full recovery and is back to doing her duty. We will not go anywhere else, the staff and dr’s are excellent and make you feel like family. If you are looking for a great vet look no further!
