Dr. Janell is the best vet that I have experienced. She is so knowledgeable, compassionate and the best part is that she neve pushes you to spend money on unnecessary products or tests. She doesn't try to sell me things that other vet clinics will. It is a relief to find a vet that truly cares for the animals and their best interest. I am so glad I made the switch to her and I cannot thank Dr. J enough for her expertise and advice.

Shame on me I thought I’d given DrJ~ Vet2Door a 5 star review and only realized today I hadn’t. Dr J is wonderful, she came to our home and provided excellent care for our 17 year old cat boy. Having the option to get top quality care in the comfort of our home makes all the difference.

Cannot say enough positives about our at home vet appointment with Vet 2 Door. I have a 8 year old goldendoodle who is terrified of the vet, I found Vet 2 Door on google and was interested. Not only did my dog get the most thorough exam she's ever received from a vet, we received honest advice regarding treatment. Vet 2 Door showed a lot of integrity and a lot of knowledge. We will continue to only use Vet 2 Door while in the Saint Petersburg area.

I was concerned about bringing my pets to the vet during this pandemic and found Dr. J online. She worked with my schedule and was able to see my dogs the following day. My dogs went a little crazy when they first saw her and she was very patient with them. Dr. J was amazing with my pit bull and she did a very thorough examination with great advice from personal experiences. It was the best vet visit I’ve ever had. I didn’t feel rushed and my dogs got to stay comfortable in our own home. I would definitely recommend Dr. J to anyone who has a pet!

Dr J is an Angel! Our primary vet had missed so much with our fur baby he was tanking and thankful we got him to the doggie hospital. At this point we trust no one and several people highly highly recommended her and I am so thankful. Even with a full schedule she took on our case to help us advocate for our baby. She pulled all his records, calls and checks in with the specialists at the hospital and talks with me and my husband. Once we have him home she will be providing home care and helping us manage his multiple conditions and will be our primary vet for all four of our yorkies. Forever grateful for such a loving, caring vet who is detailed, knowledgeable, professional and does all she can for our Charlie. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude. ???????????? I flew down to St Pete to be with my daughter while she had her 14+ year old dog Ernie put to sleep. Dr Janell arrived shortly after I did. She explained the process clearly and compassionately. She said she would take all the time that was needed. The first injection was a cocktail to relieve any anxiety, pain and also helped him disassociate. She had a packet of peanut butter for him to lick while she gently pushed the drugs in. She said it would take 15-20 minutes for it to take full affect. Once Ernie started to snore my daughter knew he was comfortable and said it was okay to give the final injection. Dr Janell did not rush the process at all and several times said we could take as long as we needed. After the second injection he just peacefully stopped breathing. Dr Janell brought a sweet little basket and blanket to put him in and we gave our final goodbyes and she carried him out. Saying goodbye to a pet is heartbreaking but Dr Janell’s compassionate care made it so much easier and to top it off Ernie got to go in the comfort of his own home. I highly recommend Dr Janell for any of your pets needs.

Dr. Janell is amazing!! Always so thorough during visits, and truly cares about getting animals healthy! Also she's not at a vet's office so she doesn't have to push products that offices usually try to make money on; she just recommends the best possible solutions for each animal! We unfortunately had to bring our cat to an emergency hospital recently which just reminded us of how amazing it is to not have to deal with vet offices anymore. Highly recommend Dr. Janell to anyone in the St Pete area!!!

Dr Dowling is great! She arrived to the house on time equipped with all the necessary equipment needed for a vet examination. She was very thorough in her evaluation and her suggestions for our dog. She was able to do a blood test and I had the results in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Dr Dowling! And my dog loved her!
